Had the best week here, the food was delicious and so much choice. The staff were great! Very friendly and helpful. The hotel was lovely, rooms clean. Lots of activities in the resort and only a short taxi into town if you want to explore.

A very nice and cozy hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Reading some impressions of other guests before arriving at the hotel, we didn't really have high expectations. The rooms are smaller, but they are cleaned regularly, the bed linen is changed, if not every day, then certainly every other. The mini bar is replenished every day and bottled water is available at all locations in the hotel at all times. We vacationed with a 6-month-old baby and we didn't ask for a crib when booking, but we still got one in the room, which is commendable. The sunbeds around the pool have been occupied since early morning, but there are enough of them on the beach, which is very close. Excellent and large selection of delicious food and drinks. The Wi-Fi connection is excellent, even on the beach (and it's free). The spa center is excellent, and the medical back massage is rejuvenating after a long journey. The hotel has its own application on the Play Store, which is very useful and where you can find all the necessary information without bothering the hotel staff with nonsense. We would definitely spend our holidays in this hotel again.

We stayed at this beautiful resort last month and now we’re in a rush to get back there! What an incredible experience we had here! I could not fault this hotel, from the the very minute we arrived we were greeted like royalty, every member of the reception team we encountered would go above and beyond to help us and there wasn’t a time they didn’t have a smile on their faces. The bar staff, what can I say about the bar staff! From the reception bar to the pool side bar every member of staff made our holiday one to remember, constantly having fun and bringing a happy vibe to the guests, making fantastic drinks and being all around legends! I praise the bar staff so highly because they seemed to really love making their guests happy, going above and beyond to help us all out. The food, as a vegan I was worried I’d struggle to eat but wow there was so much choice, I think I came back to the UK a little heavier than I’d liked!! We truly had a wonderful holiday because of the wonderful team working at this hotel, I hope to return in the future and see all of these wonderful people. Os funcionários do hotel foram extremamente simpáticos e muito interessados. Especialmente graças ao Sr. Mohammed Barış, ele ajudou em todos os campos. A comida é deliciosa e variada. A equipe é muito gentil.Parte negativa: O grande ponto negativo é que no hotel é muito barulhento e se você quiser descansar, é um pouco difícil. O hotel em si é com área de espaço aberto dentro e você pode ouvir cada ruído no seu quarto. Além disso, há um grande espaço na parte inferior da porta entre a porta e o chão, para que você possa ouvir até os passos do corredor. Hausekeepers geralmente limpam entre 14h e 16h, então é melhor não tirar uma soneca entre essas horas. Além disso, havia uma porta para o próximo quarto dentro do nosso um - ruídos de nossos vizinhos também. Desde a primeira entrada, a atenção e o rosto sorridente de todos os funcionários foram perfeitos. Chefs, pessoal de limpeza, garçons, funcionários do bar da piscina e do lobby, espreguiçadeiras, guarda-sóis, etc., os chefs são muito, muito preocupados e sorridentes. Eles nos fizeram sentir muito especiais. Gostaríamos de agradecer ao Sr. Mehmet o atendente da praia, Sr. Ahmet Başpınar, Sr. İlker de azul no restaurante, Sr. Alper que nos recebeu na primeira entrada, Sr. Mesut, o limpador da piscina, e todos os pessoal cujos nomes não me lembro. Positivo: Muy limpio, hotel no tan grande. La playa es de arena con acceso directo desde el complejo. Bonita piscina olímpica donde puedes encontrar algunos espacios libres en temporada alta, de lo contrario cerca de las otras piscinas, es imposible, a menos que te pongas la toalla a las 6 de la mañana. La comida es deliciosa y variada. El personal es muy amable.Parte negativa: El gran inconveniente es que en el hotel es demasiado ruidoso y si quieres descansar, es un poco difícil. El hotel en sí tiene un área de espacio abierto adentro y puedes escuchar cada ruido en tu habitación. También hay un gran espacio en la parte inferior de la puerta entre la puerta y el piso, por lo que puedes escuchar incluso los pasos desde el pasillo. Los housekeepers suelen limpiar entre las 2 y las 4 de la tarde, por lo que es mejor no dormir la siesta entre estas horas. Además, había una puerta a la habitación contigua dentro de la nuestra, también los ruidos de nuestros vecinos. Las habitaciones son pequeñas y el aire acondicionado está encima de la cama, lo cual es bastante incómodo porque sientes todo el aire frío durante la noche (imposible apagarlo por el calor y no puedes cambiar los grados - puesto en 24 ).Como recomendación diría que estará bien que haya una discoteca o un bar donde tomar tu cóctel y bailar. Pero en general el hotel es muy bueno y tuvimos unas vacaciones geniales allí.

El personal del hotel fue extremadamente amable y muy interesado. Especialmente gracias al Sr. Mohammed Barış, ayudó en todos los campos. La limpieza de la habitación y la limpieza general del hotel fue muy buena. Positive: Very clean, not so big hotel. The beach is sandy within direct access from the resort. Nice Olympic pool where you can find some free spaces in high season, otherwise near the other pools - it is impossible, unless you put your towel at 6 in the morning.The food is delicious and varied. Staff is very kind. Negative part: The big negative is that in the hotel is too noisy and if you want to take a rest, it's a bit difficult. The hotel itself is with open space area inside and you can hear each noise in your room. Also there is a big space on the bottom of the door between the door and the floor, so you are able to hear even the steps from the corridor. Hausekeepers usually clean between 2 and 4 PM, so better not to take a nap between these hours. Plus there was a door to the next room inside our one -noises from our neighbors too. Rooms are small and the air-conditioner is above the bed, which is pretty uncomfortable because you feel all the cold air during the night (impossible to turn it off because of the heat and you are not able to change the degrees - set on 24). As a recommendation I would say that it will be good if there is a disco or a bar where you can drink your cocktail and dance. But overall the hotel is very good and we had a great vacation there.

Ficamos neste hotel por 2 semanas com 2 crianças. Gostei muito de tudo, principalmente da cozinha e do Chef Ömer, sempre prestativo e atencioso. Nos alojamos en este hotel por 2 semanas con 2 niños. Me gustó mucho todo, especialmente la cocina y el Chef Jefe Ömer, siempre servicial y complaciente. Una gran selección de segundos platos, postres, incluso mesa infantil. hotel muy limpio y las habitaciones estaban bien limpias también. El personal es amable y acogedor. Gracias por una estadía maravillosa, lo recomendaremos a nuestros amigos.

Not as ultra all inclusive as offered at the agency. You can not take towels for the beach before 8.30 a.m.which is too late in my opinion. Short time for meals - only 2-2,5 hours.Working time for beach is from 8 a.m. till 7 p.m. although it is still day. Dinner time till 9 p.m..

Fantastic Hotel. Me and my family just arrived back to the UK today 070622 after a weeks holiday in Antalya. We stayed here and loved it this hotel ticks all boxes for me from rooms to food and fantastic staff. Especially Muhammed and Islam who are on the reception desk in the evenings top guys. Brilliant hotel and spa with easy access all round. 50 minutes transfer from Antalya Airport.Spa setting is spotless and very relaxing alongside the hotels indoor swimming pool and sauna.Massage service by Kimi was excellent over 3 one hour sessions got all the tension out of my muscles and worked on specific areas each after consulting with me.Thoroughly professional and totally relaxing spa service.Hotel restaurants bars and patisserie were superb, excellent service from very helpful staff as well as superb decor/settings both indoors and out. Loved the lounge bar and beach bar.Loads of food and snacks available throughout the day.Lovely pools and pool bar and slides etc for added fun. Full size Olympic pool, yoga platform, amphitheatre, small shop, beach bar and sunbathing area as well as beach activities.Suitable for wheelchairs and buggies. Also family friendly with plenty to do for the kids.Local bus service to Side or Manavgat as well as tours run from the hotel to popular sites including Pamukkale.

Great hotel at a great location. Unfortunately, spoilt by lack of entertainment for the kids, air conditioning in all rooms set to 24°C which couldn't be changed and most staff who couldn't speak English. Hotel is located walking distance away from the beach, and close to a bus stop that takes you to town. The buffet service was excellent with different varieties almost everyday.
