Desorganização total. Desde a recepção que não encontrava minha reserva feita e pagaa uma semana, quarto sujo com chão completamente molhado(poças de água) e pra completar na manhã que fui embora o café da manhã não estava servido no horário marcado. Não tinha nada no salão onde era servido o café, tive que esperar por 45 minutos para poder tomar café.

Mal NH, restaurante cerrado aun cuando la mayoría está abierto. Sólo se puede comer en la pieza, eso te lo dicen llegando. Cocina lenta, se equivocaron 2 veces entregando los cubiertos. Debe mejorar mucho y abrir con los protocolos consecuentes.

Pésimo servicio, mala atención, trato descortés, no te reservan el desayuno, nos dejan sin cena a pesar de estar reservada, cada semana una sorpresa diferente. Despreocupación total de los clientes, nadie supervisa, problemas entre los empleados. Buenas habitaciones, bonita vista a la playa, ordenado y limpio.

Very good hotel! The breakfast buffet was just AMAZING! Extraordinary, so many choices and a lot of vegetarian and vegan options! All was very delicious! They have a large selection of everything you could dream of including different juices, lots of diffeent bread, spices, vegetables, fruut, baked goods and more. There is something for everybody! Would go back to the breakfast always.It has a pretty narrow parking garage so if you have a bigger car...

Excellent hotel, especially the room service and the breakfast buffet.Make sure you request an ocean view room for a great way to wake up every morning.The maid was the most thorough of any I’ve ever had, taking the time to fold all of my worn clothing items and tidying my shower kit.Breakfast buffet has 7 juice/water selections, including vegetable and fruit infused waters.

Good enough but could be a lot better with little effort. Reception welcome was good and the lobby is impressive enough. Rooms are a bit tired, especially the bathrooms. Beds were comfortable. Restaurant in evening was a bit hit and miss. Breakfast good. Used the small gym. Good facility to have. Pool would have been lovely had it been heated. Overall OK.
