Pretty disappointed in our stay here. While it was a budget hotel for me and my friend, we felt like we got less than what we paid for. We were initially excited as the reviews praised the hotel for its cheap price and high quality. We stayed her for about a week. When we first arrived, we were extremely tired from a very long flight and bus ride. Thankfully, the hotel is close to many bus stops and the underground. We got a two bed room and found our way there immediately.
In terms of the room, we immediately noticed that the beds were quite dusty on the top of the bed. We weren't sure why, but quickly aired everything out. We also noticed that our bathroom didn't have a fan, so it got steamy in our room fast after a shower. The bath tub is also very very tall, even for someone like me who is 5 10. I'm also not sure if this is a UK thing, but the toilet paper was set like tissues, one/two sheets at a time. While this is super conservative, it was pretty inconvenient. the wifi was horrible. Since we were international, our phones heavily relied on wifi and it was almost impossible trying to figure out how to get anywhere due to loading times.
We did not have a Do Not Disturb sign, we went to talk to house keeping and unfortunately he didn't know English. We tried our best to communicate as we didn't want him to do extra work, it seemed to no avail. Eventually another worker came by and was able to translate. In addition, when we went to the hotel lobby to request additional towels, 3 specifically, the worker rudely responded to us that since there's only two of us, we would only be receiving two towels.
Overall, this hotel is convenient in its location, but has many details to fix. The beds were dusty upon arrival, the bathroom was severely lacking, service was sub-par, and signal was horrible. I would not recommend this place to stay.

Turned up at 14:10 had to buzz to be let in upon arrival. Checked in which was OK but receptionist wasn't very welcoming. We checked in to a disabled room which I was quite surprised and I hope we weren't given it in preference to someone who needed it! The only thing that didn't make sense is the room was also one of the furthest located from the Elevator/stairway, which was a surprise in case of an emergency? Very spacious and clean otherwise. Comfy beds and quiet. Also couldn't get any of the heating controls to work as it was quite cold to begin with. On check out same receptionist but there was a chap on duty with her who asked about our stay and had a very nice warm attitude. Good rooms and would stay again.

We prefer Holiday Inn and Premier Inn over Travelodge in this hotel sector.
This one was handy for where we wanted to visit.
It's only a short walk round the corner to the main road with it's bus routes and a little further to the tube!

The staff here are fabulous, all very friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely surprise of a 'towel swan' and some chocolate treats on our bed with a postcard welcoming us to the hotel - a genuinely lovely touch. The rooms are smart and clean and a really good size for London hotels. The buffet breakfast was superb, good quality ingredients and freshly cooked. I can't recommend this hotel strongly enough.

Highly recommended. Stayed here for a city break with the other half for almost a week. Great site with everything you’d expect from Premier Inn, especially the all important breakfast, which was consistently fantastic, as always. Although located next to a pub and opposite what looks like a club, there was absolutely no noise transmission in the bedroom which was facing the main road. Great night sleep every night, rooms and bathrooms all in great condition. The site is fantastically located at the bottom of the Victoria tube line which was a main factor in choosing this site; this means you can get access to all parts of London with ease.
