A escolha do hotel foi uma recomendação, mas houve algumas observações sobre o padrão. 4 **** costumava ser - é assim que eu avalio o hotel como um todo. Afinal, não é barato, mas no quarto, por exemplo, uma garrafinha de água para duas pessoas, embora haja dois pares de chinelos (por que?!).Talvez, para economizar, dê um par de chinelos. Haverá um chinelo por pessoa, e o que! É o suficiente como com água. Ok, e agora sem emoções... É ótimo que o estacionamento para carros esteja incluído no preço. Os lugares eram. Os cafés da manhã são saborosos e suficientes, no entanto, você deve chegar pelo menos uma hora antes de terminar. Cheio de gente e para comer à mesa tem que subir. Definitivamente vou recomendar o hotel aos meus amigos, mas não vá brincar com a água. O senhor da recepção disse que mesmo em um quarto para três pessoas havia apenas uma pequena água. Tais tempos. Com certeza?!

Nice hotel with a great location.Liked· Room was clean and quite stylish. The bathroom was spacious, had a nice bathtub and a proper rain-shower. Staff at the reception was professional and check-in and out was easy and fast. We had some questions about traveling in Lithuania and they knew all the answers we needed. The stay was all in all very good and comfy.Disliked· In big picture the stay was good, but there were few things that they could do better.Firstly there were some safety issues: Breakfast room is under the street level and there is only one staircase and one emergency exit. First morning we saw the janitor struggling with the emergency exit door lock and after he went through he locked the door again. There were also multiple fireproof doors not closing properly and mattresses etc. stored in emergency staircase. In addition there were some definitely dangerous places in section B staircase for small children, I will add pictures of these places.Breakfast could be better, its not bad but neither four-star-hotel category. Im also pretty sure the salted fish was stale, because it weren't cooled at all when served for multiple hours.I was abit disappointed that Deluxe room was in reality a totally normal room and it didn't even have a real double bed, instead it had a Grand Canyon in between.It is a pity that the terrace on section B wasn't utilized despite of the great opportunity. There was good view, plenty of space and sunlight from noon to sunset.All in all the experience was not bad these are only small things that could be done better.

Espero que meu comentário seja útil para visitantes semelhantes. Fiquei aqui 9 noites em um quarto duplo com um companheiro. Eu vim para Kaunus para cirurgia estética. O hotel tem sido muito receptivo ao se comunicar comigo. Muito profissional e compreensivo. Todos os membros da equipe, desde a recepção até a limpeza, todos nos ajudaram. Usamos a cadeira de rodas do hotel para nos locomover, a equipe do bar nos deu gelo para fazer pacotes e congelou pacotes de gel para nós. A equipe foi super prestativa e forneceu roupa de cama e travesseiros suficientes quando necessário. Tenho me sentido muito bem cuidado. Há um supermercado na estrada para itens essenciais e a cidade é linda para sentar e tomar um café no final da rua. Há um enorme shopping center nas proximidades e minha clínica não ficava a mais de 10 minutos de distância. Tudo foi perfeito e eu recomendo. Obrigado a todos os funcionários aqui seu crédito para a equipe. Obrigada.

Hope my review will be found useful by similar visitors. I have stayed here 9 nights in a twin room with a companion. I came to Kaunus for cosmetic surgery. The hotel has been very responsive when communicating with me. Very professional and understanding. Every member of staff from reception to the housekeeping all helped us. We used the hotel wheelchair to get about, the bar staff gave us ice to make packs and froze gel packs for us. The staff have been super helpful and provided enough linen and pillows when needed. I have felt very well looked after. There is a supermarket over the road for essentials and the town is beautiful to sit and have a coffee in just at the end of the street. There’s a huge shopping centre nearby and my clinic was no more than 10 minutes away. Everything has been prefect and I hugely recommend. Thank you to all the staff here yours credit to the team. Thank you.

Very nice hotel in the city centre, the service was good and everybody was nice and helpful, really felt welcomed and certainly will be back.The buffer for breakfast is good, and the place where it is served is very nice and relaxing.I would say the bed was on the upper range in terms of comfort (but not excellent), one sad thing is that is not possible to open the window in the rooms.The SPA area is ok, with a relaxing sauna. But nothing more than ok.

Tivemos uma estadia de 4 noites realmente maravilhosa no hotel Radisson Kaunas. Escolhemos o hotel como o local onde passaríamos um momento relaxante após o nosso casamento. A equipe nos surpreendeu com uma incrível variedade de frutas, uma garrafa de champanhe e uma nota personalizada na chegada. Eu nunca tinha experimentado algo assim antes. O serviço é de primeira qualidade em relação a todos os aspectos deste hotel. Desde a recepção até a faxineira, todos são gentis e amigáveis. O café da manhã e o almoço foram destaques, ambos oferecendo enormes variedades de comida variada para escolher, todas deliciosas. O quarto era muito moderno, com tudo o que se pode precisar. Os preços da lavanderia pareciam um pouco caros em relação a todo o resto, mas o processo foi feito de maneira profissional. A academia também era boa, embora um pouco pequena e desatualizada. A experiência como um todo foi uma que nunca esqueceremos e gostaria de agradecer a toda a equipe por nos fazer sentir especiais. Estamos ansiosos para visitar novamente já.

We stayed here for 1 night while visiting Kaunas. Had a fantastic nights sleepthe beds were so comfortable and the rooms were quiet. The curtains blacked out the day light very well. Very clean. Excellent central location. Highly recommend.

In the middle of the new part of town. From there you can reach any venue walking. Spacy rooms, some a bit noisy in cause of the vivid night life around. Rich breakfast. Nice and helpful people on the reception desk.

We had a really wonderful 4 night stay at the Radisson Kaunas hotel. We chose the hotel as the place we would spend some relaxing time after our wedding. The staff surprised us with an amazing assortment of fruit, a Bottle of champagne and a personalized note upon arrival. I had never experienced something like that before. Service is top notch regarding every aspect in this hotel. From the front desk to the cleaners, everyone is courteous and friendly. Breakfast and lunch were highlights with both offering huge assortments of varied food to choose from, all tasting delicious. The room was very modern with everything one might need. Laundry prices seemed a bit expensive in relation to everything else but the process was done in a professional way. The gym was nice to have as well although a bit small and outdated. The experience as a whole was one we will never forget and I would like to thank all the staff for making us feel special. We are looking forward to visit again already.

Fantastic hotel, second time I've stayed there. The cleaning staff are really friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and tidy, the downstairs breakfast room is too small to accomodate the volume of customers at busier times though.

O hotel era muito bom, os quartos eram bons e o café da manhã bom! Mas o melhor da nossa estadia foi a mulher maravilhosa na recepção! Quando chegamos ao aeroporto, esperamos cerca de 30 minutos por um táxi, mas não vimos nenhum. Liguei para o hotel e eles nos disseram que eles poderiam pedir um carro para nós para que pudéssemos chegar ao hotel. Quando chegamos ao hotel e estávamos fazendo o check-in, nossos cartões de crédito não estavam funcionando. Ela foi muito paciente e gentil enquanto resolvemos nosso problema de cartão. Infelizmente não consegui o nome dela, mas ela era uma jovem e disse que era uma trainee.

The hotel was very good, the rooms were nice and the breakfast good! But the best about our stay was the wonderful woman at the front desk! When we arrived at the airport we waited for about 30 min for a taxi but did not see a single one. I called the hotel and the told us that they could order a car for us so we can get to the hotel. When we got to the hotel and was checking in our credit cards were not working. She was very patient and kind while we sorted out our card issue. I unfortunately did not get her name but she was a young woman and said she was a trainee.

Enjoyed our stay. Very friendly staff. Clean and modern room. We was in 2+1 room, loads of space in room and free secure car parking. Loads of nice restaurants around to enjoy too. Was also pleasantly surprised by amount of foreign guests.

Ótimo custo-benefício. O Quarto Duplo Standard era espaçoso e acolhedor, com uma boa vista, roupa de cama fresca e almofadas confortáveis. Pontos de bônus para as cortinas blackout! Havia uma chaleira e uma seleção de chá, café e cacau no quarto, o que foi uma agradável surpresa. Além disso, o secador de cabelo era bastante decente, em comparação com outros hotéis. O café da manhã também estava delicioso. Definitivamente ficarei aqui quando estiver em Kaunas na próxima vez.

Localização é ótima. O salão de César é delicioso, embora em uma apresentação incomum. Limpeza. Mas ainda assim... A primeira impressão terrível veio quando a recepcionista (de cabelos compridos) instruiu seus colegas em uma voz muito áspera de ordem o que fazer, acenando desagradavelmente com as mãos, e assim por diante. Ficamos chocados. Depois de ligar do ferro do quarto, encontrei o travesseiro 🤷♀️ de volta, tive que ligar novamente. Aparentemente, alguém não conseguiu um travesseiro. As camas eram estreitas, a porta do banheiro não aderiu ao quarto (aberta), os sapatos tiveram que ser empurrados porque o vento não estava funcionando, o banheiro estava quente. Havia 2 pedaços de papel na caixa de guardanapos, então combina comigo assim... Depois de uma noite no corredor e a porta "fogo" no corredor não ficou trancada. Falta de funcionários, hotel completo com café da manhã 1 garçom ?? E um barman do Lobby, funcionando 2/1. O café da manhã foi especialmente decepcionante. Não sei o que aconteceu com os padrões do Radisson, tristeza.comida fria (10h às 11h), não é saborosa. Para pedir um Lacarte precisa procurar um garçom, ninguém atende na entrada. "Torrada de abacate" foi o Benedict mais gostoso que já comeu (um colega até deixou metade porque o abacate nem tinha cheiro, uma espécie de purê verde sem gosto). O jantar também estava delicioso! Em resumo, onde a bondade de Radisson desapareceu 🤷♀️

Really good hotel in central Kaunas. Reception stuff is polite, helpful and professional. My room was a bit small, but ok for one person. Hotel also has small gym. Breakfast were too standard. Small disappointment in breakfast- food on the warming table table gets a bit dry. I would like to see more local specialties.

Great value for money. Standard Double Room was spacious and cozy, with a good view, bed linen crisp, and pillows comfy. Bonus points for the blackout drapes! There was a kettle and a selection of tea, coffee and cocoa in the room, which was a pleasant surprise. Also, the hairdryer was quite decent, compared to other hotels'. Breakfast was delicious as well. Will definitely be staying here when in Kaunas next time.

É tolice negar a vantagem do Radisson Hotels sobre outros hotéis. Eu sempre tento encontrar apenas este quando estou em minha viagem de negócios para vários países. É legal que os hotéis estejam situados em quase todas as cidades da Europa e assim posso aproveitar meu tempo livre nesses hotéis onde quer que eu vá. Há sempre uma equipe educada e quartos limpos. Comida incrível e deliciosa e bebidas frescas) Acho que eu nunca mudaria o hotel Radisson por outros, porque sou bastante conservador neste caso.

It's silly to deny the advantage of Radisson Hotels over other hotels. I always try to find only this one when I am on my business trip to various countries. It's cool that the hotels are situated almost in all town in Europe and thus I can enjoy my free time in these hotels wherever I go. There is always a polite staff and clean rooms. Awesome and delicious food and cool beverages) Guess that I would never change Radisson hotel over other ones, because I am quite a conservative in this case.
