Room dusty and balcony not clean, food is cold…but if you want warmed food buy a microwave and a vacuum who does that really…
Currently in quarantine few times, we got food round 8pm and had to call to see where our food was…we have also had grey coloured eggs. So, when you order from somewhere else, it still comes to you late soiled and cold…SA Health need to manger this a whole lot better than it is…you only call rooms to tick off names you don’t care even when your asking. We heard people have been leaving early, we now have 4 negative results, we were separated from our pet and have another place to quarantine with him but no…you don’t treat people equal. We feel the same as another reviewer Jade Clarke…won’t be coming here to stay…

I stayed with my Carer in this Hotel and it was Amazing , We were treated like a king and Queen and the meals were like nothing we had ever tasted before , they were like triple A rated yummy , scrumptious meals and the staff were amazing also , if we needed anything we just picked the phone up and asked and it was straight to us , I can't fault this hotel and I rate it the highest rating hotel that we have ever stayed in , I will certainly be back one day , when the world isn't so crazy , but I love Pullman Hotel , Thank you to everyone who has a part in running this Amazing place and to the Chef's you are Amazing cooks , I don't want to eat anyone else's food now , no one could even match your cooking , Thank you 5 Stars isn't enough rating for this place , oh the bath , the bath is amazing I have never seen one so big and deep , it was so relaxing .Thank you everyone 💗🤗

Whilst my partner is in the hotel, I've been making drop off's of supplies. Today Ric the concierge went above and beyond to ensure that my home cooked meal was delivered straight to her room. Thanks Ric and staff you made both of our day.

I’ve just finished my 14 day quarantine at the Pullman. Thankyou to all the staff. You were helpful and caring, especially in providing me with a lounge chair when my back was getting sore. My gluten free meals were amazing. I never went hungry and came home with most of the extra snacks my husband had dropped off. The room was spacious. .There was enough room for me to do my exercises. And the bed was very comfortable. I was really excited when I discovered that I had a coffee machine. When you’re in a situation like quarantine it’s the little things that really help you through. Thanks again.

Myself and my partner and nearing to the end of our HQ at Pullman Adelaide and we have been blown away with the exceptionally high level of service we have experienced during our stay. Personally, I had so much anxiety leaving the UK and knowing we would be stuck in a hotel room for 14 days and the minute we arrived at the Pullman, that all changed. The staff were so welcoming, kind and understanding, and they honestly went above and beyond for all of us. We had a Facebook group where menus, workouts and competitions were posted and any and all questions answered. The staff created a really welcoming and engaging social platform and would be the first to help with any requests no matter the time. The food was amazing!! So much variety, so delicious and lots of veggies, snacks and desserts. We were lucky enough to get a room with a balcony and the room was beautiful and clean, with plenty of space for workouts and for both my partner and I to have our own space. Pullman Adelaide gave us lots of information on arrival for local supermarkets that deliver (not that we really needed it as the portion sizes were huge). They gave us washing powder so we could wash our clothes, fresh sheets every few days as well as any extra detergents or soaps we might need. Pullman really did make it the best possible experience that it could have been going through HQ. Massive thank you to the team at Pullman Adelaide! Ally & Cal
