The hotel is very easy to find and the parking is free and there were many spaces every day. The general appearance of the hotel and the lobby looked nice and clean, and also very professional.
The hotel room wasn't quite up to scratch, the door was catching on the floor and had been for a long time so the floor was damaged. The wallpaper was peeling slightly in the room and looked a bit tacky. The bathroom wasn't the best either, the shower head leaked and also the shower door let a lot of water through onto the floor. We ordered a double room and there were two single beds together with two single quilts, a little bit frustrating. Also the breakfast was pretty basic and I got a spoon with quite a bit of dried on food that hadn't been cleaned.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time, but my husband regularly - once ore twice per month. During our stay, we had a bad experience - car damaged on hotel parking pretty much. Hotel staff didn't want to help at all -no willingness to check camera recording, nor to call the police. We were directed to police station, where policeman speak only local language. One staff member promised to help my husband reporting damage to the police, but didn't call back...
To summarize, he will try to avoid it in the future. It does not seem so secure anymore.

This hotel is decent, it's quiet at night and only a few minutes walk from Old town. The beds are very firm, and the breakfast leaves a little to be desired. They have a 24 hour kiosk with self checkout in the lobby, Incase you need a drink or snack and don't feel like walking to one of the many mini markets in the area. This hotel is a good option for the price.

The room was clean, the toilet is small but clean, and the bed is a combination of 2 single beds. The location was okay, not very centralised but 10-15 minute walks can get you to the malls & old town area.

Quarto e banheiro extremamente limpos. A cama é muito confortável e há muito espaço para se sentar no trabalho na mesa. O café da manhã tem boa variedade, incluindo opções sem glúten e veganas. Bed is very comfortable and there is plenty of space to sit at work at the desk.
Breakfast has good variety including gluten free and vegan options.
Reception is open 24/7 and staff very helpful.
I had a late flight and was offered to stay throughout the day, with no extra charge!
Super service.
The location is within walking distance of the old city, and if you're into street art the building next door has a massive mural and the side.

Durante minhas inúmeras estadias em Bucareste, estou sempre procurando uma alternativa ao meu hotel favorito. Este chegou bem perto. Localizado a uma curta distância do centro, tranquilo, limpo e uma equipe muito simpática. No entanto, o café da manhã não me convenceu. Variado, sem dúvida, mas por exemplo as fatias de abobrinha grelhadas estavam frias. E os ovos mexidos também não marcaram. Ainda há espaço para melhorias aí. No entanto, não descarto outra noite.

It was a very good choice when I needed internet and a quite place to work for one day. The room was nice and very clean, the personal from the reception very friendly. Definitely will have it as an option for longer stay when I'll be in Bucharest.

Profesionalidad como anfitriones. La localización muy buena. La limpieza del hotel es de acuerdo a los estándares, pero mejorado. Pero lo que le da valor al este hotel es el equipo humano del mismo. Totalmente volcados para que la estancia sea lo más cómoda posible y que en el caso de necesitar cualquier cosa, te sientas como en tu ciudad de origen cuando se les solicita información de diferentes aspectos o recomendaciones.

A wonderful Hotel. I stayed at NH Bucharest only for two nights, May 5-7, and I will return to this hotel when I will arrive in Bucharest. I received the room on the 8th floor, where I had a view of the city. The room is spacious, and very clean. The location is very good, right in the city center. It is 10 minutes walk from the Old Center, 5 minutes from the Mall, and 5 minutes to the boulevard leading to the Parliament building, from this boulevard you can see this building very nicely. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you need something, you can confidence go to the hotel reception, they will help you with the greatest pleasure. Regarding the breakfast, I had to choose between 3 predefined menus. English breakfast, Continental or Vegetarian breakfast for people who do not eat meat. I recommend this hotel

La cama supletoria es muy mala. Es imposible dormir en ella (adjunto foto) El aire acondicionado no enfría con lo que en verano en la octava planta hace mucho calor en las habitaciones. Por último aunque no menos importante, el trato del personal es muy frio y distante, en ningún momento te ayudan. Una pena, nada que ver con el trato recibido en el resto del país incluso en alojamientos de inferior categoría.

El hotel está muy bien situado, a 10-15 minutos del centro histórico a pie. Tiene todas las comodidades esperadas, habitación muy completa y cómoda. Y un desayuno magnífico! Recomendadisimo!

Como puntos buenos, que hablan español, que el desayuno es muy completo y que queda a 10 minutos a pie del centro. Sin embargo, la habitación no es muy grande, y el servicio de limpieza no fue muy bueno: el albornoz nos lo encontramos sucio, lo dejamos apartado para que nos lo cambiaran y nos lo volvieron a colgar en el mismo sitio, además tampoco volvían a poner cada día nuevos botes de gel una vez los íbamos gastando. Se puede aparcar justo en la entrada del hotel si bien, aunque no pasó nada con el coche, las calles que hay detrás del hotel no muestran mucha seguridad.
