I stayed here with my two little girls due to emergency housing situation. We were greeted at the entrance by lovely member of staff who made us feel at easy and was super helpful. We stayed in family room which was so clean my little one took her shoes at the entrence. We had big bed and little sofa that was made for my 3 year old into her own bed. Bathroom was also super clean with beautiful bath (which was very helpful specially for bathing my baby). There was plenty of towels, hangers, kettle, tea, coffee, TV with freeview, internet access and hair dryer to make us feel at home. There were two beautiful mirrors one floor length and one vanity (plus bathroom) so (past pandemic) very helpful if you getting ready to go out. Car park cost £5 for 24 hours and it's in secure location (gate entrence). Staff was so helpful and kind and room so lovely my little girl asked "if we could stay here forever" and if "this could be our new house". Sadly we had to leave after a short stay but as soon as pandemic is over i promised her we will be back. To all of the staff big thank you. Quick note for the people with kids. There is lovely little playground on the back of the hotel and one further down on Upper Park Road opposite new Southgate millennium Green. There is also shop past this playground which is much better stocked (and better priced) then the petrol station opposite hotel.

Decepcionado, os quartos estão de alto padrão e os funcionários foram ótimos. Mas com a situação atual eles forneceram apenas uma pequena seleção de comida take away do restaurante, que quando eu pedi estava ruim, parecia apenas uma refeição de microondas que é colocada em um prato. Economize seu dinheiro ou peça um take-away ou, como se eu tivesse atravessado a estrada, peguei algo da comida da M&S, pois eu não pude comer o que o Premier Inn tinha fornecido. O café da manhã estava bom, mas demorou muito, 25 minutos, mas eu tinha que voltar para a estrada

Estive aqui um par de vezes que foi ótimo, mas a última vez que fui que foi no domingo antes do segundo bloqueio. O chef, 1 membro da equipe em particular e os clientes não usavam máscara e não podiam pedir. Sem distanciamento social. O funcionário que não usava a máscara estava atendendo os clientes e conversando com eles.

Decepcionado, las habitaciones son del estándar alto habitual y el personal era genial. Pero con la situación actual, solo proporcionaron una pequeña selección de comida para llevar del restaurante, que cuando pedí era mala, parecía una comida de microondas que se coloca en un plato. Ahorre su dinero, ya sea para pedir comida para llevar o, como yo, crucé la calle y obtuve algo de la comida de M&S, ya que no pude comer lo que Premier Inn me había proporcionado. Have been here a couple of times which was great but the last time I went which was the sunday before the wed 2nd lockdown. The chef, 1 particular staff member and customers didn't wear a mask and wasnt ask to. No social distancing. The staff member not wearing her mask was meeting customers and talking to them.

Disappointed, rooms are to the usual high standard and staff were great. But with the current situation they only provided a small take away selection of food from the restaurant, which when I ordered was bad, looked like just a microwave meal which isplaced on a plate. Save your money either order a takeaway or like I did go across the road and get something from M&S food as I couldn't eat what Premier Inn had provided. Breakfast in the morning was ok, but just took way too long, 25 minutes but which time I had to get back on the road
