O Palms superou cada exoectação. Em primeiro lugar, a propriedade é imaculada. A equipe é amigável e atenciosa. Honestamente, entre os melhores e mais amigáveis que já experimentei… em qualquer lugar! A praia, em Grace Bay, é linda! Você é conveniente para tudo se ficar aqui. É claro que a gestão estabelece padrões elevados e os funcionários procuram exceder esses padrões! Venha para The Palms, fique, relaxe e divirta-se. Já planejando nossa viagem de volta em 2023!!! Este lugar é o paraíso, em um pedaço do paraíso!

Ficamos aqui no final de abril de 2022 com um grupo de amigos. Teve um grande momento!Prós - Praia incrível e acesso à praia. Uma das melhores (se não a melhor) praia que já fui. Pequeno bar agradável na praia para pedir comida e bebidas - O atendente na praia configuraria cadeiras de praia e mesa, se necessário (garrafas de água grátis também!) - Os jardins eram lindos - Ótimo café-da-manhã...bom bar de omeletes. - Mercado à vista para comprar bebidas e comida (um pouco caro, mas conveniente) - Sweet pool e bar aquático - Acesso gratuito ao duche no Spa. Isso foi incrivelmente útil no dia do nosso check-out. - Se você pegar um barco ou fazer parapente, eles vão buscá-lo na praia em frente ao hotel! - Pessoal muito simpático!Contras - O processo de check-in não foi tranquilo para nós. Parecia muito desorganizado. Demorou mais do que o desejado. - O teste Covid também foi um pouco desajeitado com longas filas. Nosso amigo teve que pegar um ônibus para o hotel irmão Palms para fazer um teste. - Não há serviço de transporte para o aeroporto. Você divide um táxi com pessoas que estão indo para outros hotéis.No geral, eu recomendaria definitivamente se estiver na sua faixa de preço. Esperamos voltar novamente.

We stayed here in late April 2022 with a group of friends. Had a great time! Pros - Amazing beach and beach access. One of the best (if not the best) beach I’ve been to. Nice little bar at the beach to order food and drinks - Attendant at beach would set up beach chairs and table if needed (free water bottles too!) - The grounds were beautiful - Great breakfast…nice omelette bar. - Market on sight to buy booze and food (a bit expensive but convenient) - Sweet pool and swim up bar - Free access to shower in Spa. This was incredibly helpful on the day of our check out. - If you get a boat or go parasailing, they’ll pick you up at the beach right in front of the hotel! - Very friendly staff! Cons - Check in process was not smooth for us. It seemed very disorganized. Took longer than preferred. - Covid test was also a bit clunky with long lines. Our friend had to take a shuttle to the Palms sister hotel to get a test. - No airport shuttle service. You have share a cab with people who are going to other hotels. Overall I would definitely recommend if it’s in your price range. We hope to come back again.

Es un complejo muy hermoso ubicado en una de las playas más bonitas del mundo. Nos encantó tanto y nos cuesta irnos. La ubicación es simplemente increíble. Las habitaciones son bonitas y todo el complejo es lujoso. Falta el desayuno y el servicio es impredecible.

I had a wonderful 60 min massage with Amor today. Highly recommend. The spa facilities are very nice. I would recommend including wash clothes for the showers though which were not available.

It is a very beautiful resort located on one of the nicest beaches anywhere in the world. We loved it so much and we hard to leave. The location is just amazing. Rooms are nice and the whole complex is luxurious. Breakfast is lacking and service is a hit or miss afair.

Meu marido e eu passamos uma semana neste resort no final de setembro de 2021. Aproveitamos todos os dias ao máximo! A água é cristalina, azul, verde, azul celeste e extremamente limpa! O clima nessa época estava perfeito, muito quente e não muito úmido. A piscina é muito relaxante e sempre limpa. O resort em si é tão bonito. A equipe é excelente e nos ajudou com tudo o que precisávamos para a nossa estadia. Há um buffet de pequeno-almoço que está incluído no preço do quarto. Os quartos são espaçosos, limpos e as camas e travesseiros são confortáveis. Tivemos uma varanda que não usamos muito, mas é bom tê-lo. Os restaurantes: Paralelo 23 e o Bar da piscina do resort fazem refeições muito boas e experimentamos quase tudo no menu e o tempo todo foi uma experiência 10/10. Bebidas/coquetéis são perfeitos também. Há algumas lojas dentro do resort onde você pode comprar equipamentos de natação, protetor solar, roupas, acessórios, lanches e presentes. Estamos definitivamente pensando em voltar em breve!Certifique-se de experimentar o 'Parasailing' e 'Snorkeling' antes de sair. Que experiência fantástica!Algumas dicas para você se divertir: Pequena dica nº 1: tenha muitas notas de US $ 1 com você antes de sua viagem, porque toda vez que pedíamos notas de US $ 1 para dar gorjeta aos funcionários, acabamos recebendo as contas não em sua melhor forma (quero dizer as contas mais feias e sujas), o que nós o usamos novamente para eles porque é por isso que precisávamos deles. Pequena dica nº 2: NÃO compre nada dos caras que se aproximam de você na praia e tente agir de maneira legal e amigável no começo enquanto tenta vender qualquer coisa que eles não deveriam. Evitar!

If not for the beautiful beach, I would have left. From the start, the staff was terrible.My reservation was made on their own website. They kept telling me that there was a problem with the reservation because I booked on Expedia. Which I did not. The entire time any question, the answer was no.The gym closed at 5pm so anyone who wanted to use it would have to leave in the beach in the middle of the day.They even let us take a $20 taxi to the property next door. You'd think that the bellman would have said that it was right down the road, he did not.I booked a junior suite. I was given a regular room with no view. It was worse than no view, there was a tree right outside the window blocking all the light and if you looked past the tree you could see right into someone else's room! The air conditioning squeaked, and there was a light on in a locked closet that could not be turned off even over night.The worst part was that I was charged for 6 nights when I only stayed 5 because of the issue at check in.Pros- the property was nice and the woman in the breakfast buffet was lovely. Otherwise, I bet there are way better places for that kind of money.

My husband and I spent one week in this resort by the end of September 2021. We enjoyed every single day to the fullest! The water is crystal clear, blue, green, sky blue and extremely clean! The weather at this time was perfect, very hot and not too much humid. The pool is very relaxing and always clean. The resort itself is SO beautiful. The staff is great and helped us with anything we needed for our stay. There is a buffet breakfast which is included in the room price. Rooms are spacious, clean and the beds & pillows are comfortable. We had a balcony which we didn't use much, but good to have it. The restaurants: Parallel 23 and the Bar by the pool in the resort make very good meals and we tried almost everything in the menu and all the time it was a 10/10 experience. Drinks/ cocktails are perfect too. There are a couple shops inside of the resort where you can get swimming equipments, sunscreen, clothing, accessories, snacks and gifts. We are definitely thinking of coming back soon!Make sure to try the 'Parasailing' and 'Snorkeling' before you leave. What a fantastic experience!Some tips in order for you to have a good time: Small tip #1: have lots of $1 bills with you before your trip because every time we asked for $1 bills to tip the staff, we ended up getting the bills not in their best shape (I mean the most ugly, dirty bills) which we again used it for them because that is why we needed them. Small tip #2: Do NOT buy anything from the guys who approach you by the beach & try to act cool and friendly in the beginning while trying to sell you anything they are not supposed to. Avoid!

Vine aquí para mi cumpleaños con mi novia y mis padres. Desde la primera llegada hasta la partida, este lugar fue excelente. La ubicación es perfecta, aunque la playa más abajo de Grace Bay es un poco mejor. La comida, el servicio y el encanto del hotel sorprenden a The Ritz. Incluso rocían repelente de insectos alrededor de la propiedad, lo que hace que sea realmente agradable no ser picado por insectos. Es un gran hotel para tomar fotografías también. Mi novia estaba muy triste cuando nos fuimos. Esperando volver algún día a este hermoso lugar.

A localização é perfeita, embora a praia mais abaixo até Grace Bay seja um pouco melhor. A comida, serviço e charme do hotel bate o The Ritz. Eles até pulverizam repelente de insetos ao redor da propriedade, o que torna muito agradável não ser picado por insetos. É um ótimo hotel para tirar fotos também. Minha namorada ficou muito triste quando saímos. Espero voltar um dia neste lindo lugar.

Came here for my birthday with my girlfriend and parents. From first arriving to leaving, this place was excellent. Location is perfect although the beach further down to grace bay is a bit nicer. The food, service, and charm of the hotel knocks The Ritz out. They even spray bug repellent around the property which makes it really pleasant not to get bit by insects. It's a great hotel for taking pictures at too. My girlfriend was really sad when we left. Hoping to be back someday at this beautiful place.

A equipe é muito amigável e prestativa. O quarto (temos uma Suite Júnior) tinha o tamanho perfeito para a nossa família de 3. Parecia muito espaçoso e tinha tudo o que precisávamos. Amamos o layout da propriedade. O bar aquático era um favorito. Todos os alimentos e bebidas foram deliciosos. Eles também oferecem um serviço de transporte para seus 2 outros resorts irmãos, juntamente com bicicletas gratuitas para uso. A praia também era facilmente acessível.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room (we got a Junior Suite) was the perfect size for our family of 3. It felt very spacious and had everything we needed. We love the layout of the property. The swim up bar was a fave. All of the food and drinks were got were delicious. They also offer a shuttle service to their 2 other sister resorts along with free bikes for use. The beach was easily accessible, as well.
