Comfortable beds, good bathroom - some of the appliances could be refreshed (kettle lid was broken, very small TV), but it’s central location overcomes some of those shortfall’s. Additionally all staff we met was very friendly, from reception to breakfast to housekeeping.

I was on Business trip to Bucharest & selected Novotel to stay. The location is just perfect. All tourist spots are walking distance from Novotel. Hotel staff was very helpful. Service quality was good. I had food in winestop restaurant. Menus are limited but delicious & always serve fresh. Recommended for stay

Absolutamente fantástico. Muito bem localizado, próximo ao centro antigo. Fácil acesso a pé em próximo ao metrô. Café da manhã muito bem servido e com um horário b acessível também caso precise levantar cedo. Check in bem rápido. Limpeza muito boa. Recomendo.

Overall, the stay here was okay but certainly not what we expected for the money we paid and the experience we’ve had at Novotels in other countries. There were many things that could have been improved. I don’t know who thought of the terrible design of the bathrooms in the rooms but it is extremely inconvenient. They split the shower+sink and the toilet into their own “rooms” (which is great) but the toilet doesn’t have an associated sink. It actually doesn’t make any sense to have a toilet by itself without a sink. Another thing is we tried to schedule a tour to Bulgaria with the hotel. We specifically asked for a tour guide multiple times before booking with the hotel and they ended up giving us only a driver. It was extremely disappointing. The driver was a nice guy but he just left us in places until we were done. Lastly, the food at the restaurant in the lobby of the restaurant is not good and quite expensive compared to restaurants in the area. I was happy to hear that this place had a “gym” but it was just a few pieces equipment placed awkwardly to the side of the entrance to the spa. If you’re used to Novotel hotels, you will likely be disappointed by this one. Wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you’re able to get a significant discount.

I had a nice stay over the weekend, it's an OK hotel with a good location close to the city center. The staff at the desk was very helpful providing assistance and information every time I asked. It was quiet over the weekend, we also enjoyed a meal in the wine themed restaurant. Also a rich selection of wines on the menu. There is a small pool, it was empty in the morning when we went.

Estuvimos alojados varias noches y la experiencia fue estupenda. Habitación amplia y muy confortable con un baño bien equipado y cómodo. Hay parking interior disponible de pago, y el hotel muy bien situado para visitar las zonas más turísticas de la ciudad caminando.Personal amable.

Both, the location and the restaurant are excellent. The atmosphere in the restaurant is extremely pleasant, and with Damian (the waiter) everything becomes like paradise! I recommend it with confidence, and if you happen to be there, don't forget to meet Damian. I promise you, you will not regret anything!🥰

Great location! Rooms are very modern and as can be expected. Good internet and convenient parking (albeit a bit pricey, there's cheaper around). What struck me was that 2 days in a row the lady checking the minibar entered our room without even knocking first around 8:30-9. She should get some extra training on this.

Very good centered location. Nice rooms but small bathroom yet modern in style. A/C is not so good and not felt. It could be a problem because you can't open a window... The breakfast was fair but some products were NOT FRESH such as salads and vegetables were with noticeable bacteria !

Reservamos una habitación triple. Llegamos al hotel a las 16:00 horas y nos dijeron que en seguida prepararían la cama para nuestra hija. Tras llamar por teléfono y acudir a recepción nadie nos hizo caso. A las 22:42 tras un tercer aviso en recepción no han preparado la cama. ¿Esto es Novotel?

My experience with Novotel was amazing. Everything was top quality, from the great staff, always willing to help out and provide useful information about the best places to visit in Bucharest, to the room facilities and comfort. I will totally recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Bucharest, as it made my stay here an unforgettable one!

The most important things I liked were good bedding, decent breakfast and good quality sport simulators. But the swimming pool is really tiny, with crowds of guests, especially children, willing to swim. One won't be able to enjoy visiting it unfortunately. Also we came earlier, than expected, and they charged us in full for early check in on the pretext of coming too early in the morning

Great location for a Hotel! Can walk throughout the city and explore without the need to drive. A taxi machine is in the lobby if you want to travel further. Staff were friendly and the beds are extremely comfortable after a long day of travel.

No me he alojado en el hotel pero sí entré a tomar una copa al restaurante en un horario cuando no sirven comidas, hay que tener en cuenta eso. El camarero que nos atendió fue muy amable y cuidadoso. Un Gin-Tonic fue lo que pedí, valió 33 lei, no está mal para lo que es el promedio de Europa Occidental

Habitación decende y cómoda con sofá-cama y cama de 2 m de larga. Servicio de recepción amable en el momento del check in, incluso nos preguntaron qué planta del hotel queríamos. Eso sí con el tema de mascarillas no llamaron la atención a ninguno de los huéspedes que se encontraban en el hall sin mascarilla (y no eran pocos). Tampoco las llevaba el servicio de limpieza...
