It is very quiet place. Small cosy hotel. Location-it is on the other side of island far from all touristic zones. If you need ,music all night long, bars and crowd-you are at the wrong place. At this place you need to have a car. But it is much closer to natural park Arikok with natural pools,bridge and all those wild beauty that you might like to see on island.plus 15 min away from Baby beach,which is we liked the most.
Will tell you all pluses and minuses of the hotel. Let’s start from pluses. It’s romantic,quiet,sunny place. Very friendly people. You really feel like home. At room you have everything you need. We had one of the best rooms with sea view on the second floor. N6. Nice small beach,very relaxing porch with chairs,so you can enjoy sunrise and sunset. Very safe to swim. Nice white sand and a lot of shade,that is very important in a very hot day. On the territory we had kitchen,which is not so fancy but had everything to cook. Territory is safe and very clean.
Now rooms- it had normal Quine size bed,clean sheets,tv,small shelf and safe. Plus some tableware,fringe and kettle. We had 2 beach towels and some towels for shower. And the most important thing was AC.
Now minuses- very small
Room, built from veneer and wood. Big shower with two faucets,but one was broken. For two people they gave us one big towel and 3 small. Don’t know why:) at night we met some cockroaches at the toilet and were forced to close all bags(who wants to bring it home)
As you see pluses much more than minuses. So if you like nice quiet vacation and you rent a car you can book this place bravely. One more thing,there are two restaurants beside-one is very nice but very expensive (Blue fishbone) and other is much cheaper,extremely nice fish and shrimps but not fancy at all (Zeerover)

Esta foi a viagem mais épica de sempre. Eu não sabia o que esperar porque eu estou acostumado a "tudo incluído", mas eles tinham uma cozinha abastecida com panelas, frigideiras e pratos para nós cozinhar, que veio a calhar. A mercearia ficava a uma curta distância de carro. A equipe foi super amigável e comunicativa. O lugar estava limpo e parecia uma pequena comunidade. Também eles tiveram um gato que viveu na área que era adorável, eu nomeei ele "Don Julio". Ele foi super doce e amigável. Fez sentir como em casa. Eles ainda nos permitem utilizar o seu equipamento de água (equipamento de snorkeling, nadadeiras, sapatos de mar, e Kyaks) gratuitamente, embora houvesse uma placa dizendo que custa. Havia famílias lá pescando e usando a grade para cozinhar a comida deles / delas (Se você for uma carne). Meu parceiro e eu tivemos um tempo incrível e recomendamos este lugar para qualquer pessoa que não queira fazer a coisa toda do Resort e que queira apenas uma experiência real. Nós não podemos esperar para voltar.

Limpo, quarto com ar condicionado e excelentes vistas; pequena praia privada, caiaques, ótimo mergulho com snorkel; empilhados, cozinha comunitária limpa, alguns ótimos restaurantes muito próximos, supermercados; apenas um tipo de água - quente :) minha esposa reclamou primeiro dia, mas depois foi ok com ele

This was the most epic trip ever. I didn’t know what to expect because I’m used to “All inclusive” but they had a kitchen stocked with pots, pans, and dishes for us to cook in which came in handy. The grocery store was a quick drive down the road. The staff was super friendly and communicative. The place was clean and felt like a little community. Also they had a cat that lived in the area that was adorable, I named him “Don Julio”. He was super sweet and friendly. Made it feel like home. They even let us use their water gear(snorkeling gear, flippers, sea shoes, and Kyaks) for free even though there was a sign saying it costs. There were families there fishing and using the grill to cook their food (If you are a meat). My partner and I had an amazing time and fully recommend this place for anyone who doesn’t want to do the whole Resort thing and just wants a real experience. We can’t wait to go back.

If your looking to avoid the tourist crowds and looking for peace and tranquility then this is it. It's not far from anything your looking to do. We rented a car and was well worth it. We went places that excursion places charge over $100 when we spent that much on a rental and we seen most of the island and went where we wanted when we wanted with no time restrictions. We got the 2 bed ocean view and it was spacious. It has a fridge fully equipped kitchen. There is also a gas grill outside, if you dont mind cooking for yourself while on vacation. There is also a restaurant next door and another one 2 businesses down. What's better then opening your door and stepping on sand and overlooking the beautiful crystal clear water. The staff is great the managers are also awesome. Very hospitable and kind. There is a cat on the property, which does not belong there but the guest feed him so it's also his home. He is sweet, I named him Morris...lol. I enjoyed my stay at Coral Reef Apts. I loved the scenery even more. We had everything we needed. From beach chairs we were allowed to take with us to the beaches when we went out. Kayaks, floaties, games for kids, reading material, community kitchen. I mean there is so many great things I can say but then I would spoil your stay. I hope to be back. Thank you Coral Reef Staff.

Erick, Jenny And Graciela were all great hosts. The place is clean and has everything that we need for a relaxing vacation. We were in Apartment #5. 10 feet away from the beach. They have hammocks all over the place. The porch by the beach with beach chairs is a delight to have and relax . I did my yoga practice their everyday.They have all the equipments that made our stay so relaxing and fun. Erick, called the car company for us for car rental. He made a special arrangement for us to celebrate our wedding Anniversarry at the Flying Fishbone Restaurant - table on the water. The kitchen facility was also helpful. The room has coffee maker, refrigerator and bread toaster.
If you want a quiet and relaxing vacation, this is a place to go.

Staff very friendly and helpful. They even have a very friendly cat who hangs out to greet you. Us guests enjoyed the cat’s companionship and providing it with food. The location was also nice, as it’s in a quiet residential area. We also liked the sea kayaks and floaties free for use. The ability to eat breakfast and lunch in our apartment saved us a lot of time in restaurants.

Wake up to the beach and enjoy the sunsets. The staff is welcoming and make you feel at home. Kayaks to paddle to the small reef across the water. Snorkel gear and beach chairs. A kitchen with everything you need as well as a grill. Theres a restaurant next door or a supermarket down the block. I would definitely recommend this place.
