Todos que conhecemos foram muito gentis e hospitaleiros. A comida era excelente, eles têm um buffet de café-da-manhã maravilhoso, e eles sempre garantem que você tenha uma bebida na mão. Quando nosso voo com muitos outros foi cancelado e fomos forçados a passar mais uma noite na Jamaica, o Sandals garantiu que todos os hóspedes pudessem retornar ao resort e que houvesse um quarto para eles. My husband and I had never stayed at a Sandals before this trip, but after this trip we are planning another Sandals vacation next year. Everyone we met was very kind an hospitable. The food was excellent, they have a wonderful breakfast buffet, and they always make sure you have a drink in your hand. When our flight with many others was cancelled and were forced to spend another night in Jamaica, Sandals made sure all of its guests could return to their resort and there would be a room for them. We were so lucky that Sandals prepared for something like this. My only negative was that when we booked our suite in came with private transportation to and from the airport, when we did not receive that when inquired about it at check in, they said they would make sure we had in on the way back. We had to ask about this 3 different times before they told us that our suite used to include private transportation but since booking they changed it. Even though it was on our paperwork they did not want to honor it for us. We had to get our travel agent involved in order to get something we initially paid for. We received private transportation from the resort to the airport. I do feel they still should have compensated us for not receiving the private transportation from the airport to the hotel but they did not.

Primeira vez com a esposa. O resort é lindo, a equipe é incrível e ótima, na verdade, eles foram fenomenais! Piscina principal da festa com bar aquático e, se você quiser um ambiente mais relaxado e moderado, poderá relaxar na piscina do seu quarto com uma banheira de hidromassagem e jacuzzi com seu próprio bar. Houve grande entretenimento à noite e na piscina principal ou na praia. Novamente um grande momento! O resort era limpo e fresco, tudo o que você deseja de um resort exclusivo. Eu recomendaria o Sandals Royal Caribbean para quem perguntar. Resort de classe mundial!

First Time with the wife. The resort is beautiful, the staff are awesome and great, in fact they were phenomenal! Main party pool with swim up bar and if you wanted a more relax and subdued atmosphere, then you could relax at your pool by your room with a hot tub jacuzzi with its own bar. There was great entertainment at night and at the main pool or on the beach. Again a great time! The resort was clean and fresh, everything you would want out of an all exclusive resort. I would recommend Sandals Royal Caribbean to anyone who would ask. World Class Resort!

The Resort was Amazing! Their was always something to do and the entertainment was awesome! Our room was clean and always serviced on time..... anything we asked for, or needed, was provided very quickly!The staff was always around when we needed them, always asking if everything was ok or if we needed anything, very polite Staff! Our personnel experiencewas Awesome....If you have the opportunity to visit Sandals Royal Caribbean Resort and Spa, Montego Bay,please do so....... You won't regret it!

Very clean and I saw workers constantly cleaning. Masks required which is great! Great room service food. The food at the restaurants are small but taste great! Workers are very friendly and nice. Side note: the workers aren't allowed to take tips, which is nice compared to the other resort I stayed at where the workers sometimes would not leave due to expecting a tip for subpar service. To me, this freed me to secretly tip those that truly deserved it. Not to mention you pay so much to be there, tipping shouldn't be required.

I would have given five stars, but the food was mediocre. Overall this is a great vacation destination. This is a beautiful resort with breathtaking views. There were plenty of activities, entertainment, and night life. The staff was very attentive, courteous, and friendly. They made us feel like we were home away from home.

Cada detalhe do nosso casamento e viagem de lua de mel foi completamente perfeito. Every single detail of our wedding and honeymoon trip was completely perfect. We were blown away with the incredible quality of the service, the food, the room (both view and amenities), and the atmosphere. The Club Sandals concierges were extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable, and they took care of every single thing we needed and answered every question we had (often before we even had a chance to ask it). Our wedding team helped us have the easiest, most stress-free, perfect, beautiful ceremony and reception. The spa and salon team were excellent as well, and they helped pamper us and make us feel like our best selves on our wedding day. All of the staff - and I mean every single person we encountered - were friendly, helpful, and fun. The food was always delicious and exactly what you'd hope for at a 5-star establishment. The drinks were well crafted, and they had an excellent assortment of different cocktails you could choose from (or could make you anything else you asked for). They also have a decent variety for folks who don't drink, including O'Douls at the pub and non-alcoholic sparkling wine. We were really hoping we would feel like we got a good value for the price we paid (since Sandals is definitely on the top end for cost), and we absolutely did. I can't recommend them highly enough!One note - at this location, you get access to the Montego Bay Sandals, which is just a few miles up the road (a 5-10 minute shuttle ride, which they provide periodically throughout the day). We loved this feature, as it opened up a half dozen or so more restaurant options, more beachfront, and more entertainment. We liked being able to visit but then go back to Royal Caribbean, as it's smaller, quieter, and more intimate than Montego Bay.

Food was amazing. Anna Marie and our photographer for our wedding made sure every detail was perfect. We got married with just my husband and myself and they still made everything feel special. I will never do any resort besides Sandals again from my experience. The bartenders had so much fun at their job and it made me happy to be there. Such a beautiful resort. I walked in the room and it took my breath away. They made traveling back to the states very simple. Thank you!

Seemed like a nice resort.We only visited it as we were staying at Montego Bay, but the island pool and swim up bar were awesome.The ferry to the island came frequently and there was very little wait.We also ate at the French restaurant and the food was excellent.And of course the service was impeccable as can be expected at any Sandals resort.

A lovely resort with access to SANDALS only private island. Predominantly Americans here so quite rowdy ( in a nice way). There is plenty of grounds to have a quiet and relaxing holiday too.....

The resort was nice. They have an issue with cats that was very unnerving. You couldn't eat on the beach or your 1st floor balcony without the cats running up to you. I know this comes from the customers but we weren't even warned that it may be an issue.We ordered from the room service menu and it took over 2 hours to get our food after complaining a few times. The person that delivered didn't day we apologize or anything.I feel that for the money we paid to stay at a Sandals resort it was not worth it.. AT ALL!! We had an awesome Butler staff. JACK and Melissa were great. Idon't think I would use this resort again. Also, the entertainment was good.Crystal Champagne and Peanut were top notch

This was a great place to stay and relax and meet some really great people.We were married here as well and they really did a great job.It was only the two of us but they still took great care of us, made the service just right, and rolled out the red carpet for us too.The location is only a few minutes from the airport which is both good and bad.The planes do fly over the resort when they leave but there are not that many flights out so it was tolerable.Some of the other guest we talked to didn't like it but we didn't mind it that much.The great service and amazing food made up for any of the noise. The best meal was it the at the Bombay restaurant.They serve Indian food there and I have never tasted more flavorful food.We are now looking for an Indian restaurant in our area but not sure if they will measure up. We had the mutton and lamb and shrimp entrees and you can order them as spicy or less spicy as you want.Make sure you tell them before ordering how spicy you want it to be.Then the Thai restaurant was our second favorite of the trip.Both places exceeded our expectations in every way.Make sure to book your evening meals the first day or you may not get into them.We did not get into the French restaurant because we did not plan ahead far enough.We also to the bus to visit the other Montego Bay Sandals Resort which is only 10 minutes away but right at the end of the runway of the airport so the plane noise was way worse at Montego Bay.They are so close that you can see the planes and they do not even have the wheels up after they take off yet.Fun resort to visit but a little too close to the airport for my liking.

I had an amazing experience at the Cricketers Pub! We had the best drinks ever and had such a great conversation with the bar tenders. Devon specifically went out of the way to make sure that our vacation experience was phenomenal. He made sure to provide the best experience a guest could ever ask for. Each and every time I would go in for a drink he treated me with a smile and nice word and made my drink quickly and efficiently. Devon really know how to treat Sandals customers and I really hope that he becomes a butler soon so I can request him for my next sandals Royal Caribbean vacation.

First and foremost, fantastic staff here. They put forth tremendous effort, and made a huge (positive) difference in our experience.The room itself did not have hot water. After about 20 minutes the water just shuts off from both the shower and bathroom sink. The AC unit started pouring water down the wall earlier today too (wall was a bit soft, this is more than condensation run off). We had to call the front desk 3 times to get someone's attention, but now we're seeking their help to change rooms.All in all it's a very nice resort, just had the lemon of lemons when it came to room quality. We paid too much to end up with this result.The whole experience has really turned us off from this resort, a future stay is not in our cardsEdit: Room we were moved to started pouring water from the ceiling, almost slipped and cracked my knee this morning. Will never return, get me homeEdit 2: Management is willing to refund half of our trip, we are grateful for getting this money back given these circumstancesEdit 3: Assistant manager decided to ghost us as soon as the refund process started, and hasn't replied in over 2 weeks after repeated attempts to get their attention. Definitely a 1* resort

The resort grounds are lovely. The staff are amazing. The deluxe rooms are old and like a 2 star motel. The food is good but portion sizes in some restaurants are a joke, like 3 tiny scallops you would see in a soup for an appetizer in french restaurant and 4 oz filet mignons. Most Return diners ordered 2 of everything to compensate.

I actually went in expecting too much from the property itself, but the property is not fully well maintained, and has more of an antique 70s/80s feel. The pools are well maintained but the beach is pretty small. The entertainment team none the less are great and put together pretty awesome parties and water sports. So overall we had a great stay and would definitely love exploring other sandals properties considering the amazing service provided by them!

I can't speak highly enough about this resort. Of the two Sandals resorts in Montego Bay, this resort is more calm and relaxing, though they are both wonderful. I loved the atmosphere, the food, the staff, everything! Our honeymoon was a dream, and we were treated like royalty. The drinks were amazing. Any minor inconvenience was remedied immediately and then some (such as waiting for 30 minutes for Jamaican dollars from the front desk). Our butlers were so kind. Every single person we encountered was fun, kind, happy, and all around a joy to speak with. I felt like I was in true paradise all week and I didn't want to go home. Even just relaxing on the beach or by the pool was so relaxing and fun. There was always something going on to be a part of. And every meal was delicious. I can't wait to go back to Sandals again and again.

We had a wonderful week in Jamaica. We had a mixture of cultural foods. Thai, Italian, French, Jamaican and American cuisines. We swam in several pools and beach areas that had live music, piped music or serenity, Gods music, The ocean water was a pretty blue green, crystal clear and warm. I sound of the ocean waves was peaceful and welcomed easy sleeping. The staff was very friendly with no worries, no problems.

We have been here 2 of our 6 day vacation. Service leaves much to be desired. Last night we ate at the Italian restaurant. Hot food was cold. Follow-up by waiter was almost non-existent. Never received our nightcap or coffee requested. Even after an apology and promise of delivering to the main stage area we were going for the show - it never showed up. Tonight we have been waiting 4 hours for towels and wash cloths. Even after 4 phone calls and promise after promise nothing. We called to speak with the night manager and were told he would call us back sometime... not sure when that will be... At this point if asked we would recommend not booking at this Sandals.

I could probably write a book about how amazing our stay was at Sandals Royal Caribbean. My husband and I just celebrated our honeymoon there, and are so happy we chose this resort to go to. The resort itself was beautiful. From what we heard from speaking with other guests, it is one of the smaller Sandals resorts, making it more intimate. There are still activities going on through the day, and there is entertainment at night, but if you are looking for a place to relax, this is where you should go. The resort has beautiful vegetation all over it, and you cannot beat those beautiful turquoise waters. The beach is well maintained and even has shade trees to get out of the sun. The service was absolutely impeccable. Each employee was attentive, outgoing, and so friendly! The food was great, and with 9 restaurants on the resort, you have plenty of options to choose from. We cannot thank Sandals enough for making our honeymoon so special!

Beautiful property & beaches...although marred by construction on both ends of the property (despite being assured by Sandals prior to our vacation that no major construction was occurring). Accommodations. Our room was across from the work then they moved up around the corner to a worse room. The view was nicer but the noise was worse and no privacy on the balcony . I m so aggravated at this point . The staff was great we are celebrating a birthday and wedding anniversary and it is a great disappointment. They said they would put something in our room for my husband but nothing was ever mentioned and he told them it was our anniversary and nothing was said about that either . I will not come back here for a long time .

We decided to come back to this resort after a good experience last year. We picked a specific room, garden walk out and partial ocean view. We saw these rooms during our trip in 2018. The last day of our trip in 2018 we decided to book a trip for the same week in 2019 (the week of our anniversary). We were told that there were only a few of the rooms we wanted available for that week in 2019 so we booked while at the resort. We did not want to lose that room. We arrive at the resort on October 23rd. After we check in and while walking to the rooms we are told that the room we booked was not available. Not happy with that, then we turn the corner and there is a massive construction site. We were never told that there would be a major renovation during our stay. There is nothing on their website stating the resort has a major construction project going on. As you can see in the attached picture our view was an active construction site not the garden view or partial ocean view we paid for. We immediately asked to be moved to another room of equal or greater value. We sat in our room waiting for a response from management that afternoon. They finally get back to us and let us know there was nothing they could do that day and maybe they can do something the following day. So we are now on day two and we still have not unpacked because we may move rooms or change resorts, Sandals Montego Bay is 10 minutes away. They finally give us the option to move to a resort that is a two hour drive away in another parish. This is not an option, we wanted to stay at Royal Caribbean or Montego Bay, we did not want to get on a bus for a two hour drive. We paid for an experience we would not get. The other option came on day three and was a two night refund. Not ideal since we would need to live with the construction, no garden walk out, no use of tranquility tub, no peaceful breakfast, lunch or dinner on the patio. We took the offer and made the most of the trip. Mind you we are celebrating our anniversary on this trip. We went to Sandals Montego Bay for dinner and visited the loyalty office Monday October 28th and spoke Michelle about potentially staying there in 2020. Michelle did great job reviewing the options and we narrowed it down to two rooms. Both rooms were butler service and were swim up suites. We let her know that we would come back the next day to book. We did come back but we did not book, story is below. The last day of our trip the manager comes over and asks us to review a document and sign it in order to get the refund he offered us on Friday. It was a legal document stating we agree to this settlement and included a confidentiality statements, indemnification statements and other verbiage that can open us up to potential litigation. There was no way I was signing anything like that. In the end what should have been a relaxing vacation and celebration of our marriage turned into a stressful and upsetting vacation. We get placed in a room we did not want or pay for and we had to live with jack hammers, concrete saws etc all seven days of our vacation. This is why we did not book a return trip for 2020. Leadership at Sandals makes statements that they thrive to make their customer's experience a happy one. Unfortunately they used us as cash flow generation during the major renovation and customer satisfaction was not their number one intention. The one bright spot is the staff they are nice, courteous and accommodating. We went with the butler service and specifically asked for Steve again, he is amazing. He was partnered with a young man named Nicholas who was amazing as well. Steve and Nicholas were great, they get 5 stars. We checked out and there was no resolution or refund. Still nothing on Sandals website warning people of the major renovations or construction. Sandals leadership gets 1 star from the CEO to the general manager.

This place was amazing. We have been there twice. Both times the staff were over the top friendly and accommodating. Everyone on the staff is amazing. The second time we were there (Sept 2019) we had a butler suite and man was that a step above the last trip. We had Sherri-Ann and Dwayne and they could not have been more amazing. They exceeded our expectations in every way!!! Love this resort and we have already booked our next trip.

Best of all at this resort are the staff, great service everywhere. The front desk team were very warm and welcoming. The bar and restaurant team are amazing. We were bowled over with the talented entertainers, really loved the high energy performances. There are lots of great choices regarding properties to choose from in Montego Bay, I think it would be hard to find a place that could match or beat Sandals Royal Caribbean in customer care and joyful hospitality.
