Extremely noisy place surrounded by another hotels and every of them generates a lot of noise. You can see from the balcony a swimming pool but for sure it will be the one which belongs to neighbors, not your hotel.
Rooms are fine but not the ones on the highest floor (extremely hot).
In the 5 star hotel there is no normal coffee express, only machine with powder instead of milk.
No fresh juice what seems to be a standard in 5 star hotels and all-inclusive.
Food is ok.

Stayed at the orange Palace side Turkey 5 star hotel from September 23 ;
I love Turkey very much; mentality ; Turkish hotels ; service in expensive Turkish hotels; price - quality ratio has always been at the level ; Always tip the waiters; tip for cleaning; always smile; we are kind and open people ; I am a doctor myself ; I visit Turkey for the 4th time ; I was always satisfied; however, I never wrote reviews.
For the first time , I was not satisfied with the hotel, taking into account the following alarming facts :
waiters serve only Germans at tables ; bring drinks : wine , tea; the whole evening they serve at the table ; immediately to the table; Russians only themselves for drinks in the queue and wait , only after the Germans ; ( fundamentally?) no; do not bring drinks even for tips; 10 days never brought the drinks to the table ; only at the bar ( this was not anywhere in all my travels in Turkey ); the wine we were served in faceted glass in the evening in the restaurant ( the Germans in Bakaly) ; we say - no wine glasses !
2) the Sea is far away - 500 meters ; a minibus regularly goes to the sea 1 p in 5 minutes . We tipped several times, but the driver remembered it once . Great indignation was caused once again by the driver's demand to give him a tip ( however, we did not take money for the sea ; there was a very awkward situation; we were ridiculed by other Germans; they laughed that they did not take the money ) ; this driver did the same with us with other tourists , which they were outraged and surprised
Place for coffee/ drinks at the bar for 15 mini( the waitress superiors - the Director of once in 20 min. brings the tea / coffee / water/ ; rushes on the table of the Germans carries drinks ; the Germans to the bar not even fit , only the Russians ; the Russians behind the bar waiting for at this time 10 minutes ; until the serve the local hotel Manager and the Germans at the tables ; though the price of the same ;
Outraged by these three factors, at the end of the holiday, I decided to ask for a book of complaints and suggestions at the reception. They told me to wait . I waited 20 minutes. The hotel Manager came in . By the way, none of the hotel employees speak either Russian or English . The Manager of the 5-star hotel ( 100 rooms ) speaks English through the word; understands poorly . I asked her for a complaint book. I didn't give a complaint book; I didn't understand the situation; I said ‘I don't like it - pack your things and go to another hotel; this hotel is for Germans and for Russians, we opened it for 1 year because of the crisis and then we will close it’; by the way, the founder of the hotel is German; 90% of tourists in the hotel are elderly Germans 75-80 years old ( some of them are Russian-speaking emigrants; but mostly they speak German);
What else I didn't like :
Queues ( this is everywhere now because of the coronavirus) ; there was no emphasis on this lack of understanding
There is almost no animation or disco
Far from the sea
Replaced the table in the room when we were at the sea ; On someone else's with cracks and vomit on the leg of the table - someone threw up on the leg; not even cleaned ; withered; not wiped ; ( someone broke the table ); (although they gave tea zza-5 dollars every day ); however, when discussing the situation at the reception, so that later they did not announce the bill for the table ; they took the table ; but the situation is not pleasant ;
No one speaks English; no one speaks Russian ; only German;
A walk-through room opposite the Elevator ( however, taking into account the good sound insulation; this did not interfere
7.No glasses ; faceted glass for wine ( although the Germans had )
Our friend at the hotel made comments - take a lot of plates ! Taking into account the coronavirus, the waiter himself puts food on the table to save clean plates.
