It's a great place to be with family or friends or, for you and a partner. Good food, water slides for both kids and adult, entertaining and helpful stuff. White sand beach, bars strategically placed all over company alongside cafes etc. Make Royalton a wonderful place to visit.

This was by far the worst stay that I’ve ever had an all inclusive resort. From the moment I arrived on property I was greeted with lackluster customer service. I brushed it off since it was late and I figured people are people but that was just the beginning! (We were not given a tour or even a map of the property!) After checking in and getting to the room, I noticed bug splatter on the walls and roach on the floor!The king suit was really two twin beds slid together rather than an the king bed accommodation I actually paid for. I asked to have my room switched and was told they were unable to do so. ( Talk about days of horrible sleep) The following morning I realized that the sink was still clogged from the night before ; after reporting this I was left with a clogged drain for nearly a full day and was unable to use the bathroom facilities as I was forced to use my sisters room who is also staying on property. Went down to get lunch and none of the restaurants were open or booked with wedding receptions sothe Buffet was pretty much the only option. I had previously checked to see if there were vegan options and was told that there would be to only find out that they are version of vegan is steamed vegetables and plantain‘s for breakfast lunch and dinner. The entire stay most of the restaurants remained closed and the food that was available was unpalatable. During our stay, there was a power outage while we were out on an excursion! When we entered the property no one even spoke to us in regards to what was going on! We were literally left in the dark! Once the power retuned the water ran brown and we were still being served tap water without allowing the proper amount of time for it to run through the pipes! Asking for bottled water was like asking to speak to the Pope in person! The way the staff treated me and my family was beyond disrespectful! I will not be referring future guest to this property!

Ótimos restaurantes, spa e salão de manicure. Bom entretenimento. Os restaurantes têm placas de alergia afixadas, mas não têm áreas onde pessoas com alergia possam pedir comida. Great restaurants, spa & nail salon. Good entertainment. The restaurants have allergy signs posted but don't have areas where people with allergies can order food. You must eat what they serve, so your choices are limited. The entertainment itinerary is only posted in one area, there should be posted nearer to the hotel. The beach was clean and beautiful 😍. I would go there again.

Havia um buraco no encosto do nosso quarto, a pintura estava descascando em ambos os quartos, a porta dos nossos chuveiros não vedava totalmente, por isso jogávamos água em todo o chão do banheiro e a temperatura nunca estava perfeita oscilou entre muito frio ou muito quente. As pancadas de chuva eram entretanto surpreendentes. O mini-frigorífico não foi abastecido todos os dias, como indicado na descrição. Tivemos que pedir várias vezes por garrafas de água para fazer uma garrafa para nossa filha.Passando para as acomodações. A comida era DELICIOSA, mas os restaurantes ficavam abertos em horários estranhos ou às vezes nem chegavam em certos dias. Não havia programação postada, então não sabíamos quando cada lugar seria aberto ou fechado. Depois de alguns dias, nos acostumamos a quando cada lugar era aberto e descobrimos como era, mas foi definitivamente uma curva de aprendizado tentando navegar em nossas refeições. O serviço de quarto era estranho, uma vez que não havia menu de serviço de quarto para pedir de você tem que ligar para a recepção e eles te avisariam se tivessem o que você estava pedindo.A praia é INCRÍVEL! O pessoal arrumava a areia todas as manhãs para se certificar de que não havia lixo por toda a praia. A água estava sempre com uma temperatura morna perfeita. Existem várias piscinas no resort. A única que valia a pena nadar era a piscina "somente para adultos" com bar aquático. Tivemos nosso filho no lado mais distante do bar e não fomos informados de que ela não foi permitida até o último dia de nossa estadia, o que foi um pouco chato. Ela não falava alto ou incomodava ninguém, então não sabíamos por que, de repente, não tínhamos permissão para entrar lá com ela.Por último, os bares demoraram a fazer nossas bebidas, mas isso pode ser devido ao "tempo da ilha" que é totalmente uma coisa! As bebidas ilimitadas eram uma vantagem! Você deve ter certeza de estocar garrafas de água quando puder, porque elas tendem a se esgotar no final do dia.No geral, nós apreciamos a nossa estadia. Equipe amigável, boa comida e clima perfeito!

My husband and I stayed here with our infant and mother in law for 5 days in Nov 2021.Let's start with the quality of our rooms. My husband and I stayed in one room while my mother in law and out daughter stayed in an anointing room. Upon arrival we noticed some minor flaws about our rooms. There was a hole in the backboard in our room, there was peeling paint throughout both rooms, the door to our showers didn't seal all the way so we would get water all over the bathroom floor, and the water was never a perfect temperature it fluctuated between too cold or too hot. The rain showers were amazing though. The mini fridge didn't get stocked every day like it stated on the description. We had to ask multiple times for bottles water to make bottle for our daughter.Moving onto the accommodations. The food was DELICIOUS, but the restaurants were open at weird times or sometimes not open at all on certain days. There was no schedule posted so we didn't know when each place would be open or closed. After a few days we got used to when each place was opened and figured it out, but it was definitely a learning curve trying to navigate our meals. The room service was strange since there was no room service menu to order from you have to call down to the front desk and they would let you know if they had what you were asking for.The beach is AMAZING! The staff would rack the sand every morning to make sure there wasn't trash all over the beachfront. The water was always a perfect warm temperature. There are multiple pools on the resort. The only one worth swimming in was the "adult only" pool with the swim up bar. We had our infant on the furthest side from the bar and we were not told that she wasn't allowed in until the last day of our stay which was slightly annoying. She wasn't loud or bothering anyone so we weren't sure why all of a sudden we weren't allowed in there with her.Lastly, the bars were slow making our drinks, but this could be due to "island time" which is totally a thing! The unlimited drinks were a plus! You have to make sure to stock up on water bottles when you can because they tend to run out by the end of the day.Overall we did enjoy our stay. Friendly staff, great food and perfect weather!

The room I had was just completely broken exposed wiring, lights out, A/C making loud noise, room was dark, and cosmetically horrible. I had a group of 25 and we could really not be accommodated at any restaurants without paying a huge fee. The resort itself was pretty nice, but pool bars would run out of liquor types all the time. Service was either very good or just plan bad. Was promised an updated room with no updated. Lot of promises no communication after the promise. I travel a ton and this by far was my worst experience. Maybe the pandemic had something to do with it. Not really sure what happen here.

Absolutely love this resort! Food was amazing! Breakfast was so delicious (buffet style breakfast). Staff, housekeepers and bell men by are all very nice. First time and I will definitely not be my last! The jerk hut had good jerk chicken with festival 😋. There's a kids area for playing and swimming, definitely kids friendly. This place is highly recommended! You won't regret your stay!! Thank you Royalton White Sands for your hospitality! Couldn't ask for a better hotel and better vacation with my sisters. Went there for my birthday and it was definitely a memorable one. Big up Bianca, Richardo and Emmanuel for being so friendly and Always having a smile on your face ☺️👍🏾. Beautiful resort ! This resort sits on a beautiful breath taking beach with white sand & tons of pools to enjoy with a lazy river & 3 water slides and kiddie water park area . Entertainment is always a vibe they offer something to do both day & night for the whole family as well as adult only activities. I recommend booking your wedding or vacation at this resort. Also, make sure when you book Diamond club is a MUST. We had lovely butlers Kamal & Lacey . They were very kind , professional & attentive to all our needs . We have stayed at both sides blue waters and white sands & we absolutely love this place ! We had our wedding here back in 2017 and have been back later years for birthdays & family vacations .

Lovely resort nice layout. Really nice aesthetics. There can be more for the children though in regards to their entertainment. Outside of the water slide and the pool there is not much for the kids. A game arcade and all purpose court would be a nice touch. Whilst the customer service wasn't all bad there is room for improvements.

A lovely and charming resort with great staff. Stayed there a few years ago and it was 5 stars. Still great, but a drop to 4 stars. Many of the little perks removed..I guess as a result of this Covid 19 economy. Hope the perks return soon. The friendly staff, like Brenda at the Sports bar, Michael and Marcos, our great butlers Romaine and Nicola, our deligent housekeeping attendant a and an amazing maintenance person whose name I do not recall, but who Iwould run into at the coffee shop in the early morning, he would respond to any issue I had in my room..from a toilet flushing "no issue" to replacing an iron that was not working before I even got back to my room was amazing. Waiters, Tyrese and Tony at the Diamond Club beach area and beach attendant George you are my heroes!! Your sustained energy in catering to guests needs was astounding. Royalton the ocean was beautiful, the pools were inviting but in was your friendly and accommodating employees that made your resort Pop! and earned my referrals to friends.

No check-in, nosso quarto não estava pronto, então tivemos que pegar um pouco de comida por que esperamos. Eles comeram arroz com frango amargo na praia. 🙄Protocolos deliciosos certamente são suficientes. Este hotel tinha serviço de quarto, mas nenhuma área para jantar ... O banheiro era bom, limpo e artigos de toalete mais do que suficiente. Ainda não satisfeito. Será atualizado mais tarde.

Room with a bush view.. Water slides awesome... Pool great. Food blah... Room blah. The food options are not great so far. At check-in our room was not ready so had to grab some food why we waited. They had rice with jerk chicken on the beach.. 🙄Covid protocols are certainly sufficient. This hotel had room service but no area to dine...Bathroom was nice, clean and toiletries more than sufficient. Not yet pleased. Will update later.

We just spent our Honeymoon here, and had such an amazing time! Every single staff member was so nice and welcoming. They really did their best to accommodate us for the Honeymoon perks and went above and beyond to take care of us! Royalton was a fantastic time. We arrived on a Tuesday to a peaceful beach & pool. Our room was clean and front desk service was impeccable. We rented a cabana on our third day and the butler service and guest relations manager was also fantastic. However, what stole the show and made the vacation were the bartenders at the pool, Maxwell & Paul. They made the experience 100xs better!!! They are the life of the party. I wish I could take them to every resort with me. Royalton is a 10/10 with me !

Nicely modernised and refurbished.Comfortablerooms and tasty food. Grounds are well kept, and the publicareas are cleaned regularly. All areas well lit and the entirepropertypresents well. Speciality restaurants are good.On the minus side..some of the server staff in the main buffet dining area lack manners, and are rude. Utensils are sometimes not properlywashed. Severalof the hand sanitizer dispensers do not dispense anything.. Local hustlers present on the beach to hassle you at times.All in all, worth a visit.

The food was very okay. The service wasn't up to standard. Room service was slow and I would have to call multiple times. The birthday package was purchased and confirmed in advance but things weren't done. The package was very regular, did not feel special. Definitely would not recommend based on service and food. The amenities themselves are good like spa, beach and pool as well as water slides, the restaurant have nice ambiance. The breakfast options are limited.

Pessoalmente, não vou escolher este lugar para uma experiência de praia novamente, uma vez que as seguintes coisas são importantes para mim, que estou desapontado com este resort. 1. O gerenciamento de check-in precisa ser melhorado. Cheguei às 2 horas da tarde, mas tive que esperar até as 4 horas para fazer o check-in. Eu teria usado pelo menos metade do tempo de espera para curtir a praia e a academia, mas foi simplesmente desperdiçado. 2. uma garota foi designada a mim para prestar serviços pessoais. e ela apenas me pediu para colocar dicas em um envelope para ela. Sinceramente, não preciso de nenhum serviço extra, pois já comprei tudo incluso. esse tipo de coisa realmente me incomodou. 3. É uma surpresa que os restaurantes deste resort não forneçam peixes marinhos frescos locais. depois de falar com um cara local, aprendi que peixes frescos do oceano locais são caros, portanto, este resort não poderia pagar. por isso é difícil saborear comida especial local aqui. 4. Não é importante ter um quarto com vista para o mar, já que na maioria das vezes você gosta do mar e da praia fora do quarto. e havia pequenos insetos pretos na área do banheiro / banheiro do quarto em que eu morava.

This is a good resort, with beautiful ocean and beach view, but not beyond my imagination and expectation. I would give a score between 3.5 - 4. Personally I won't choose this place for beach experience again, since following things matter to me, which I am disappointed with this resort. 1. check-in management needs to be improved. I arrived at 2 o'clock something in the afternoon but I had to wait until 4 o'clock to get checked in. I would have used at least half of the waiting time to enjoy beach and gym but it was just wasted. 2. a girl was assigned to me to provide personal service. and she just asked me to put tips in an envelop for her. honestly I don't need any extra service since I purchased all-inclusive already. this kind of thing really bothered me. 3. it's a surprise that the restaurants of this resort didn't provide local fresh ocean fishes. after talking to a local guy I learned that local fresh ocean fishes are expensive thus this resort couldn't afford. so it's hard to taste local special food here. 4. it's not important to have an ocean-view room since most of time you enjoy ocean and beach not in the room. and there were tiny black bugs in the toilet/bath area of the room I lived in.

Compramos un paquete de 6 días y escogimos el hotel porque ofrecía 7 restaurantes y todo incluido. Cuando llegamos el servicio de recepción fue horribley durante los 6 días solo hubo un sitio para cenar, todo cerrado y no te lo dicen cuando compras. La comida no es buena y sin opciones en el almuerzo más que arroz con frijoles y pollo en salsa que es bastante picante. We had a family winter getaway in January 2019. Room: Our room had a king bed on the 1st floor with a garden view and close to the restaurants and the main lobby. The beds were more comfortable than our bed at home. Our room was attended every day, including replenishing the drinks in the mini fridge. Overall. The rooms were really nice. Beach: Yes, it's small... but we were there to relax and enjoy the scenery, and it's plenty big for that. We never had any issue finding beds on the beach. We walked on the beach, we swam in the ocean, and we just enjoyed this beautiful place. There was a nice breeze, so we never got too hot. They had an man-made island which was really special. Pools: The pools were a bit cold, however, no issues getting dry towels from the towel hut anytime we needed fresh ones. Chairs/beds were available all the time. Food: We found food at the buffet and restaurants to be really delicious. We especially loved having jerk chicken on the beach for lunch. We easily got snacks in the cafe and sports bar when we wanted them. We loved the breakfast buffet. And we tried all the restaurants except the Japanese which was always closed. Was it the best meal of your life? No. But it was still tasty and had flavor. We did not use the spa, the fitness center or do any of the activities. We were there to escape the cold and just relax, so we spent most of our time just laying around the beach or pool. In the evenings after dinner we'd go for a walk on the beach, and then we'd head back to the room to crash so we could get up early and squeeze in more fun the next day! Bottom line, we would definately recommend this resort and would return in the near future.

A pesar de que no tenemos dominio del idioma, nos arreglamos bastante bien. Se esforzaban por tratar de entender lo que necesitabamos. Y aquellos empleados que podían nos brindaban alguna palabra en castellano. Encontramos dos cocineros, uno mejicano y otro español, que se ofrecieron para hacer de intérpretes en algún momento. Usamos también el traductor de gougle para salir del paso. Las playas y el servicio de playa, una locura. En fin, a pesar de la barrera idiomatica, estas han sido unas hermosas vacaciones

DO NOT and I REPEAT; DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. The rooms on their website ARE NOT what you get when you arrive. I am in the hotel right now, on my third room change! The resort (shouldn't be called that) is severely dated. The grounds are nice; the beach is beautiful, but when it comes to lodging, it is the ABSOLUTE WORST! The room service experience is ABHORRENT!!! I used Delta Vacations for booking and I had to literally get them involved to make my room issue right. Listen people, I have too many complaints for this page, but please take this review as a WARNING of MASSIVE PROPORTION! This resort is phenomenal! From the moment I arrived on property, the customer service was on grand display, from security to bellmen. At the reception desk, Gorgette was exceptional! She and her team demonstrated the highest level of customer service toward me and my colleagues. The communication and attention were on point; the welcoming personalities and genuine warmth of the hotel crew facilitated a superb experience at Royalton White Sands and Blue Waters. When the courteous Emmanuel escorted me to my room, I was elated to find that the rooms are well kept, prepped and decorated. It was palatial! The feeling there is truly royal. The food is fantastic and the outlay of the property is breathtaking, with its cascading towers, landscaping (paved and green lawns), pools and water-slides, beach front, monumental art pieces and modern architecture. The rooms are extremely small unless you get a suite. For the cost it's not worth it at all. The variety and quality of the food was not up to expectations. The entertainment was good and the staff here are better trained than those in Negril. If you have kids they will enjoy the outdoor activities very much.

I truly enjoyed my stay here it was everything and more from the food to the activities to the room service I was in awe. My friend and I had a awesome time. They helped us get the best price for excursions. Staff very helpful. Well worth the money spent! I would definitely come back here.

This was an awesome 3 days. So many places to dine and the food is good. The attractions are good too however the entertainment is not that great. Room service is fast but there aren't that many options. Housekeeping and Guest Services is friendly and efficient. I totally recommend.

Han sido unas vacaciones inigualables. Todo el complejo es impresionante y desde el primer momento quedamos impresionados. Ofrecen muchos paquetes que incluyen todo, desde comida, bebidas, acceso a la playa, gimnasio, piscinas y hasta wifi funcional. La atención estuvo de primera, desde el primer momento se mostraron muy atentos a nuestras necesidades y buscaron solucionar nuestros requerimientos.
