Eu não moro no campus, mas tenho lavado roupa há anos. Esta noite (22/01/2021), fui terminantemente recusado com o fundamento de que não moro no campus. Não há pôster para este propósito. Quero saber quais são realmente os regulamentos da lavanderia? A mega loja de imagens ainda é exclusiva?A segurança era travessa, cheirava mal e parecia desarrumada e, quando começou a gritar comigo, abaixou o rosto. É assim que você faz?Na falta de resposta, devo apresentar queixa ao gabinete administrativo.

O que me diverte é que além do fato de serem arrogantes e não suportarem dizer a verdade, quase todos os comentários de 1 estrela respondem com o mesmo texto, seja em inglês ou traduzido. Ele nem se preocupa em responder concretamente o que o cliente disse. Quanto mais abusos você cometer, melhor você deixará a arrogância injustificada e se alegrará por ainda não ter sido processado; isso acontecerá novamente e novamente. No vivo en el campus, pero he utilizado la lavandería por mi cuenta durante años. Esta noche (22.01.2021) me rechazaron rotundamente alegando que no vivo en el campus. No hay cartel para este propósito. Quiero saber cuáles son realmente las regulaciones de lavandería. ¿La tienda de mega imágenes sigue siendo exclusiva?La guardia de seguridad era traviesa, olía mal y se veía desordenada, y cuando comenzó a gritarme, bajó la cabeza. ¿Así es como lo haces?A falta de respuesta, tengo que presentar una denuncia ante la oficina administrativa.

Lo que me divierte es que además de que son arrogantes y no soportan decirles la verdad, casi todos los comentarios de 1 estrella responden con el mismo texto, ya sea en inglés o traducido. Ni siquiera se molesta en responder concretamente lo que dijo el cliente. Cuantos más abusos hayas cometido, mejor saldrás de la soberbia injustificada y te alegrarás de que aún no te hayan demandado, sucederá una y otra vez. Bunch of thieves. They've refused to refund us any money for the 12 months contract (not even for the paid extra services that we did not get to use at all) even though there was a major force case (pandemic) out there that forced many of us to move out and not live in the campus anymore. On top of that, after the check-out they have also sneaked some extra money on the "room warranty" that we paid at the start of the contract. They've claimed some of the warranty money were used for "cleaning services" but they did not mention that initially. Now they won't even answer mails. TL;DR: If you care about your money and want a decent place to live in, don't choose west gate studios. I've heard ARCCA actually cares about their customers, so you know what to do :)

Rooms are clean, furniture a bit old but functional, bathroom ok, there is a small kitchen, a small fridge... Beds are a little on the hard side which makes them ideal for a good night s rest. Staff is really helpful and supportive. My only complain would be maybe the price, the only reason it doesn t get 5 stars

The perfect place if you want to waste your money on an overpriced and mediocre room that gets more expensive each year despite the so-called "discounts". The quality of the room depends on the person it previously belonged to, as the staff doesn't bother to check its condition and improve it - if that's the case. Good luck cleaning months old gunk. The administration has also been unbelievably unhelpful regarding the Covid situation, refusing to return money or at least a compensation when a lot of people couldn't live in the campus, when facilities were not being used, when there were no bills accumulating. They instead offered a "discount" to the people that could prove they didn't live in the campus due to the emergency state and only if they extended their contract, which ended up being more expensive than the previous one anyway. Not exactly something you'd expect from a private campus that claims to have the students' interests at heart, but we're talking about a greedy corporation here. Probably why the manager takes 2 weeks to get back to you if you want to end the contract and then wants to keep all the money to make up for their failures to provide trustworthy services? Also, if by any chance you get to live by yourself because the other place in a room for 2 is not occupied by no fault of your own, you'll have to pay for that vacant spot's bills as well, bills that are inflated anyway from the very beginning. Wouldn't be the end of the world if there were other accommodations to make up for that, but you are also limited to only 3 nights per month when you can have visitors over - again, even if you live alone, with no roommate to bother, as that's the administration's motivation for this rule. Or so they say. Not to mention that, even though the contract supposedly ends on the last day of September, you have to evacuate the room by the 20th of the month, otherwise you have to pay for any day you spend over that term. Overall, disappointed and surprised and scammed, after having spent 2+ years here. The premium services are subpar and the experience is very tiring. You'll do far better renting an apartment with some friends or college mates. Later edit to address the administration's response, as it would be a shame to have people fooled like this: 1. Why is it the biggest discount package? Because other campuses returned the money, no questions asked, as any reputable institution would do. 2. The arrogant tone is not only unnecessary, but proves how the concerns about the image are bigger than the ones for the residents. 3. In most rooms, the TVs are old, so the benefits of 140 channels are lost on most people. 4. The internet is very problematic, as I'm sure you know if you take into consideration the feedback you receive on the FB group. 5. Others services mentioned can be found anywhere, it's really not that deep, this isn't the place for free advertisement. Although, again, it's good to see that prioritised over the discomfort your residents experience. P.S: A quick google search will reveal more than 30 options with metro station by the door... It shouldn't be hard to find something nice, especially with the new subway line. As for the "apartment" part, let us be honest, that's not what the campus offers... I should mention that my review is for people who are interested in this place. If you're looking to save face and defend yourself, please look into improving the experience you offer so that it's worth the prices you claim in ways that don't involve spending money on optional services.

Nice hotel. Close to a supermarket. There is a student Café at the back of the building. Might be noisy. Rooms are clean, service is quite good.
