We stayed here for our baby moon and had a wonderful experience. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful and made our trip special. From the housekeeping noting our preferences to make sure we had everything we needed, to the yoga instructor who was so sweet in helping me modify for prenatal yoga, to the concierge giving us great recommendations, to the beach and pool staff making sure we were comfortable and looked after. Thank you to everyone on the Ritz-Carlton team!

The service is very lacking, there were a few employees who seemed to like their job, but most didn't. Don't expect any assistance from one of the concierges, I left them a voicemail in the morning with a question and never heard back even though we were there a few more days. The restaurant experience was horrible, food was mediocre, but service was bad. Service at the lounge bar was slightly better, but most servers avoid making eye contact as they walk by. We expected much better at a Ritz property, especially for the price. The location is on a nice beach, but the view is blocked by a neighbor hotel, Sevan stars which is closer to the beach. The best experience was the Lady Grace catamaran, captain Brent, his wife and crew were awesome. Hopefully it will be just as good when Brent and his wife leave in a few days back to St. John.

Absolutely fabulous time at the Ritz - everyone was super welcoming and kind. Service was phenomenal and any reviews mentioning they are slow — not sure what you’re talking about — the team was phenomenal in assisting with beach side drinks and lunch. Breakfast was great. Thank you to John By - Calvin - Kumar - Niren!!! Our room was absolutely stunning - we got fresh sheets every night and turn down service with waters and chocolates. Room was cleaned and organized everyday. The balconies are amazing and made us enjoy waking up early and enjoying espressos on the deck. Bed was super comfortable. Had a very difficult time leaving! The ocean was beautiful.We didn’t spend too much time in the pool but it was quite warm and enjoyable and had full sun the entire day. Drinks were delicious. Bravo Ritz Carlton! Now if I can only find the scent in the lobby to order online - I’ll be set! We will be back!!

Definitivamente não é um Ritz, mais como um Sheraton, mas não tão bom quanto um Westin. Para o dinheiro, deve haver melhores lugares para ficar. Definitivamente no es un Ritz, más como un Sheraton pero no tan bueno como un Westin. Por el dinero, debe haber mejores lugares para quedarse. No hay rincones ni grietas ni pensamientos especiales dados a las decoraciones. El personal es muy amable pero le falta conocimiento. Nuestra habitación tenía una hermosa vista del océano, así que fue agradable. El área de la piscina es una piscina muy básica, muy poca sombra, sin un ambiente agradable, piense en Marriott Courtyard a 10 veces el precio. ¡Ni siquiera me hagas empezar con las toallas!

Definitely not a Ritz, more like a Sheraton but not as nice as a Westin. For the money, there must be better places to stay. No nooks and crannies or any special thoughts given to the decorations. Staff is super friendly but lack knowledge Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean, so that was nice. The pool area is a very basic pool, very little shade, no cool vibe, think Marriott Courtyard at 10 times the price. Don’t even get me started with the towels!

My wife and I brought our 2 year old to the Ritz and we had an amazing experience. The hotel is very nice and the hotel staff is incredibly friendly. If you visit and need anything at all, ask for Mert! They have great pools and great access to the best beaches in the world.

You will not find a better place to enjoy Turks and Caicos than the Ritz. The rooms have the best view of Grace Bay. I enjoyed 3 nights We enjoyed all the water activities. The sushi bar is excellent. Best sushi on the Island One of the best beaches in the world Grace Bay

Vamos começar com Brandy: a incrível funcionária que nos registrou. Estávamos viajando por um dia tão agitado com atrasos nos voos e ela mudou nosso humor instantaneamente. Ela era tão charmosa e divertida. O espaço público e os quartos são de muito bom gosto. Todo o espaço tem um cheiro incrível. O acesso à praia de Grace Bay é a cereja do bolo.

O GM foi muito acolhedor e quando lhe dissemos como tínhamos adorado o sushi no Grand Cayman Ritz e ela nos encantou ao compartilhar que seu novo chef veio daquela propriedade. O conceito aberto e o ambiente são paradisíacos e o serviço é incomparável. Nós não ficamos lá, mas nos aventuramos a conferir a nova propriedade. A frente do Ritz parece um prédio estéril, mas é novo, então imagino que eles farão ajustes. No que diz respeito à comida e ao serviço é inigualável. Vejo vocês em breve!

Let's start with Brandy: the amazing staff member who checked us in. We were traveling through such a hectic day with flight delays and she changed our mood instantly. She was so charming and fun. The public space and the rooms are so tasteful. The entire space smells amazing. The access to the Grace Bay beach is the icing on the cake.

This was some of the best sushi I’ve ever had, and I must admit, I eat a lot of it. The GM was very welcoming and when we told her how we had loved the sushi at the Grand Cayman Ritz and she delighted us by sharing that their new chef came from that property. The open concept and ambiance is heavenly and the service is unparalleled. We did not stay there but ventured out to check out the new property. The front of the Ritz somewhat looks like a sterile building, but it’s brand new so I would imagine they will make tweaks. As far as the food and the service it is second to none. See you guys soon!

Propriedade deslumbrante. As refeições no restaurante no local foram excelentes. Spa era divino. Poderia ter ficado na cama o dia todo, era tão confortável e o quarto tão espaçoso. Com certeza ficaria novamente. A única desvantagem é o alto preço, mas você vê o que está pagando. Ficamos parte de nossa viagem aqui e parte em outros lugares, o que foi uma ótima solução para isso.

Impresionante propiedad. Las comidas en el restaurante del hotel eran fantásticas. Spa fue divino. Podría haber estado en la cama todo el día, era tan cómoda y la habitación era tan espaciosa. Sin duda me alojaría aquí de nuevo. El único inconveniente es el alto precio, pero ves lo que estás pagando. Nos alojamos parte de nuestro viaje aquí y parte en otro lugar, lo que fue una gran solución para eso.

Having stayed in the best hotels in the world, including Aman, Peninsula, Mandarin, Four Seasons, among others, my experience was excellent.It's a great island hotel.You will not find a better place to enjoy Turks and Caicos than the Ritz.The staff is well trained, the rooms have the best view of grace bay. I enjoyed 4 nights with the family. We enjoyed all the water activities. The sushi bar is excellent.Best sushi in the Island. Plan your day at the catamaran.

Stunning property. Meals at the restaraunt on site were great. Spa was divine. Could have stayed in bed all day it was so comfortable and the room so spacious. Would absolutely stay again. Only downside is the high price tag, but you see what you are paying.We stayed part of our trip here, and part elsewhere which was a great solution to that.
