Nice and clean interior, pleasant staff. The rooms were on the smaller size and a bit tight for two adults. No housekeeping if you aren’t staying for more than few days, and valet parking is a bit costly. Found out there is ample free street parking overnight on Cameron St behind King St. Convenient location and cool modern interior but left a bit to be desired without breakfast or parking or cleaning.

Friendly customer service. Close to Amtrak and Metro lines. 10 minute walk with traffic lights. Hope to visit when the new onsite restaurant opens. Room is a little small for my size 12 feet. Nice comfortable beds. Everything else was great and I would stay here again.

El hotel está muy bien situado, es agradable y tranquilo por la noche. Muy cerca de la estación de metro y tren, así como de todo el casco antiguo. La habitación era un poquito más pequeña de lo que esperaba, pero estaba bien decorada y limpia. Era mi cumpleaños, así que el personal preparó la pequeña sorpresa graciosa que pidió mi novio al hacer la reserva. Son muy amables y serviciales. ¡Recomendar!

The hotel is very conveniently located, nice and quiet at night. Super close to the metro and train station as well as the whole Old Town. The room was a tiny bit smaller than I expected, but it was well decorated and clean. It was my birthday so the staffs actually prepared the little funny surprise that my boyfriend requested when booking. They are very nice and helpful. Recommend!

Walls are paper thin. I was there for work and will definitely do my best not to return. I had to profusely ask for a room change. The second time (after a promise of quiet and calm sleep) I had a couple arriving next door at 1am. Went to bed at their leisure - 3am. I had to be up at 5am - almost 24hrs awake. Tough next couple of days of work with such sleep schedule. Front desk did not answer call, when they specifically asked me to call if the neighbors had not quiet down. I was about to go down the street to the Hilton on my own dime, where I knew I would have a quiet room and better treatment.

We’ve stayed at four hotels in Alexandria recently. This is the best and our favorite. Super clean, modern, well decorated, and comfortable. Located in a great area with dining close by and lots more at the other end of King’s street. No parking-so use their valet service. No breakfast here, so walk 4 minutes around the corner and have breakfast at Table Talk restaurant—also an absolute favorite in Alexandria. Finally, count yourself lucky if you meet Ray at check-in. Every hotel should have a Ray. Most friendly, happy, cheerful, funny, helpful, and entertaining guy ever. Hands down the Hyatt Centric’s best asset.

Short walk to end of King St! We did it with small children and it took 20-25m. I’d imagine it’s be more like 10m for adults (or kids in strollers). Beautiful area! We will be back!

Cleanest, most comfortable and friendliest hotel stay I've ever had. The staff is friendly, accommodating and efficient. The beds and bedding are so comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well, as did the smart TV with Googlecast. Bathroom was immaculate. The high end hair dryer was a really nice touch. Sure, the parking is $35/day, but that includes a prompt valet service (honestly worth it). It was a flawless stay and the location is great. So many places to shop and eat on and around King Street.
