Recentemente eu fiquei no One On Marlin. UAU!! Moderno e relaxante resort tranquilo. A equipe foi incrível! Mark me registrou, Gabe ligou e se certificou de que eu tinha tudo o que precisava. As acomodações são notáveis e a equipe incrível, pessoalmente, o que mais alguém poderia querer. Eu amei os pequenos toques como estacionar perto das vilas para cada indivíduo, os caminhos iluminados enquanto sons suaves de zen como música enchiam o ar. A calma deste resort é como nenhuma outra. À noite, apenas os sons do zen como música foram ouvidos. Para quem deseja uma escapada tranquila, este é o lugar para você! Surpreendente

Recientemente me alojé en el One On Marlin. ¡¡GUAU!! Moderno y relajante complejo tranquilo. El personal fue increíble! Mark me registró, llamó Gabe y se aseguró de que tuviera todo lo que necesitaba. El alojamiento es extraordinario y el personal increíble, personalmente, ¿qué más se puede pedir? Me encantaron los pequeños detalles como el estacionamiento cerca de las villas para cada individuo, los senderos iluminados mientras suaves sonidos de zen como música llenaban el aire. La tranquilidad de este complejo es como ninguna otra. Por la noche solo se escuchaban los sonidos del zen como música. Para cualquiera que quiera una escapada tranquila, este es el lugar para ir! Recently I stayed at the One On Marlin. WOW!! Modern, relaxing peaceful resort. The staff were amazing!! Mark checked me in, Gabe called and made sure I had everything I needed. The accommodations are remarkable and the staff amazing, personally what more could anyone want. I loved the little touches like parking near the villas for each individual, the pathways lit while soft sounds of zen like music filled the air. The calmness of this resort is like no other. In the evening only the sounds of the zen like music was heard. For anyone wanting a peaceful getaway this is the place to go!! Amazing

We had a nice stay at the resort and everything was clean. The rooms were dark (from other reviewers who mentioned) but we weren’t there long to let it bother us. I did enjoy the tranquility of the resort and they played music outside so when you were walking in or out you could hear it. When we booked it mentioned it came with a butler. My definition and theirs must have been different. Everyone was very nice and helpful but it’s not a butler in the sense that they iron, pick you up, etc. they’re a concierge, which is what hotels/ resorts provide. Also, the cell phone required you to pay for minutes when not calling them so if we called a taxi, we were charged. I feel both of those items weren’t explained when we booked. It didn’t detract from our trip or the stay, but it was a bit disappointing. Also- if you say here I HIGHLY recommend you rent a car. We didn’t our first day and got one the second- it helped our trip because we didn’t have to rely on a taxi which could be expensive!

Su servicio es de primera categoría y todos están dispuestos a guiarlo a las mejores atracciones y hacer que su experiencia sea lo más pacífica y divertida posible. Van más allá y no podría estar más agradecido por su servicio ❤ PD: su jardín secreto es hermoso, fresco y huele increíble.

Tuvimos una estancia agradable en el complejo y todo estaba limpio. Las habitaciones estaban oscuras (según otros críticos que mencionaron) pero no estuvimos allí mucho tiempo para que nos molestara. Disfruté de la tranquilidad del complejo y tocaban música afuera, así que cuando entrabas o salías podías escucharla. Cuando reservamos, mencioné que venía con un mayordomo. Mi definición y la de ellos deben haber sido diferentes. Todos fueron muy amables y serviciales, pero no es un mayordomo en el sentido de que te planchan, te recogen, etc., son un conserje, que es lo que ofrecen los hoteles / resorts. Además, el teléfono celular requería que pagaras los minutos cuando no los llamabas, así que si llamamos a un taxi, nos cobraron. Siento que ninguno de esos artículos se explicaron cuando hicimos la reserva. No restó valor a nuestro viaje ni a la estancia, pero fue un poco decepcionante. Además, si dices aquí, te recomiendo encarecidamente que alquiles un coche. No hicimos nuestro primer día y obtuvimos uno el segundo; ayudó a nuestro viaje porque no teníamos que depender de un taxi que podría ser caro.

Butler Jan, Farmer Joseph, Security Rafael and the wonderful cleaning gentleman are the best people in Turks and Caicos. Their service is top notch and everyone is willing to guide you to the best attractions and make your experience as peaceful yet fun as possible. They go above and beyond and I couldn't be more thankful for their service ❤ PS their secret garden is beautiful, fresh and smells amazing.

My husband and I just returned from our stay here to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. Upon arriving to our room, we were greeted with the sweetest decorations acknowledging our anniversary. The service we received was top notch! Even though it is low season, the staff made sure we knew all the options for food and fun. We had a great time and look forward to returning! Jan is really the best :-) If I had to list a negative, it would just be to have a little more light available to use the mirror by the bathroom.

We had the privilege to stay at the beautiful and tranquil One on Marlin. We loved the exclusivity of the hotel. Butler Jan greeted us at our arrival with a much needed rum drink and a cold towel after a long morning of travel. The room had everything we needed. We did have a little mishap with the A/C but Butler Jan was quick to remedy. His customer service is top notch as he makes sure you are without need and very helpful in scheduling transportation, shore/off shore activities and overall accommodations. The beach was amazing along with the amenities the hotel provided. We loved our stay and will return next year.

My husband and I celebrated our 10yr anniversary in Turks & Caicos. We decided to give One on Marlin a try and absolutely LOVED our decision. The staff made us feel extremely welcomed and accommodated our every need. Even with our flight delays, arriving 5 hours after our expected arrival, the staff greeted us with open arms, with refreshments. They surprised my husband and I with a decorated room, in honor of our anniversary. I highly recommend One on Marlin. If we decide to go back to Turks & Caicos, there is no doubt we will choose One on Marlin, as our home away from home.
