Fue un placer pasar unos días en The Other House. El lugar, la decoración, los servicios y, sobre todo, la amabilidad del personal. Ya tenemos ganas de volver! Gracias a Sylvie, Per y Keegan (me dejo a muchos, lo siento) por esas conversaciones geniales (pese a mi limitado inglés) cuando nos cruzábamos, por las recomendaciones en mi primera visita a Londres, por estar siempre allí con una energía maravillosa que espero nunca desaparezca o mengüe.Por cierto siempre nos acordaremos de Keegan por realizarnos el que, por ahora, ha sido nuestro mejor check-in.Y recordar que hay piscina! Y qué piscina! Después de andar todo el día visitando Londres no hay nada mejor que llegar a la habitación, ducharte y bajar a la piscina a relajar-te.Muchas gracias por esos días y por los recuerdos que habéis creado en mi.

Fomos um dos primeiros a ficar no The Other House South Kensington em julho. Enquanto o hotel ainda não estava 100% pronto, nós já adoramos.Desde a gentileza dos funcionários até o quarto confortável com todas as facilidades que precisávamos. Wi-Fi também funcionou bem.O metrô fica a uma curta caminhada e se você quiser tomar café da manhã ou almoçar nas proximidades, recomendamos Fait Maison Salon de Thé.

We were one of the firsts to stay at The Other House South Kensington back in July. While the hotel wasn't 100% finished yet, we already really loved it.From the kindness of the staff to the comfortable room with all the facilities we needed. Wi-Fi also worked well.The subway is a short walk away and if you want to get some breakfast or lunch nearby, we recommend Fait Maison Salon de Thé.

Ficar no Other House foi uma escolha perfeita para o meu fim de semana prolongado em Londres. Espaços compartilhados lindos e descolados, serviço prestativo muito amigável e ótimos quartos. Uma vibração muito legal e em um ótimo bairro perto de tudo. Eu recomendo aos amigos e ficar aqui eu novamente.

Muito decepcionante infelizmente. Eu precisava desesperadamente de uma pausa e saí me sentindo mais exausta do que antes de chegar. Nossa reserva disse que teríamos um quarto com uma cama de casal grande, não era. A cama nova rangia terrivelmente toda vez que você se movia, o protetor do colchão parecia um forro de plástico tão amassado novamente toda vez que nos mudamos, era desconfortável. Reclamamos e fomos atualizados na noite seguinte, o que foi ótimo até cerca de 4h30, quando o quarto ao lado começou a abrir e fechar a porta, cerca de 12 vezes. As portas do quarto são incrivelmente pesadas e não fecham suavemente, batem terrivelmente, todo o quarto vibrou. Então, pouco antes das 8 da manhã, alguns operários começaram a trabalhar em uma sala próxima, martelando constantemente do que o som de uma furadeira. A equipe nos fez sentir que após a atualização não tínhamos o direito de reclamar sobre a falta de sono e o barulho em nossa 3ª noite. Nos foi prometido um e-mail oferecendo alguma recompensa/atualização futura. Nunca chegou apesar de perseguir repetidamente. É uma pena que seja um lugar muito elegante, mas se você não dormir tão desconfortável / barulhento, isso é ruim.

Alojarme en The Other House fue una elección perfecta para mi largo fin de semana en Londres. Magníficos y divertidos espacios compartidos, un servicio muy amable y servicial y excelentes habitaciones. Un ambiente realmente genial y en un excelente vecindario cerca de todo. Se lo recomendaría a mis amigos y me quedaría aquí de nuevo.

Muy decepcionante lamentablemente. Necesitaba desesperadamente un descanso y salí sintiéndome más exhausto que antes de llegar. Nuestra reserva decía que tendríamos una habitación con una cama doble grande, pero no fue así. La cama nueva crujía terriblemente cada vez que te movías, el protector del colchón se sentía como si fuera un forro de plástico, así que crujía nuevamente cada vez que nos movíamos, era incómodo. Nos quejamos y nos ascendieron la noche siguiente, lo cual fue genial hasta las 4:30 am, cuando la habitación de al lado comenzó a abrirse y cerrarse, unas 12 veces. Las puertas de la habitación son increíblemente pesadas y no tienen cierre suave, se cierran de golpe horriblemente, toda la habitación vibró. Luego, justo antes de las 8 a.m., algunos trabajadores comenzaron en una habitación cercana, martillando constantemente que el sonido de un taladro. El personal nos hizo sentir que después de la actualización no teníamos derecho a quejarnos por la falta de sueño y el ruido en nuestra tercera noche. Nos prometieron un correo electrónico ofreciéndonos una futura recompensa/actualización. Nunca llegó a pesar de perseguirlo repetidamente. Es una pena que sea un lugar muy elegante, pero si no duermes tan incómodo / ruidoso, eso es pobre.

Very disappointing sadly. I desperately needed a break away, and came away feeling more exhausted than before I arrived. Our booking said we would have a room with a large double bed, it was not. The new bed creaked terribly every time you moved, the mattress protector felt like it was a plastic lining so crunched again every time we moved, it was uncomfortable. We complained and were upgraded the following night, which was great until about 4:30 am, when the room next door started opening and shutting their door, about 12 times. The room doors are incredibly heavy and do not have soft close they slam horrendously, the whole room vibrated. Then just before 8 am some workmen started in room nearby, hammering constantly than the sound of a drill. The staff made us feel like after the upgrade we had no right to complain about lack of sleep and noise on our 3rd night. We were promised an email offering us some future recompense/upgrade. It never arrived despite chasing repeatedly. It’s a shame as very stylish place but if you don’t sleep as uncomfortable/noisy that’s poor.

Staying at the Other House was a perfect choice for my long weekend in London. Gorgeous, funky shared spaces, really friendly helpful service, and great bedrooms. A really cool vibe and in a great neighbourhood close to everything. I would highly recommend to friends and stay here myself again.

I stayed at this beautiful hotel for three weeks. I strongly recommend it. Everything was excellent! I consider it my other house in London. Everyone was nice but special thanks to Keegan & James. Will definitely stay here again.

Estive aqui pela primeira vez e foi uma experiência além de extraordinária. O menu de bebidas é muito original (sem coquetéis básicos que você encontra em todos os bares de Londres). O serviço foi excelente. Mike, o gerente assistente do bar, nos deu ótimas recomendações sobre os coquetéis e tem um conhecimento muito amplo, portanto, tornou uma noite muito especial. A equipe do bar, Tom e Andrea, foram simpáticos e nos mostraram como os coquetéis são preparados e a singularidade desses coquetéis sendo preparados. Nós definitivamente voltaremos. Obrigada.

Estuve aquí por primera vez y fue una experiencia más que extraordinaria. El menú de bebidas es único (no hay cócteles básicos que encuentres en todos los bares de Londres). El servicio fue excelente. Mike, el asistente del gerente del bar, nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones sobre los cócteles y tiene un conocimiento muy amplio, por lo que hizo que fuera una velada muy especial. El equipo del bar, Tom y Andrea, fueron amables y nos mostraron cómo se preparan los cócteles y la singularidad de esos cócteles que se preparan. Definitivamente vamos a volver. Gracias.

Incredible experience! We stayed for 5 nights and can’t fault everything about this hotel/members club. The service is first class (special mention for Keegan at reception) and the standard of accomodation and decor is superb. Our expectations have been exceeded in every area.

I have been here the first time, and it was a beyond extraordinary experience. The drinks menu is very unique (no basic cocktails that you find at every London bar). The service was excellent. Mike the Assistant bar manager, gave us really good recommendations about the cocktails and has a very broad knowledge, therefore made it a very special evening. The bar team, Tom and Andrea where friendly and showed us how the cocktails are prepared and the uniqueness of those cocktails being prepared. We will definitely come back. Thank you.

(Stayed as a hotel guest - they also have medium-term serviced flats) Coming along nicely - wonderful atmosphere when you check in - real personality and charm, rather than the cookie cutter BS you find a large chain hotels. A few things still in progress but due end of Aug '22 - kitchen only serving breakfast, etc. Hard to fault as it's on the website. Team is great, and not saccharine as one would find at most standard-hospitality (lacquered fake-smile you get at $CHAIN). Will be interesting to see how crowded things get as the members club portion opens up. Stayed in the smallest of the rooms, and it was still a very comfortable size. Would highly recommend to the discerning traveler looking for a change from both the manufactured atmosphere of a chain hotel and the hipster-too-cool-for-you chic of East London boutique hotels. Fits in well in S Ken.
