I made a reservation in that amazing hotel.
The receptionist gave us the room a bit earlier and i am thankful for that.
The hotel is located around so many restaurants, coffee, supermarket, lots of bus station.
The hotel service was wonderful 😊, very welcoming.
The breakfast has a variety of food.
The room was amazing. So beautiful.

It's a great hotel in a great place in the city. Wonderful rooms and service. The only downside is that breakfast doesn't include any gluten-free options except foods that anyway don't contain gluten

Everything was great!! Our room was beautiful,clean and quiet, with a lovely view. It had everything needed. The stuff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good with great coffee and many options. The location was great. Thanks for everything! We wish to come again soon!!

The doorman (Romeo) was fantastic! He was friendly and smiley and made me feel welcome! I spent a week at this hotel and I knew I could count on Romeo if I needed help or had any questions regarding nearby stores and cafes. He also helped me carry my large wedding dress in the middle of a storm to the taxi, and didnt mind getting wet..which I didn't expect. He always greeted me with a smile and went above and beyond!! Other doormen and staff should learn from him! What a great asset Romeo is!
The room was beautifully decorated, the beds were small ...but that's the European standard. The location was good with nearby restaurants and stores within walking distance.

This was my second stay here in two weeks for my work.
Good bits: The place is clean, elegant. The service is expedient. The doormen are very friendly. The showers are good water pressure. The beds are a good firmness and soft balance. The room is good value. Room service is prompt. All in all a great four-star hotel.
Areas to improve: The breakfast is made of low quality ingredients and the same every single day. The breakfast coffee is really very low quality, I had to go out for a decent cup. Some of the reception staff seem quite grumpy and it shows.
Tips: do not get a room facing the street on floor 1 or 2, the sound of motorcycles will stop you sleeping.
