I recently married in Montego Bay. While I and many of our guest stayed at another resort I booked my two sons and girl friend stay at Piece of Paradise because it was more affordable. I want to first thank Gabriel for his hospitality shown towards my son's. Their flight was delayed in Miami so they did not arrive into Montego Bay until after midnight. The company for the rental car I had reserved for them was now closed. I emailed Gabriel earlier in the evening to let him know of my sons late arrival and kept him posted via text msgs on their status throughout the evening to ensure he held their two rooms. He ended up going to the airport to pick them up and texted me to let me know they arrived safely. They thouroughly enjoyed their 4 day stay and spoke very highly of Gabriel and his hospitality. One of my sons departing flight was cancelled after he arrived at the airport with no other flights leaving that night. Again, I reached out to Gabriel and again he graciously went and picked up my son late at night and again kept me posted until my son arrived back at Pierce of Paradise (PoP) safely. My son then extended his stay another 2 days and hung out at PoP enjoying the other guest and Gabriel's hospitality. As a mom I initially worried but Gabriel was so accomodating and though we never spoke on the phone the constant communication via text msgs gave me a piece that my sons were ok. Thanks Gabriel!! My sons are looking forward to returning to MoBay and stay at no other place than Piece of Paradise!!!

This is a place run by unprofessional opportunist. I spent the duration of my vacation in New Kingston at one of the finest establishments on the island. I decided to have one additional day in Montego Bay and booked this reservation a week ahead of my date of stay. At the time of booking I requested airport pick up and the property confirmed. When I arrived at sangster from new Kingston there was no shuttle in sight. I called the property and the man stated his car broke down but I’m in luck because he can get me a ride for 20 usd. 🤔 is this a real place? In all my years of travel I’ve never felt such a sense of uneasiness and alarm. I looked at my phone to check maybe if I’d dialed an incorrect number. When I questioned the amount of USD the person on the other end of the phone requested to pick me up he became combative and loud. At that point I requested the reservation canceled. Shortly after I received the following message from the hotel representative in my inbox. Please reconsider the motives and professionalism of the management when thinking to book this accommodation.

typical Jamaican restaurant food for it to make it to enjoy peace of paradise it's beautiful place where you'll enjoy your vacation laid out to help people to appreciate the culture food clothing and so forth want to see prices it is moderate and also the service is real good at a piece of paradise enjoy
