Excelente custo benefício, café da manhã incluso, próximo de grace Bay, que para mim é a melhor praia da ilha. Próximo de um mercado, de uma locadora Avis e vários restaurantes.

Melhor custo benefício. 3 minutos a pé da praia Grace Bay . atendimento excelente, café da manhã e wi do graruitos. Nafrente ha um mercado ,restaurantes próximos dos quais é possível ir a pé. Pagamos 6 mil em 8 diárias para 3 pessoas, foi o mais em conta , tratando se de um destino caro. O hotel também conta com piscina e academia. Adorei

The front desk staff was welcoming. Ivelisse in housekeeping was best! She was absolutely lovely, efficient! Rose and Jeanette helpful. Great location. Watson in bar makes good drinks. Grocery near. Beach area goood location. Furniture and equipment on beach run down a bit.

Um lugar incrível para ficar.. A equipe é incrível. O proprietário pode ser visto todos os dias cumprimentando os hóspedes. Eu escolheria este resort em vez de qualquer outro resort da ilha apenas por causa do nível de conforto que envolve e fica no meio de tudo

Minha estadia foi excelente. Eu não estava procurando por tudo incluído, então este lugar se encaixava na conta. Ter um café da manhã de fácil acesso todas as manhãs foi um bônus. Recomendo o restaurante mexicano Mis Amigos para almoço/jantar. Localizado a 2 minutos a pé. A mercearia nas proximidades é adorável com ótimas opções de bebidas / cerveja / vinho e comida para viagem. O meu quarto tinha um mini-frigorífico e varanda com vista para a piscina e uma árvore de papaia. Aluguei uma Vespa um dia e uma bicicleta no resto da viagem. Realmente ótimas maneiras de se locomover, os carros eram respeitosos e me senti seguro em ambos os modos de transporte. Não perca o pôr do sol de tirar o fôlego sobre Grace Bay.

My stay was excellent. I wasn’t looking for all-inclusive, so this place fit the bill. Having an easily accessible breakfast every morning was such a bonus. Highly recommend Mis Amigos Mexican restaurant for lunch/dinner. Located 2 minute walk away. Nearby grocery store is lovely with great liquor/beer/wine selections and grab & go food. My room had a mini-fridge and balcony overlooking the pool and a papaya tree. I rented a Vespa one day and a bike the rest of the trip. Really great ways to get around, cars were respectful and I felt safe on both modes of transportation. Don’t miss the breathtaking sunsets over Grace Bay.

Buget and family friendly. Stay in the villas. You get to relax and you also get the ability to be close to the beach, resturants, nightlife, and grocery store. The staf is pretty amazing too.

Eu amei minha estadia aqui. Cada minuto disso. Minha família e eu ficamos em uma villa no Ports of Call Resort, e não era nada longe da perfeição. Tínhamos nossa própria privacidade, nossa própria piscina. Foi um pouco longe de Grace Bay Beach, mas eu realmente gostei de toda a minha estadia. A equipe foi excelente, sua gentileza e boa vontade para ajudar era incomparável. Melhor do que a maioria dos lugares em que já me hospedei em uma ilha. É uma bela ilha também.

I loved my stay here. Every single minute of it. My family and I stayed in a villa on the Ports of Call Resort, and it was nothing far from perfection. We had our own privacy, our very own pool. It was a little ways from Grace Bay Beach but I really did enjoy all of my stay. The staff were great, their kindness and willingness to help was unmatchable. Better than most of the places I’ve stayed at on an island. Its a beautiful island too.

Nós nos divertimos muito em Ports of Call !! Nosso grupo de 3 ficou 4 belas noites.O café da manhã era a única refeição oferecida e estava delicioso, as batatas eram minhas favoritas junto com os waffles feitos na hora. Eles trocam o café da manhã diariamente, então se você ama uma coisa, ela pode não ser oferecida no dia seguinte. Eles também tinham ovos cozidos, iogurte, frutas etc.A localização do resort era perfeita, rodeado por resorts de alta classe como o Ritz, fica do outro lado da rua e a uma curta caminhada da praia, muito perto de uma mercearia, sorveterias, restaurantes e souvenirs.A equipe do resort foi incrível! O Sr. Watson, o barman, manteve as bebidas servindo. Ele nos deu uma ótima aula de história sobre Turks e Caicos, e foi muito aberto a recomendar restaurantes e quaisquer outros serviços que solicitássemos.Sra. Flo na recepção foi excelente! Ela foi muito acolhedora e nos fez sentir em casa. Ela saiu do seu caminho para se certificar de que tivéssemos um tempo maravilhoso toda a nossa estadia, verificando-nos durante toda a nossa estadia. Ela se sentia mais como minha tia Flo !!A Sra. Fabulous era exatamente isso, fabulosa, ela garantia que nossas toalhas estivessem limpas e disponíveis quando precisávamos delas. Quando chegamos, nosso quarto não estava pronto, a Sra. Fab fez um ótimo trabalho em nos manter ocupados e felizes enquanto esperávamos.Reclamações: conseguir toalhas de praia podia ser uma espera, mas na maioria das vezes não era um problema tão grande. Nosso quarto não estava pronto quando chegamos, mas a Sra. Fab nos manteve felizes.

A equipe foi cortês, o café-da-manhã foi bom e conveniente, a praia estava a uma curta distância a pé e os funcionários da praia foram prestativos e protetores da área! O hotel está perfeitamente localizado para caminhar até muitos restaurantes e lojas. A única coisa negativa que eu poderia dizer, e não foi um problema para nós, foi que não há muito o que fazer no hotel e o bar tinha um serviço muito lento. Mais uma vez, devido à localização, não passamos muito tempo no local, mas exploramos a maior parte do tempo a pé ou em passeios de um dia!

The staff was courteous, the breakfasts were good and convenient,the beach was a very short walk away and the staff at the beach were helpful and protective of the area! The hotel is located perfectly to walk to many restaurants and shops. The only negative thing I could say, and it wasn't a problem for us, was that there is not much to do AT the hotel and the bar had pretty slow service. Again, because of the location we did not spend much time on site but did most of our exploring on foot or day trips!

We had an amazing time at Ports of Call!! Our party of 3 stayed 4 beautiful nights.Breakfast was the only meal offered and it was delicious, the potatoes were my favorite along with the freshly made waffles. They change the breakfast daily, so if you love one thing it may not be offered the next day. They also had boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit etc.Location of the resort was perfect, surrounded by very high class resorts such as the Ritz, it is across the street and a short walk to the beach, very close to a grocery store, ice cream shops, restaurants and souvenirs.The staff of the resort was amazing!! Mr. Watson, the bartender, kept the drinks coming. He gave us a great history lesson about Turks and Caicos, and was very open to recommending restaurants and any other services we requested.Ms. Flo at the front desk was outstanding!! She was very welcoming and made us feel at home. She went out of her way to make sure we had an amazing time our entire stay, checking on us throughout our stay. She felt more like my Auntie Flo!!Ms. Fabulous was just that, fabulous, she made sure our towels were clean and available when we needed them. When we arrived, our room was not ready, Ms. Fab did a great job of keeping us occupied and happy while we waited.Complaints: getting beach towels could be a wait, but for the most part wasn't that big of an issue. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, but Ms. Fab kept us happy.

Loved my stay at Port of Calls! Particularly how the staff were helpful as we were traveling with two infants and tons of luggage. Thanks to Ms. Flo who took care of us and made sure we had all that we needed. Thanks to Joseph who helped us with our transport on and off the beach and Micheal for making sure we were okay will meals soon and off site. Overall the staff were friendly and very helpful. Hotel is vey convenient in walking proximity to activities, restaurants and beaches which was very helpful. My family will be back!

Sin ninguna queja. Todo muy limpio, desinfectante de mano en casi todo el hotel, el desayuno es bueno, y está muy céntrico. Todo absolutamente todo está cerca. Bares, restaurantes, puestos callejeros, farmacia, y supermercado. El personal muy educado y servicial.

Es el resort más económico que conseguí, el servicio que ofrece es muy bueno en relación al precio, está ubicado a unos 5 minutos caminando de la playa Grace Bay (HERMOSA), nuestra habitación muy espaciosa y cómoda, el servicio de limpieza de la habitación impecable. Algunas oportunidades de mejora desde mi punto de vista; colocar ascensores (ya que tiene hasta el segundo piso y se accede por escaleras, desconozco si por cuestiones legales), ampliar la zona para desayuno (si bien se tiene hasta al costado de la piscina para desayunar, resulta pequeño por la cantidad de huéspedes y eso que fuimos en temporada baja), ampliar la frecuencia del transporte a la playa (ya que según las reglas del resort se ofrece cada hora, sin embargo no vimos que funcione cada hora, igualmente resultaría insuficiente, por la cantidad de huéspedes).

Muy bien ubicado muy amables, limpia habitación, incluido desayuno, Playa al cruzar la calle unos 4 minutos, está todo cerca supermercado, restaurantes y centro comercial tipo duty free. Playa con zona para huéspedes con paraguas sillas y kayak ect.

Excelente opción. La playa está a unos 200 metros. Tiene un automercado, tiendas y restaurantes muy cerca. Habitaciones cómodas y buen servicio. El desayuno puede mejorar.
