Te puedes encontrar falopa en el hotel y no dan ni una wea como perdón o similar, por ese precio en otros hoteles sí encuentras cualquier wea como un bicho te regalan vino o similar y ahí ni el precio te bajan por encontrar falopa, menuda limpieza conchetumare

Buen hotel, limpio y habitaciones amplias. Aunque tiene 4 lámparas de luz amarilla, hace falta una luz blanca para tener más iluminación de la habitación. Tiene un baño amplio y agradable

En general todo muy bien, habitación suite con buena distribución y espacio. La cama muy cómoda y amplia con buenas almohadas. Desayuno buffet asistido con buena disposición y amabilidad pero en alimentos faltaban masas dulces. De los trabajadores en general atentos y amables. Había alcohol gel en entrada, recepción y ascensor. El hospedaje incluye agua, bebidas y café. Lo único malo, es que una de las tazas de café de la habitación tenía residuos como si los hubiesen limpiado sólo con servilletas, en vez de lavar correctamente y en tiempos de pandemia eso es inaceptable.

Wifi: really bad, it keeps disconnecting. TVs are not smart TVs, so you're stuck to the very poor choice of Chilean cable tv.

Hotel tem boa localização e quarto amplo. Fizemos um pedido no restaurante às 21.35 horas e disseram que estava fechando. Então pedimos Room Service. Os pratos (carne, pasta e legumes) estavam o PURO SAL. Bebemos água à noite inteira! Avisamos a recepção no dia seguinte porque o restaurante fecha as 22:00 horas. O Café da manhã é excelente e o atendimento da Sommelier Paula com a Carta de Vinhos na cobertura foi espetacular!

My first time to Chile was exceptional, largely due to my accommodations at The Solace Hotel in Providencia. The hotel was clean, the service was top notch and the complimentary breakfast along with the hotel food was amazing. The central location to great restaurants and the business district was ideal for my itinerary. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Santiago!

This hotel is truly top notch! Great service from time of arrival to departure. They stored our bags while we visited Patagonia, and went above and beyond and checked us in early upon arrival after a long flight. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the views are fantastic. I'd stay here again next time I'm Santiago.

An excellent stay during the very challenging Santiago riots.The hotel and its staff were exceptional during this very challenging time.Most of the city was shutdown due to the riots. Despite this, the hotel's level of service was excellent. They were able to provide a daily buffet for late lunch / early dinner.The room itself was very comfortable. We had a king-sized bed in a rather large room with amenities typical of a hotel - such as a safe, a wardrobe, a large mirror, television, desk, etc.The hotel features a rooftop bar which provides a city view and a great place to socialise. There's also a rooftop swimming pool and gym.The ground floor and lobby area also features the restaurant, bar, and some computers for guests to use.

Large, beautiful, modern rooms with plenty of floorspace. Water bottles and soda included in the rooms at no additional charge. Very tasty breakfast. Very polite and helpful staff. It's located between the old and new parts of town, so can be a bit of a walk to the older area. I recommend this hotel highly.

I enjoyed this comfortable, modern and beautiful hotel! It had great views! It was quiet and safe. The staff were professional, friendly, and kind. The restaurant had delicious breakfast & dinner buffets. It was located near metro station and around the corner is the bustling downtown with plenty of shops and eateries.
