Este magnífico alojamiento recibe a sus huéspedes con una cálida hospitalidad y un servicio excelente. Este é um excelente local para uma conferência. Participei do WAN Summit 2016 por 2 dias. A localização é ótima e as instalações são impecáveis. Tínhamos cafés, bebidas e um buffet de almoço todos os dias. Tudo de alta qualidade com muitas opções de escolha. Eu não hesitaria em voltar.

Propriedade muito bonita. Situado em uma boa localização. Estação de trem, paradas de ônibus e áreas de compras a distâncias muito curtas a pé. O serviço é bom também.

Pouco de uma caminhada 5o chegar e longe de rotas de transporte público imediatas. Mas a uma curta caminhada da rua bond e você está lá. Instalações foram bem provisionado e apenas algumas pessoas demais para o evento para lidar confortavelmente junto com instalações para conferências com sua própria entrada separada para o hotel principal. Alimentos que foi encomendado no restaurante foi de alto nível. Bem preparado e vale a etiqueta de preço.

Excelente equipe Esqueci minha carteira no saguão e ligaram quase 1 hora depois, antes de eu perceber que esqueci para voltar. Bom serviço e excelente localização. Bastante e perto de Oxford Street. Ótimo para casais.

Friendly enough front desk but really its main selling point is the location. These doesn't seem to be any wellness facilities, which is a little let-down but you would know that if you book the hotel yourself and accept the trade-off. Breakfast was okay but nothing to be raving about to be honest. The key card for my room and the lifts was annoyingly unreliable. Not sure if it's the problem with my particular card, but I needed to try several times to get it accepted. I was there for only one night so couldn't even bother to ask for a new one. The room itself is clean and spacious by London standard.

Had an event in their Ball Room....the space was good, food excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. There is an NCP carpark at the basement of the hotel which is handy with access into the hotel too. Lovely hotel overall.

It's central position in Westminster, within walking distance from several train, and underground stations, made for an easily accessible location. The training/conference rooms were modern, clean and bright, nicely decorated and easy to find. The staff were also excellent, very attentive, but not intrusive and they provided us with much better food than I'm used to on trainings.

Very nice property. Situated at a good location. Train station, bus stops and shopping areas at very short walkable distances. Service is good too.

Bit of a trek 5o get to and away from immediate public transport routes. But a short walk from bond street and you are there. Facilities were well provisioned and just a few too many people for the event to comfortably handle along with conference facilities having their own separate entrance to the main hotel. Food that was ordered in the restaurant was top notch. Well prepared and well worth the price tag.

Excellent staff Forgot my wallet in lobby and they call almost after 1 hour before I realized that I forgot it to return back. Nice service and excellent location. Quite and close to Oxford Street. Great for couples.

Nice location and very good courteous staff. The Downside however was the size of the room. It was like a matchbox with no place to keep the suitcase. I guess the size of the room needs to be upgraded for the price they charge.

Great location. Booked a standard room on points, but used cash to upgrade to a junior suite, which was decent size considering London hotel rooms. Air con did not work well in summer, room was hot all night. Staff relatively friendly, though restaurant staff seems undertrained. Room was clean and it's unfortunate that balcony was locked so we couldn't take advantage.

Decent conference event rooms although I think they felt a little poorly lit (making it a bit easier to nod off after the afternoon interval). Rooms were fine but did feel like they've got a days look to them. Service throughout was very good however.

This is an excellent venue for a conference. I attended the 2016 WAN Summit for 2 days. The location is good and the facilities are up to scratch. We had coffees, drinks and a buffet lunch provided each day. All of high quality with plenty of choice. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Stayed here while working in for a week. The best part was the breakfast, huge selection of quality fare. Although my work was paying, I thought the price was still very high but for the area it was not to bad. The rooms were very clean as was the hotel in general. The decor was nice but dated.
