Fiquei aqui como um presente de Natal para o outro durante dezembro em uma cama, café da manhã e jantar. A equipe muito agradável, como é a decoração, baixo roxo agradável, muitos lugares no bar onde pode comer ou há o restaurante Brasserie. Serviço de refeição um pouco lento mas nada para se preocupar. Boa seleção de comida no bar e restaurante. O café da manhã é um buffet farto. Quartos confortáveis, embora a temperatura da água do chuveiro foi atingido e perder. Um casal clássico tinha uma cama super king size. Há um frigorífico e um bom secador de cabelo. Tudo muito limpo. Se você estiver hospedado você tem uso das instalações de lazer, piscina pequena, sala de vapor, sauna, jacuzzi. Assento em volta da piscina. É bom como nenhuma criança com menos de 13 anos permitido. Não usei o salão de beleza.

O hotel em si era limpo e um café da manhã bom, mas o estacionamento nos fundos do hotel era muito pequeno, a equipe não era ótima e pelo que eu paguei eu esperava mais. Eu não voltaria para ser honesto, pois posso melhorar em outro lugar. Eu fiz a reserva para o aniversário do meu namorado e ele não ficou muito impressionado :-(

Teve uma ótima estadia aqui! O estacionamento gratuito foi uma boa surpresa à chegada. As instalações do spa foram tão agradáveis com sala de vapor, sauna, banheira de hidromassagem e piscina. 10 minutos a pé para a cidade, um valor muito bom para o dinheiro, estará voltando.

¡Tuve una gran estadía aquí! El aparcamiento gratuito fue una buena sorpresa al llegar. Las instalaciones del spa eran muy agradables con sala de vapor, sauna, jacuzzi y piscina. 10 minutos a pie de la ciudad, muy buena relación calidad-precio, volveremos.

Had a great stay here! Free parking was a good surprise upon arrival. Spa facilities were so nice with steam room, sauna, hot tub and pool. 10 minute walk into town, very good value for money, will be returning.

The hotel itself was clean and nice breakfast but the parking round the back of the hotel was very small, the staff weren’t great and for what I paid I would of expected more. I wouldn’t go back to be honest as can get better elsewhere. I booked for my boyfriends birthday and he wasn’t very impressed :-(

Amazing, stayed at this hotel for a night with my partner. The spa was fantastic, breakfast was very fulfilling. Even though we are in the midst of Covid-19, they made it very safe for every guest.

Ficamos por uma noite e fomos gentilmente atualizados para a suíte platina. Jantamos, café da manhã e tratamentos de spa. O jantar estava muito bom. No entanto, gostaríamos de ver uma seleção melhor para vegetarianos. Mas o serviço foi muito bom! Café-da-manhã foi novamente saboroso, mas o serviço foi um pouco lento e os funcionários não tão atenciosos como os da noite. Nós dois recebemos massagens de corpo inteiro que foram muito relaxantes. Nos alojamos por una noche y nos pasaron amablemente a la suite platinum. Cenamos, desayunos y tratamientos de spa. La cena estuvo muy buena. Sin embargo, nos hubiera gustado ver una mejor selección para vegetarianos. ¡Pero el servicio fue realmente bueno! El desayuno era delicioso de nuevo, pero el servicio era un poco lento y el personal no tan atento como los de la noche. Ambos recibimos masajes de cuerpo completo que fueron muy relajantes. En general, fue una experiencia realmente agradable y volvería felizmente.

We stayed for one night and we were kindly upgraded to the platinum suite. We had dinner, breakfast and spa treatments. Dinner was very good. However, we would've liked to seen a better selection for vegetarians. But the service was really good! Breakfast was again tasty but service was a bit slow and staff not as attentive as the evening ones. We both received full body massages which were very relaxing. Overall it was a really pleasant experience and would happily go again.

Tinha grandes expectativas para este hotel dado o preço e o site elegante, mas era média.O café da manhã era muito saboroso e a brasserie tem um terraço muito agradável. A localização também é fantástica, a 10/15 minutos a pé do centro.Ficamos 4 noites e é um hotel agradável, mas não vale o preço. Nós também tivemos problemas com nosso ar condicionado que começava a soprar ar muito quente aleatoriamente no meio da noite, todas as noites. Mencionamos isso várias vezes, mas nada foi feito, infelizmente.Algumas coisas a serem levadas em consideração: eu vi alguns comentários sobre estacionamento gratuito - este é um até meados de setembro. Normalmente custaria £ 12 / dia ... Compreensivelmente, há restrições para o café da manhã: você deve reservar uma vaga entre 8h e 10h30, portanto, reserve com antecedência ou peça serviço de quarto. También tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado que, al azar, comenzaba a soplar aire muy caliente en medio de la noche, todas las noches. Mencionamos esto varias veces, pero lamentablemente no se hizo nada.Algunas cosas a tener en cuenta: he visto algunas reseñas sobre el estacionamiento gratuito; esta es una excepción hasta mediados de septiembre. Por lo general, serían £ 12 / día ... Had high expectations for this hotel given the price and the sleek website, but it was average.The breakfast was very tasty and the brasserie has a very nice terrace. The location is also fantastic, a 10/15 minute walk to the centre.We stayed for 4 nights and It’s a pleasant hotel, but not worth the price. We also had problems with our air con which would randomly begin blowing out very hot air in the middle of the night, every night. We mentioned this several times but nothing was done unfortunately.Some things to be aware of: I’ve seen some reviews about free parking - this is a one off until mid September. Usually it would be £12/day... Understandably there are restrictions on breakfast: you have to book a slot between 8:00-10:30 so book early or get room service. It is also table service not walk up to the buffet.

I just visited the hotel overnight for a spa mini break eith a friend. All the staff I came into contact were lovely and hospitable. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice too. My only bug bear was the beds were tiny and moveable. We had a twin room so had two narrow single beds, which seemed to easily move around if you leaned on them. The bed comfort was average. The massage from Beth in the Spa was fantastic and the pool area was nice to chill. The absolute highlight of my trip was the food in the Brasserie. BEST BURGER EVER IN MY LIFE!!! Im not even exaggerating and it was most unexpected! My friend had the same and agreed. The menu selection was good overall, but that burger was unbelievable. The meat was so tender and flavoursome. It came with a deep fried onion ring and bacon, both of which I would usually pick out and not eat but they were all tasty together...i didnt eat the pickle though... We got a good deal on the stay, and I would definitely recommend! Our deal included £25 towards dinner and if toy book directly with the site, £5 voucher towards the bar or brasserie. We shall be returning!!!

Adorar esse lugar e no clima quente, meu quarto teve excelente AC. Jantar muito bom, como foram os funcionários da recepção. Café da manhã preparado poderia ter sido melhor. Mas isso foi um pontinho. Spa n academia parece convidativo também.

Love this place and in the warm weather, my room had excellent AC. Dinner very good as were reception staff. Cooked breakfast might have been better. But this was a blip. Spa n gym looks inviting too.

Nos alojamos aquí como un regalo de Navidad el uno del otro durante diciembre en una cama, desayuno y cena. El personal es muy agradable al igual que la decoración, la planta baja está decorada con un bonito color púrpura, hay muchos asientos en el bar donde se puede comer o el restaurante Brasserie. El servicio de comida es un poco lento, pero no hay de qué preocuparse. Buena selección de comida tanto en bar como en restaurante. El desayuno es un abundante buffet. Habitaciones cómodas aunque la temperatura del agua de la ducha era impredecible. Una doble clásica tenía una cama super king. Hay una nevera y un secador de pelo muy bueno. Todo muy limpio. Si se hospeda, puede hacer uso de las instalaciones de ocio, la piscina pequeña, la sala de vapor, la sauna y el jacuzzi. Asientos alrededor de la piscina. Es bueno como no se permiten niños menores de 13 años. No usé el salón de belleza.

Stayed here as a Christmas present to each other during December on a bed, breakfast and dinner deal. Staff very pleasant as is the decor, nice purple downstairs, plenty of seating in the bar where you can eat or there is the Brasserie restaurant. Meal service a little slow but nothing to worry about.Good selection of food in both bar and restaurant. Breakfast is a plentiful buffet. Rooms comfortable although the showerwater temperature was hit and miss.A classic double had a super king bed. There is a fridge and a really good hairdryer. All very clean. If you are staying you have use of the leisure facilities,small pool, steam room, sauna, Jacuzzi. Seating round the pool. Its good as no children under 13years allowed. Didn't use the beauty salon.

The hotel is within walking distance (5-6 mins) from the train station. Rooms are nice and clean. The staff are very welcoming and helpful.Breakfast and most pastries are fairly good but the main courses tend to be bland and sometimes overcooked. Sandwiches are the worst. I strongly suggest the hotel to change their bread supplier. The toasts are very try and lack of texture.
