Comida uniforme. Frango de várias maneiras (nuggets, quartos e em um prato), espaguete e molho de tomate, arroz e algo cozido. Folhas inteiras de alface que as pessoas mexiam com os dedos e o mesmo de tomate, pepino, cebola todos os dias. As bebidas com tudo incluído ofereciam cerveja local, vodka, gin, vinho tinto e branco, bem como Cola, Fanta, bebidas espirituosas e água. É tudo incluído ultra leve. A equipe foi boa, mas não muitos que entendiam inglês. Pequena área de piscina onde o sol veio em pequenas mordidas nas diferentes cadeiras. Nós estávamos lá, mas não voltaremos

We were on vacation in late july , hotel is clean, food is something they should work on. too many times we ate outside. Deserts are awful! Only one water machine for whole hotel (buy drinks in store). Special thanks to cleanining ladies (give them tip) and guys who work there, they are super fast to get plates from table and clean everything. Denis is the best worker in hotel! ps: fix bathroom fan in 603 Estávamos de férias no final de julho, o hotel é limpo, a comida é algo em que eles deveriam trabalhar. muitas vezes comemos fora. Os desertos são horríveis! Apenas uma máquina de água para todo o hotel (comprar bebidas na loja). Agradecimentos especiais às faxineiras (dê uma gorjeta) e aos caras que trabalham lá, eles são super rápidos para pegar os pratos da mesa e limpar tudo. O Hotel Micador foi o nosso refúgio durante as férias e os funcionários e o Hotel só têm elogios a dar. Eles foram acolhedores em tudo e ajudaram / aconselharam quando puderam. Nossa única decepção foi que a escolha de álcool era muito limitada como parte do sistema tudo incluído. Mas quem não exige algo semelhante, ou se contenta com pouco, tão ideal.

Alimentación uniforme. Pollo en varias formas (nuggets, cuartos y en plato), espagueti con salsa de tomate, arroz y algo cocido. Hojas enteras de lechuga que la gente metía con los dedos y lo mismo de tomate, pepino, cebolla todos los días. Las bebidas todo incluido ofrecieron cerveza local, vodka, ginebra, vino tinto y blanco, así como cola, fanta, licores y agua. Es todo incluido ultraligero. El personal era agradable, pero no muchos que entendían inglés. Pequeña zona de piscina donde el sol entraba a pequeños bocados en las diferentes tumbonas. Estuvimos allí pero no volveremos.

Solo una máquina de agua para todo el hotel (comprar bebidas en la tienda). Un agradecimiento especial a las señoras de la limpieza (deles propina) y a los muchachos que trabajan allí, son súper rápidos para sacar los platos de la mesa y limpiar todo. ¡Denis es el mejor trabajador del hotel! pd: arreglar ventilador de baño en 603

El Hotel Micador fue nuestro refugio durante las vacaciones y el personal y el Hotel no tienen más que elogios para dar. Fueron complacientes en todo y ayudaron/aconsejaron cuando pudieron. Nuestra única decepción fue que la elección del alcohol era muy limitada como parte del todo incluido. Pero quien no requiere algo similar, o se contenta con poco, tan ideal.

-comida muito monótona (até cafés da manhã trágicos ..) -sem wifi no hotel - sem acesso à piscina a partir de 17 -sem troca de toalhas -para bom dia, lençóis sujos -algumas espreguiçadeiras à beira da piscina+ serviço muito agradável e amigável + perto da praia (espreguiçadeiras a pagar - pode usar toalha, mas pode apanhar sol com areia)

-comida muy monótona (incluso desayunos trágicos..) -sin wifi en el hotel - sin acceso a la piscina a partir de las 17 -sin cambio de toallas -a buenos días, sábanas sucias - pocas tumbonas junto a la piscina+ servicio muy agradable y amable + cerca de la playa (tumbonas de pago - puedes usar una toalla, pero puedes tomar el sol con arena)

Very nice hotel with very pleasant personnel! Always happy barmen and smiling receptionist 😊. The food was perfect for me and my wife! I loved grilled and braised vegetables with meat and fish. The room was small but enough for two people. A great city view from the balcony, especially at night! The location is also great, about 10 min to the Cleopatra beach. Had a very nice stay there! Keep it up!

I would't recommend this hotel to anuyone. We didn't have warm water in the room, it took us 4 days to get a new room. Air condition is very old, and turns off as soon as the balcony door opens. Hotel is very hot also. Food is very bad quality. What they serve in the morning for the breakfast, later you can find it in the salats for the dinner. 🙄 And food choices are very poor. Better eat something on the street, prices are really good.

Terrible place. Food is extremely bad (same dishes every day), if you have option you should eat in the city. Drinks in all inclusive offer are very limited and even they go missing at times .There are also issues with hot water in the showers, they changed our room after a couple of days after a lot of going back and forth, they even told us we are lying and in the next room we only had hot water sometimes. Elevators are slow and in general hotel doesn't have air condition so it is very hot in the hotel, it feels like sauna. In the rooms air conditions are very old and they need at least 40 mins to cool down your room.

The hotel is clean and in a good location. However it is very small, very little space to sit outside, the pool is exceptionally small. Rooms are small but adequate we have been here a week and complained everyday about the lack of hot water. Being told on more than one occasion that we would have to wait a minimum of 45 minutes for hot water even though we had already waited over an hour. They seem to be more interested in cost cutting to save electricity than providing a basic service to guests. The air conditioning is not good at all it takes 1-2 hours to feel the benefit of it. You are only allowed one key/card for your room which means you can't leave the air conditioning on whilst you're out.Food is horrific. I have stayed in many all inclusive hotel and whilst I know that the food served won't be of a high standard the food here is to it mildly inedible. If you are vegetarian there is no choice of any protein however plenty of the same sort of salad none of the food is labeled so you have to be careful what salad to eat as a lot has some kind of processed meat in it. This is definitely not a 4* hotel I would say at best 2*. If you do choose to stay here. I would advise anyone not to book all inclusive. I will definitely come back to Alanya the people who work in the bars and shops are lovely their customer service is second to none. I have known service like it. However I will definitely never stay on the Kleopatra Micador Hotel again.

Stayed here for a week with my girlfriend and parents. The place is nice and clean and the hotel staff is very kind. The food was OK. The pool and the pool area was very small but it was just fine. There were too much chlorine in the water though, so I had some irritation in my eyes after swimming. The location of the hotel is very good, a couple of blocks behind the main street along the beach. Bars and restaurants are nearby.
