Ligação Wi-Fi muito fraca, quase inexistente nos quartos. Diversas vezes o cartão do quarto deixou de funcionar, onde tivemos de chamar inúmeras vezes a recepção.

Lovely hotel, very clean, staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Plenty of choice of food and drink for all the family. The children loved water polo and pool games. Evening entertainment was amazing. Booked a Cabana for a day, well worth the money waited on hand and foot. Would 100% recommended this hotel, looking forward to the next visit already!

Great hotel The rooms are nice and spotlessly clean,added bonus is you get a mini bar filled up every day.... The food is nice there's so much choice. There is a private beach with two restaurants in a beautiful setting where you can order food from.a menu. The entertainment throughout the day is fantastic and there is so much to do! Water aerobics, spinning, football and volleyball to name a few. The shows of an evening are amazing 👏. We are thinking about returning next year as we've loved it so much. Ótimo hotel Os quartos são agradáveis e impecavelmente limpos, bônus adicional é que você recebe um mini-bar cheio todos os dias... A comida é boa, há tanta escolha. Há uma praia privada com dois restaurantes em um belo cenário, onde você pode pedir comida de um menu. O entretenimento durante todo o dia é fantástico e há muito o que fazer! Hidroginástica, spinning, futebol e vôlei para citar alguns. Os shows de uma noite são incríveis 👏. Estamos pensando em voltar no próximo ano, pois gostamos muito.

Amazing hotel from start to finish, arrived as a family of 4. Children 2 and 8, food and drink is definitely 5 star, certainly one of the best hotels we have stayed in. First time in turkey and I will 100% recommend. All staff extremely helpful, from guest services to lifeguards and restaurant staff. We booked Pool Cabana at an extra charge, please go ahead and book as they are worth every Penny. Very good service and holiday overall from start to finish. Wish we could stay longer!! Entertainment is very good also with plenty going on. Overall amazing holiday, thank you!!

Hi everyone this is my very honest review of this hotel my wife and I are here at the moment. Before arriving at the hotel we read some negative reviews. I can honestly say that this is a fantastic hotel and I would recommend to anyone. The rooms are cleaned daily with fresh bedding and towels. The pools are amazing with plenty of sun beds so no need to set your alarm clock. The food is very good quality and plenty to choose from. The hotel has its own part of the beach with plenty of sun beds which are shaded. The shows that we have seen have been really good especially the white party and the Michael Jackson show. The staff are fantastic , polite and very helpful and can’t do enough for you. The hotels entertainment team are very hard working and try to get everyone involved in the daily activities ie pool games , darts etc.All I can say is that we will be returning to this hotel next year!!!!

Fab hotel for our first visit to Turkey. Family friendly with an excellent buffet as part of all inclusive. Great pools with plenty of sunbeds and beach was lovely. We booked a beach cabana for a day at an extra cost which was worth it on a very warm day. Excellent service throughout. We had a problem with air con in our room and it was quickly rectified. Evening entertainment was fantastic with shows for kids and adults to enjoy. During our stay we enjoyed a Samba show, Michael Jackson tribute and Anatolian dance troupe. Whilst hotel is on pricey side we did enjoy it and our 5 year old had a great time. We would look to seek out a better deal, but would recommend.

We are a family of 4 with two children aged 8 & 11. This hotel is our absolute favourite. So much to do to keep the children entertained through the day with a variety of pools to explore & some entertainment to watch or join in! The food is amazing, plenty for everyone at all times of the day too. Our children loved the slides & splash park as well as the close proximity to the beach to explore the waves. Prompt table service for drinks & food served to you from lovely staff from various glass covered stations in the hall to preserve hygiene. Our absolute favourite and really made our holiday - the pier cabanas. Extra cost but sooo worth it. A little bit of holiday heaven with staff who can’t do enough for you. Overall, we love this hotel & we can’t wait to return 🥰

Stayed here in 2020 and returned this year. The hotel is excellent. Drinks are amazing and the food is out of this world!! The animation team can’t do enough for you and the kids (including the kids club). The adults entertainment is very professional and huge variety of shows & acts - not to mention the day time schedule. The rooms are immaculate and the hotel grounds are very well kept!The staff in this hotel are amazing and go out of their way to do anything for you - we met Sofia Mariia, they were lovely with our two boys!Would 100% recommend this hotel for all the family!!

Just got back amazing place. The staff are amazing met some lovely people there best Holiday I've had can't wait to return. The shows are amazing so much hard work has gone into every detail. Waiters & waitresses are amazing. Entertainment staff fabulous always greater by these in the morning. The Spa staff are excellent had fabulous treatments there. My new very happy place
