Be careful - there were 3 misleads: 1. Photo of junior business suite room was wrong and hotel was not willing to give the same room as on photo 2. There were noisy construction works and windows were covered, that were not communicated when I made my booking 3. Pool is available until only 13:00 - again no information about this during the bookingThe only good thing: Very nice cleaning lady on the 6th floor - Without her I would put 2 stars

Khreshchatyk é um lugar muito bonito, muitos pontos turísticos são muito bonitos, há passagens subterrâneas, também há muita polícia ao redor do metrô, além de acesso gratuito à praça da independência, há playgrounds cafés hotel há um belo parque ao lado do área montanhosa do engarrafamento negativo todos os dias no engarrafamento da rua Khreschatyk um pouco de poluição bem, em princípio, carros BMW Mercedes dirigem, etc. um lugar muito bonito, eu recomendo para um quarto a seu critério)

This used to be a lovely, clean and sweet hotel in the smack center of Kiev, with everything you need a 2-minute walk away. But with Kiev becoming more modern and the expanded city center, you no longer need to pay such inflated prices. Also, the traffic during peak hours is horrible near this place. If you are NOT a first-timer, look elsewhere.

Este hotel é um desastre. Prepare-se esperando por um elevador por 10 minutos. Chegamos às 17h e nosso quarto ainda não estava pronto, embora o check-in seja às 14h. Como reservamos o quarto mais caro de 1 quarto (apartamento) que eles têm, fiquei um pouco surpreso por não estar pronto às 17h. Esperamos em um saguão por mais uma hora. Eu pedi um check-out tardio por inconvenientes e foi concedido o check-out às 18h. Na manhã seguinte, recebi um telefonema dizendo que só podemos ficar até as 14h. O que ???!! Que tipo de serviço é? Você promete uma coisa, mas assim que o quarto for reservado, as pessoas mudaram de ideia? Não é muito profissional! Eu não recomendo este hotel para ninguém.

Em princípio, não é um hotel ruim, reforma moderna, limpo. Mas, por esse tipo de dinheiro, você não espera ver a União Soviética. Check-in às 14h00, mas ainda às 16h30 não foi limpo. Eles esperaram meia hora sob a porta para serem limpos. No café da manhã o pessoal é rude, não queria dar uma cadeira alta. Spa apenas algumas horas por dia incluídas, pouca água no quarto. Preço-qualidade não corresponde

O Khreshchatyk Hotel é um dos melhores hotéis. O centro fica perto da Praça da Independência, ao lado do GLOBUS MALL e de vários restaurantes halal! 'Fiquei 4 noites lá, e o pessoal é excelente 👍 'O que eu não gostei, é que há manutenção na fachada frontal, então se você reservar na vista da rua, você nunca vai poder ver nada e não pode abrir a janela e curtir a atmosfera de Kiev, e os quartos que nós ficou sem ar condicionado e ventilação, sinto que está numa prisão! '

This hotel is a disaster. Prepare waiting for an elevator for 10 minutes. We arrived at 5 pm and our room was still not ready, although check in time is 2pm. Since we booked the most expensive 1 bedroom (apartment) room they’ve got I was a bit surprised it wasn’t ready by 5 pm. We waiting in a lobby for another hour. I asked for a late check out for inconvenience and was granted 6 pm check out. The next in the morning I got a phone call saying we can only stay until 2 pm. What ???!! What kind of service is it? You promise one thing but once the room gets booked you people changed your mind? Not very professional! I do not recommend this hotel for anyone.

O hotel é bom. Os quartos são confortáveis e limpos. É verdade que o garçom esperou 30 minutos por um otkryvashka lento, mas, fora isso, excelente. Quando os reparos forem concluídos, ele estará totalmente destruído. Não me arrependo do que escolhi. A última vez que estive no loft do céu, fiquei completamente desapontado, não 4 estrelas, mas 1. E aqui é fresco, limpo, aconchegante e agradável. Eu definitivamente voltarei aqui.

Booked a hotel because of it's location and view on Maidan but when we arrived Hotel was under construction. there was no view at all. Doors on the balcony were locked. Workers where walking around whole day that was very uncomfortable... Review must be 1 star, but staff was very nice (+1 star) and breakfast was good so (+1 star)

The hotel had some construction work activities when we were there. The whole hotel smelled like steel n one elevator was out of service, which made the waiting time for an elevator really long. The construction activity started at 9 am which made it possible to sleep after that time! I wish if we were told in advance that they do have construction work at that time. We would absolutely cancel our booking. The hotel restaurant was also bad. I ordered one burger n fries n had to wait for 1.5 hr with no apology! I waited for no thing as the server later on communicated that they do have some cooking issues in the kitchen. I would appreciate it if they were honest from the beginning n told me that they wouldn’t be able to make my order rather than having me wait after midnight. The good things about the hotel is the location n they also allowed us to check in early. I would not recommend it to a friend as we never get an apology for the bad service.

I spent 8 days in August 2021 in this hotel, the welcome is warm very good service the activities in the sport are well maintained and equipped except if there are 2 devices mounted upside down and for the pool andsauna is a magnificent place except for those who will find it a little dark but very discreet.There is some facade work that didn't bother me despite being on this side of the room. Very well equipped room but a bit narrow. On this I recommend it because it is Hotel is very well located in the heart of Kiev the price is reasonable.

nice appearance, nice people, English speaking available at front desk, but lumpy mattress and rooms so hot i had to leave balcony door or window fully open all the time at 40 degrees out in April, 2021. beware dinner is priced by weight. my steak dinner was $55, about twice as much as expected. English breakfast seemed like uncooked white sausage and pork bellies, white warmed bread, but delicious tomatoe and cooked mushrooms. housekeeping must start at 8, because doors kept slamming from 8 to 9 making it impossible to sleep. bring ear plugs to block out other guests' talking.

Hotel muy céntrico. Fantástica alternativa si vas a Kiev buscando un muy buen hotel. Las habitaciones son muy correctas. Y calientes que con el frío que hace es muy importante. Silencioso. El desayuno es completo y las instalaciones del gym modernas y con muchas máquinas. Recomendable
