Las Vegas

Wow all I can say is for the Vera Gutierrez and her staff is beyond the stars! Vera Gutierrez customer service and kind welcoming presence was unbelievable! I’m glad we have kind people still in this world! If you want excellent customer service and a complete great experience in Las Vegas come be disappointed! Thank you again to Vera Gutierrez and the Jet Luxury staff.

The room was nice and clean. Very spacious. The kitchenette was great and useful. The bathroom was plenty of space. The only problem was plumbing issues. Maintenance immediately fixed a clogged sink drain and glass shower door that wouldn't open. The other sink had water leaking around the faucet handles, however we didn't notice it right away...was not a major inconvenience. Oh, we also had to buy some all-purpose cleaner and clean the jacuzzi tub ourselves. It was some debris coming from the jets. Probably had not been used in a while. I didn't want a bunch of stuff floating in my bath water. So those were the issues. If not for those few things, it would be a 5 star, no doubt. We appreciated how quiet our stay was. It felt like we had the floor to ourselves. The weather was too cold to experience any of the outdoor amenities. We liked that we could stay inside and walk into the MGM Grand. Overall, it was a great experience.

This is an absolute oasis in Las Vegas. No casino in the hotel. I cannot say enough about the staff, particularly the front desk and valets. There is no self parking, but the valet is free, but please tip them! They work hard. My room was very clean. HUGE jacuzzi tub. My studio was on the 27th floor, with a strip view.

Property managers claim this to be a luxurious condo. It’s an old, outdated, overpriced stay. The check-in is a pain. No housekeeping unless you pay $70. You have to call if you need towels or toilet paper. If you call, they are rude. They don’t care. It’s not their property. Bad experience. With that money you can stay at a normal hotel with all the perks. This is not a hotel room and it’s not an rbnb. It’s the worse of both worlds.

I will recommend to NOT use them. Unless you want a constant smell of marijuana on the balcony or if you can’t cancel a second booking and still get charged even though you have given them sufficient warning. This is a 3’rd party booking so you have zero recourse at the front desk.

The bed was not stable and the room was dusty and the magnifying mirror still had spit on it. But the bed was the main issue since my husband hurt himself for the money we paid will never go here again and will share with our family and friend was very surprised and disappointed

On the website it says Strip View/City View. I don’t know who you are talking too with that nasty attitude I paid my money I want what I paid for and what the advertisement says. Plain and simple, your company has false advertising and I will and am going to report too BBB, as well as a Terrible review of your company. You and Josh are extremely rude and your bottom line is money not to assist the customer. Terrible service, Terrible. Watch your mouth when you talk too customers. You and Josh are RUDE!!!! This is not a city view/strip view I requested from the first time I booked this place 7days ago. Amanda is rude she is the manager talks bad too paying customers. This how you accommodate me didn’t even try too put me a city view room they jus wanted too not give me the room and deal with the hotel itself. Never again, third party companies suck only deal with the hotel itself. I’m stuck with Mountain View’s, loud trucks, warehouses, no views and bad attitudes from Jet Luxury staff don’t book through them people, ruined my engagement plans. Not Happy in Las Vegas!!!!!!!

Had horrible experience due to extremely rude staff. After checking out we were waiting with a young kid and tons of luggage for valet to bring the car for nearly 15 minutes. When we went to check about it the person in charge just scanned our card and didn't even reply or look in our direction. Got the car 5 minutes later and even though we were struggling with kid and luggage , no one came for help even though it wasn't busy at all. There is a walkway connecting to MGM Grand - I would strongly advise to take that to reach the strip even though you walk more to reach the heart of the strip. I won't suggest the main entrance if you are walking, the place doesn't look all that safe. The room itself was nice and we thoroughly enjoyed that part and earned the 2 stars. Definitely never coming here again

Very nice place! Wish we didn't have to make several calls for housekeeping. Jacuzzi tub and shower were amazing. The workout place is very small but nice and offers cucumber water, very refreshing.

Nice place overall but penthouse sweet is small! Not worth the price if you ask me! Big difference in the Penthouse above us, but so is the price 😂 My wealthy friend booked that room...it was incredible of course I didn't stay in that room had to settle the mini penthouse! I didn't pay for it anyhow so really can't complain 😏 It did have an awesome whirlpool/jacuzzi!
