Tive que ficar por uma noite por necessidade. O quarto tem tudo que você precisa, toalhas (3 unidades limpas), ar condicionado, chaleira, geladeira, TV, azulejos, chinelos "descartáveis", shampoo gel. Claro, a cama está um pouco “cansada” e o boxe requer a atenção do patrão, porém, tendo a experiência de parar em outro lugar onde é mais caro e as condições são piores - da próxima vez escolherei esta opção.

No geral, a impressão é boa. O quarto está limpo, uma grande desvantagem é a reserva, nós reservamos, nós vamos, mas não há reserva. Verifique os quartos vagos e aqueles em um endereço diferente.

En el centro de la ciudad, a 5 minutos del metro, buena comunicación en todas las direcciones. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero limpias y cómodas. Las desventajas son un aislamiento acústico deficiente y si sus vecinos caminan hasta la mañana, definitivamente los escuchará cuando regresen 😂

No centro da cidade, a 5 minutos do metrô, boa comunicação em todas as direções. Os quartos são pequenos, mas limpos e confortáveis. As desvantagens são o isolamento acústico deficiente e se seus vizinhos caminharem até de manhã, você certamente saberá quando eles voltarem 😂

La administradora es amigable.Desventajas: - Este es un antiguo apartamento comunitario reconvertido en albergue. Precios - MUY caros, no se corresponden con la calidad del alojamiento. - No hay calentador de toallas, la ropa se secó con el calentador. - la entrada es muy vieja, da miedo y está sucia. - Renovación MUY MUY antigua - Los muebles están sueltos, rotos. Sopla fuerte por las ventanas, el piso y las paredes están en agujeros y manchas. - Muy frío. Me dieron un calentador. Lo que no ayudó: la habitación soplaba y hacía un poco más de calor que afuera. - Las camas y las toallas son muy viejas y están lavadas. - en habitación doble - manta fina "una y media". Pero en el armario había un edredón viejo, polvoriento y manchado, y daba miedo tocarlo. - Lavan camas y toallas después de los antiguos inquilinos - justo en el pasillo. Prices - VERY overpriced, do not correspond to the quality of accommodation. - There is no heated towel rail, clothes were dried by the heater. - the entrance is very old, scary and dirty. - Very VERY old renovation - The furniture is all loosened, broken. It blows hard from the windows, the floor and walls are full of holes and stains. - Very cold. They gave me a heater. Which did not help - the room was blowing and it was slightly warmer than outside. - Beds and towels are very old and washed - in a double room - "one and a half" thin blanket. But there was an old duvet in the closet - dusty and stained, scary to touch. - They wash beds and towels after the former residents - right in the corridor. And dried in a dryer in the same place. The sounds of the washing machine are almost round the clock. - Hairdryer is available upon request, and it is small - tiny, does not dry anything.But the location is wonderful. I recommend finding another hotel on the same street.

Antes de registrarme, siempre leía las críticas sobre el hotel, pero de hecho nos quedamos decepcionados. La bomba del inodoro hace ruidos fuertes. Las paredes son tan delgadas que se pueden escuchar bombas en medio de la noche en las habitaciones contiguas, y no solo bombas. Los muelles del colchón crujen al menor movimiento. No dormimos lo suficiente debido a estos mismos resortes anti-masaje. La única ventaja es la ubicación, pero se puede sacrificar por un sueño profundo.

Antes de fazer o check-in, eu sempre lia comentários sobre o hotel, mas na verdade ficamos desapontados. A bomba do banheiro faz ruídos altos. As paredes são tão finas que você pode ouvir as bombas no meio da noite em quartos adjacentes, e não apenas as bombas. As molas do colchão rangem ao menor movimento. Não dormíamos o suficiente por causa dessas mesmas molas anti-massagem. A única vantagem é a localização, mas pode ser sacrificada para um sono profundo.

when i arrived nobody was there. i called the number from booking. they barely spoke english so it took me a while to understand that they wanted to cancel my booking because of some issues with the apartment. so i had to find another accomodation. i find it very negativ to just cancel my booking over the phone last minute and not even turn up there to give me another option or help me finding another place to sleep.
