It is lovely!! The staff is wonderful and the property is beautiful. The best part is the little rock island area because it is right on the edge of the beach and the crashing of the waves against the rocks are so relaxing and serene.

Enquanto eu me divertia e gostava do entretenimento e das vibrações de festa, a atenção aos detalhes estava faltando. Para uma estrutura relativamente nova, a manutenção não estava à altura (pintura descascada / integridade da fachada / madeira empenada / azulejos faltando. Torneira quebrada no chuveiro, plugue de drenagem quebrado na banheira de hidromassagem e um ventilador muito desatualizado e aleatório na cabana de US $ 200 ( felizmente, a cabana me foi oferecida como uma concessão para uma "falha" do computador que resultou no rebaixamento do quarto. Os mordomos foram simpáticos e prestativos, mas o site precisa ser atualizado para especificar o que não está mais disponível ou prontamente oferecido devido à cobiça Não espere reabastecimento automático dos frigobares, não houve menção a um roupão ou chinelos e o Diamond Club Lounge quase não tinha nada a oferecer. Um grande problema era a segurança alimentar. Muitas vezes, a comida quente era quente e as bebidas do buffet não eram muito frio e a quantidade de moscas / mosquitos ao redor das áreas de alimentação e nas vitrines foram um desligamento. Por outro lado, espreguiçadeiras e cabanas ao lado da piscina (grátis) sempre estiveram disponíveis. Os garçons ao redor da piscina faziam rondas continuamente. O entretenimento e as atividades ao redor da piscina eram envolventes e a música era perfeita. Os banheiros ao redor do resort estavam sempre limpos e as vistas para o mar não tinham preço. Acredite ou não, eu voltaria a Royalton Blue Waters para uma escapadela de tipo de viagem de garotas. Como eu disse antes, foi um momento divertido, mas não espere perfeição.

While I had a great time and enjoyed the entertainment and and party vibes, the attention to detail was lacking.For a relatively new structure the upkeep wasn't up to par (peeling paint/facade integrity/ warped wood/ missing tiles. Broken faucet handle in the shower, broken drain plug in jacuzzi and a very outdated and random fan in the $200 cabana (luckily I was offered the cabana as a concession for a computer "glitch" that resulted in a room downgrade). The butlers were friendly and helpful but the website needs to be updated to specify what is no longer available or readily offered due to covid.Don't expect automatic replenishment of the minibars,there was no mention of a robe or slippers and the diamond club lounge barely had anything to offer. One big issue was food safety.Often times hot food was warm and drinks from the buffet were not very cold and the amount of flies/gnats around the eating areas and in the display cases were a turn off. On the other hand,pool side chaises and cabanas (free) were always available.The waitstaff around the pool continually made rounds. The entertainment and activities around the pool were engaging and the music was perfect.The bathrooms around the resort were always clean and the ocean views were priceless. Believe it or not,I would return to Royalton Blue Waters for a girls trip type getaway. As I stated before it was a fun time,just don't expect perfection.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any place. This site will compare countless hotel sites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of my favorites in this area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you won't regret it.

It was great, luxurious, professional, respectful, courteous and hardworking staff.The place is very clean and beautiful. There are many pools, bars, restaurants, umbrellas and chairs it's extremely comfortable. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The ambiance at night is very attractive. There are many activities for the children. The covid protocols are followed to the max as soon as arrival. I will definitely recommend this resort to everyone

The property facility was very nice. The cuisine was not 5 stars, many of the speciality restaurants did not have flavorful dishes, but there was decent food options in the main restaurant on the property. The bar service and customer service of the staff was great, very hospitable staff. The properties facility was very clean. We did have a few days were the hot water did not work, but I guess that's the island life. Overall it was a great stay and good trip. Ya Mon!

We had a few issues when we got there, but their customer service was great! They took care of everything right away. It was 6 of us there on a girls trip for me and my sister birthday. We had the Diamond club package.We had 2 butler Ryan and Michaelee they were awesome. They made our stay worthwhile.I want to give a big shout out to them both thanks guys for everything!

Muito agradável e gostei. Pessoal foi muito amigável e profissional. A comida era ótima, apesar das restrições obscenas e de não poderem conseguir um buffet, eles administraram bem. Quite pleasant and Enjoyed it. Staff was very friendly and professional. Food was great, despite the covid restrictions and not being able to get a buffet style, they managed well. Protocols were followed. Upon entering and leaving, everything flowed smoothly. The rooms are spacious and lovely. Definitely worth a 5 star.

This resort is excellent even with all the COVID-19 restrictions. (They offer the COVID-19 test on the premises for the return results for entering the United States). I really loved the rooms which were very nice, clean and roomy.All of the employees was super friendly. The resort is also kid friendly. Our butlers Lacy and Ryan was simply amazing! I would definitely recommend this resort for families. This is the resort I’ll be staying when visiting Jamaica 🇯🇲, PERIOD!!!

This resort is extremely beautiful! I absolutely loved my room. The food was better than expected for an all-inclusive. Really liked the food at the Taj. Excellent customer service. My housekeeper Simona was great, the hostess and servers at the restaurant were all exceptional. I am definitely visiting again and will recommend for others to stay

I had the most amazing time here, the staff, the food, the room and just everything was great!! I’ve had experiences at other places where as locals we were treated differently but for Royalton Blue Waters, we felt at home with staff. Foi ótimo. Minha irmã e eu ficamos na suíte Junior. Ter nossa própria piscina privada foi tão maravilhoso. A equipe na praia foi educada e prestativa. Eles foram rápidos em limpar a praia de copos deixados pelos hóspedes e garantiram que a bebida ou água continuasse chegando. Toda a equipe foi educada e prestativa. This 5 stars resort have two different spaces: blue waters and white sands. We stayed on the blue waters. It was on Covid time, and they followed all protocols.The food was good, they had water .slices for kids, young and adults. People was friendly. I had the opportunity to visit the spa, and had a wonderful treat, the girl that assisted me was named Sania, very good girl.

It was great. My sister and I stayed at Junior Suite swim out. Having our own private pool was so wonderful. The staff on the beach were so polite and helpful. They were prompt in clearing the beach of glasses left by the guests and they ensured that the drink or water kept coming.The entire staff was polite and helpful. The food was great, I had seconds especially the Jamaican special. I'm planning on going back with hubby and my kids,hopefully, before 2021 ends.

Service was top notch! Many food options to choose from, our favorite was the jerk hut on the beach! We had a room with the swim up patio (amazing!). The room service was always fast and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

This resort was exceptional! I don't often write reviews, but my experience was so phenomenal I had to come and share, as my expectations were exceeded from check-in to check-out. We arrived at 11, and were preliminarily checked in at 12:30, which gave us access to all the amenities, which was a major pro given that the usual check-in time is at 3:00pm. However, our rooms weren't ready until a little after 3:30pm. Upon the arrival to our room, there was a "Happy Birthday" banner wrapped around our room, based on information we had provided in our check-in form. The rooms were very modern, with a spacious layout. The open floor bathtub was a major plus. Every staff member we encountered was extremely pleasant and helpful, from the bell hops, receptionists, bartenders, servers, chefs, lifeguards and gym attendants. Most importantly they all abided by and enforced social distancing measures in all areas of the resort. The only snag I experienced was the lengthy check-in process, however the wait was understandable given that we were checking-in early amidst the latter end of a long holiday weekend. If I could give this place 1000 stars, I would. I can't wait to return!
