I really loved my stay here, people are very friendly and the hotel reminds me of a vintage castle. It is magical. We especially appreciated the older gentleman at the hotel, who went out of his way to make our stay extra special. The breakfast was delicious and the room more spacious than what the pictures foretold. They made us feel part of the family.

had to cancel our booking. They ignored our requests to refund. Very unprofessional and actually quite poor service. It is quite baffling to me that they steal 3 days of booking while we don't even use their service. I would have gladly paid one night. Three is too much. After two phone calls with the hotel they just pretended there is no request to refund. Very very disappointing. Avoid it.
