The room was too warm (I couldn't adjust it) and the TV clock light was extremely bright. Bed was comfortable. Employees were nice.

Very good hotel. Very clean and quiet. The service was very good. There was a swimming pool, sauna, fitness. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were delicious and there was a lot of different products. The reception staff were very polite.

I spent a couple of days in Sheraton, Bucharest as a participant of an international conference. I would say that the hotel is really nice - calm, great service, food is made from fresh products. Though I think that breakfast needs some upgrade since at one moment I got really bored of eating absolutely the same food for a couple of days. You should also consider that the hotel is situated far from the old center (25 min by walking).

The rooms were spacious and clean enough, bed was comfy, but some of the furniture seems old, not a 5* hotel experience, about a 4*. If you ask for a late check-out, your key will stop working after 12PM (their regular check-out hour), go to reception to get the key working. Also, a word of advice, take a photo of the minibar upon check-in and before check-out (to avoid any surprise charges)... You can thank me later ;)

The hotel location is its greatest value and the indoor pool was nice. Be aware when making a reservation as the rate might change. We ordered and confirmed two rooms only to reach the hotel to find out only one room was reserved and they only added a second room when we came at a higher rate, although we were told they would provide the same rate.

I still havent received my deposit which i had to make upon check-in..1 month from check-out and nothing
1year update: Still waiting for my money to come back. Hotel does not even respond to my requests. I would advise to skip this accommodation option

Bad experience with the 2
Receptionist women Carmen P , Georgiana or so and Security guy Alex related to gym room. Clearly this two women and this guy are employed by relationships and not by competence.
I will not expose the whole experience here cause is not my problem anymore ( it would take too much to write), it is the hotel problem but clearly these employees are not controlled by any superior or, like I said, the direct superior are accomplice with them. I don't want to believe that the owners of this hotel are aware of what happens at their asset. If I was the owner with no doubt I would fire these two women, the security guy, and the gym room manager. But again, it is not my problem as long as I will not interract with this hotel services any soon.
One more thing, talking with employees I am very convinced that this hotel does not follow the laws like it should be and is not controlled by the authorities like it should be.
I was asking to talk to a superior and they confronted me with arrogance telling me that "miss Cristina" is on her day off and they don't want to bother her. Just unbelievable. 4 stars hotel on the internet.

Nice and clean, the hotel is right in the center of the city. It has a small swimming pool inside and amazing views across the city.
