This was my second visit to Ocean Eden Bay within a 4 month period. The property is gorgeous, the beach is breathtaking and the amenities are great! There is an adult only side (Eden Bay) as well as another side in which children can stay (Coral Springs). One of the amenities on the children side is a huge water slide along with a “snack shack” in which children can enjoy fun foods like chicken tenders, fries, burgers, nachos etc. There are also several different types of restaurants on the property that targets different cuisines such as Indian, Italian, Japanese -Hibachi and the list goes on including buffets offering variety. The staff is very courteous and accommodating. I had a minor issue when I was there that was addressed immediately and rectified. Customer Service is superb! I didn’t get to see my housekeeper but whenever I returned to my room, everything was clean, restocked and in its rightful place. Im grateful for my experiences on the property as well as the people in my group. I will definitely be returning to this property again within the next few months. I definitely recommend. On a scale of 1-10, I’d give my overall experience a 15!!!! Esta foi a minha segunda visita a Ocean Eden Bay em um período de 4 meses. A propriedade é linda, a praia é de tirar o fôlego e as comodidades são ótimas! Há um lado só para adultos (Eden Bay), bem como outro lado em que as crianças podem ficar (Coral Springs). Uma das comodidades do lado infantil é um enorme toboágua junto com uma “lanchonete” na qual as crianças podem desfrutar de comidas divertidas como frango, batatas fritas, hambúrgueres, nachos etc. tem como alvo diferentes cozinhas, como indiana, italiana, japonesa - Hibachi e a lista continua incluindo buffets que oferecem variedade. A equipe é muito simpática e atenciosa. Tive um pequeno problema quando estive lá, que foi resolvido imediatamente e corrigido. O Atendimento ao Cliente é excelente! Não consegui ver minha governanta, mas sempre que voltava para o meu quarto, tudo estava limpo, reabastecido e em seu devido lugar. Sou grato por minhas experiências na propriedade, bem como pelas pessoas do meu grupo. Com certeza voltarei a esta propriedade novamente nos próximos meses. Eu definitivamente recomendo. Em uma escala de 1 a 10, eu daria 15 à minha experiência geral!
