Já estivemos muitas vezes com minha esposa, nos primeiros meses também. Então eles mudaram de pessoal e tudo mudou. Chuveiros ruins, atenção terrível, sem estacionamento, ainda por cima, eles participaram por nós por estacionarmos mal, embora o responsável nos tenha dito onde estacionar. O gerente da recepção responde de forma rude, não há controle dos donos. Pedimos uma cama queen size no momento da reserva e eles nos deram camas separadas. Experiência muito ruim, não recomendo a ninguém. O gerente não é adequado para esse trabalho e pode continuar indefinidamente

Hemos ido con mi mujer muchas veces, los primeros meses bien. Después cambiaron personal y todo cambió. Las duchas malas, atención pésima, sin estacionamiento, para colmo nos sacaron un parte por mal estacionado a pesar que la persona,encargada nos dijo donde estacionar. El encargado en recepción contesta de mala forma poco amable, no hay ningún control de los dueños. Pedimos una cama matrimonial en la reserva y nos dieron camas separadas. Muy mala experiencia, no se lo recomiendo a nadie. El encargado no es apto para ese trabajo y podría seguir y seguir

We have gone with my wife many times, the first months well. Then they changed personnel and everything changed. Bad showers, terrible attention, no parking, to top it off they took a part for us for badly parked even though the person in charge told us where to park. The manager at the reception answers in an unkind way, there is no control of the owners. We asked for a queen size bed when booking and they gave us separate beds. Very bad experience, I do not recommend it to anyone. The manager is not fit for that job and could go on and on

Em geral, super bom! Apenas detalhes como: Possui apenas 2 vagas de estacionamento A água quente demora muito para sair E não acho os quartos muito seguros, pois todos possuem o mesmo sistema de senhas.É um lugar limpo e bonito e eles têm funcionários simpáticos.

Excelente, um dos lugares mais baratos e bonitos para se estar em Providencia. O café da manhã era excelente e muito rico, lugar limpo, espaçoso, boa internet, televisão, qualidade, etc. O pessoal tanto de atendimento, telefone, cafeteria e excelente limpeza. Entre os pequenos detalhes a melhorar estaria a água já que o nivelamento da temperatura não é muito exato, mas nada sério.

Excelente, uno de los lugares más baratos y bonitos para estar en Providencia. El desayuno estaba excelente y muy rico, lugar limpio ,amplio, internet bueno, televisión, calidad, etc. El personal tanto de atención, teléfono, cafetería y limpieza excelente. Entre los pequeños detalles a mejorar estaría el agua ya que no es muy exacto la nivelación de temperatura pero nada grave.

En lo general super bien! Solo detalles como: Cuenta solo con 2 estacionamientos El agua caliente demora en salir Y las habitaciones no las encuentro muy seguras, ya que todos tienen el mismo sistema de clave.Es un lugar limpio, lindo y tienen un personal amable.

Lugar horrível, os chuveiros estão inundados, a água quente é muito quente ou muito fria, apenas 2 vagas de garagem, o refeitório vaza com a água dos chuveiros dos andares superiores, mas o pior de tudo eu tenho que ver como está o carregador maltrata seus colaboradores, acho que é o pior. NÃO RECOMENDO ESTE LUGAR PARA O QUE VOCÊ PAGA, VOCÊ PODE ESCOLHER ALGO MELHOR

Pesimo lugar,las duchas se anegan, el agua caliente pésimo muy caliente o muy fría,solo 2 estacionamientos, la sala dedesayuno se gotea con el agua de las duchas de los pisos superiores,pero lo peor de todo que me toco ver como el el cargador maltrata a.sus colaboradores,creo que es lo más grave. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR POR LO QUE PAGA PUEDE ELIGIR ALGO MEJOR

Terrible place, the showers are flooded, the hot water is very hot or very cold, only 2 parking spaces, the breakfast room leaks with the water from the showers on the upper floors, but worst of all I have to see how the the shipper mistreats his collaborators, I think it is the worst. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR WHAT YOU PAY YOU CAN CHOOSE SOMETHING BETTER

La habitación es cómoda y el baño bastante amplio. Sin embargo considero qué hay varios puntos que mejorar. Empezando porque pedimos una habitación para fumadores con terraza y al llegar teníamos una básica. Fue un error de comunicación al momento de la reserva según nos informó el joven que nos recibió. De igual forma no pudieron ofrecerme otra habitación por no haber disponibilidad. Al llegar a la habitación presentaba problemas con la electricidad que luego fueron resueltos. Costó mucho poder bañarme con agua caliente y además el teléfono de la ducha nunca sirvió. Al día siguiente llamé para pedir el desayuno a la habitación (estaba incluido en el valor) y me indicaron que debido a cuarentena el personal no pudo llegar y que sólo contaban con dos personas, por lo que debía bajar a desayunar o retirar el desayuno. Opté por desayunar en el restaurant del hotel y la verdad quede encantada con el menú, pero no pude evitar notar el esfuerzo enorme que éstas personas hacían para poder cubrir a todos los huéspedes.La misma persona que atendía en recepción era la misma que hacía de Garzón y además de limpieza en los pasillos. Estaban tan colapsados que quise hacer el check out y no encontraba a nadie. Tuve que buscar en la cocina del hotel. En fin, le doy 5 estrellas al personal que estaba esforzándose mucho pero 2 estrellas a la administración por no fijarse en esos detalles...

The room is comfortable and the bathroom is quite spacious. However, I consider that there are several points to improve. Starting because we asked for a smoking room with a terrace and upon arrival we had a basic one. It was a communication error at the time of booking as reported by the young man who received us. In the same way, they could not offer me another room because there was no availability. When he got to the room he had problems with the electricity that were later solved. It took a lot to be able to bathe with hot water and also the shower phone never worked. The next day I called to ask for breakfast in the room (it was included in the value) and they told me that due to quarantine the staff could not arrive and that they only had two people, so I had to go down to have breakfast or pick up breakfast. I opted for breakfast at the hotel restaurant and I was really delighted with the menu, but I couldn't help but notice the enormous effort that these people made to cover all the guests. The same person who attended the reception was the same as Garzón and also cleaning the corridors. They were so collapsed that I wanted to check out and could not find anyone. I had to search the hotel kitchen. Anyway, I give 5 stars to the staff who were trying so hard but 2 stars to the management for not paying attention to those details ...

Altamente recomendado. Às vezes o wi-fi funcionava muito lento, mas no geral uma boa experiência e bem frequentada. Quarto duplo muito aconchegante com tudo que você precisa para uma noite tranquila.

Las instalaciones de las duchas muy malas, el agua no se puede regular a una temperatura agradable sólo muy fria o muy caliente. El recepcionista no creyó en mi queja diciendo que "nunca nadie había reclamado por aquello" no quiso subir a la habitación para yo poder demostrarle el desperfecto (éldemostró soberbia y agresividad) . Al final fue una mucama a ver que yo no estuviera mintiendo. Finalmente me cambiaron a una nueva habitación que tiene el mismo problema porque usan el mismo calefont , y es más, el teléfono de la ducha está tapado con sarro y sale un hilo de agua muy frío o muy caliente. El desayuno es desilucionante, un jugo de naranja que debe ser 30% naranja y 70% agua, al igual que el café, se observé que la carga del café en la cafetera la cambian cada 4 o 5 tazas que sirven. Un croisant por fuera caliente y por dentro frío y no ofresen para personas intolerantes a la lactosa o al gluten, hay que pedirlo. Una verdadera mala experiencia en este "hotel".
