We visited Malta for our first time and we choose Number 11 as our stay in this trip and it was The best choise!
The place is very central and close to everything. We we’re also close to Valetta. You can also find bus station in front of the hotel.
The place is very beautiful, good looking and clean, our room was perfect and has everything we needed.
The pool is also amazing and the hotel restaurant is very tasty. We enjoyed our breakfast a lot (you can also choose a cooked breakfast from the menu if you pay some extra money, but it was worth it, it was so good)!
We also took the dinner here and it was delicious!
The restaurant is also vegan friendly!
The staff is so nice and kind and helped us with everything we needed.
What I liked the most about the hotel is that they focus a lot on sustainability! Great job 👍🏻!

Arrived yesterday. Nice clean hotel. Was a bit apprehensive after reading the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. Pool was sparkling, not much noise (our room on 8th floor), good housekeeping, nice breakfast. 5 minutes walk from the beach and city centre. Would definitely recommend.

Overall: It is a good hotel to stay and to explore Malta, Valletta and many other cities and regions. It is located in the middle of the nightlife district, close to many bars and restaurants. We had the chance to stay in the hotel for a fair price so I can't complain about the price. You will better have the address of the hotel ready when you want to order a taxi at the airport. They do not know this hotel because it's new. By taxi, it is about 20 minutes from the airport. You can reach Valletta whithin 30-40 minutes by bus.
What was positive:
The room. The room was very clean, beautiful, didn't have any carpets in it, it had a nice balcony and the shower was huge. The air conditioning was absolutely fantastic!
Breakfast. The free breakfast was also nice, not fantastic but very reasonable for this price.
What was negative:
The pool. I have to say, the pool is very beautiful and you do have a great view from up there. When we arrived, the water in the pool was moreless clean. But with every day, the water in the pool got dirtier! At one of the last days, I entered the pool with white bathing shorts. They were green at the end! The water was terrible.
Also the staff at the poolbar. One guy was very friendly. But most of the staff there was just unfriendly. The poolbar was closed very often (and as long as the poolbar is closed, you can't get towels!). Even during the opening hours, the poolbar was closed often! So The pool would be very nice, but the staff was not during our stay. And there is something else:
At the poolbar, you pay for a half litre of beer. So you should also get a half litre of beer, right? But the glasses weren't large enough. So you definitely do not get a half litre of beer. In my opinion, that is just not correct. You want to be a luxury hotel? Buy beer glasses then.
It was an enjoyable stay at this hotel, but the staff is just not on the level of a 4 star hotel. Except the housekeeping. The room was very clean. I am not sure if I would stay there again.

Really enjoyed my stay here, Sanne I think was the lady that checked me in and out. She was in training but very friendly and welcoming.
Water machines dotted around the hotel for refilling your bottles free of charge - love this idea.
Room 611 - good air con, street is a lot quieter than a main road. There is a bar opposite that seems to open to 12 or 1am, I'm not sure. I was always fit to sleep through it. Beds comfy, large TV and balcony.
Breakfast is a continental, it's adequate and the coffee from the machine is good and strong.
Rooftop pool is small and you'll have to go up fairly early to get a sun bed. Tip - head to the Dragonara? Resort, a sunbed + €25 food and drink tokens is €40 and can stay there all day. Well worth it for the beautiful views.

A nice, clean hotel in a good location.
Pros; - good location, clean rooms, nice (small) pool on roof
Downside; full of students from language schools on streets next to hotel which cause disruption all night, not enough towels to give rooms on two days of my trip, unhelpful and unfriendly staff (quite miserable and hard to get a smile), breakfast is quite poor and only ended up having it for the first two days.
I wouldn’t stay here again, but if you’re looking for a nice hotel in the party area with a nice rooftop pool then this is it.
