Hotel de la clase extra. Todo en su máxima expresión. Gran playa de arena. Personal muy atento. Zona muy limpia y cuidada. Sin embargo, los precios de los masajes y tratamientos son extremadamente altos. Tres masajes por 500 euros. No es exactamente una ganga. Pero todo lo demás es fantástico. Con todo incluido realmente la primera opción y sin reservas para ser recomendado. No puede ser mejor. Imponente arquitectura.

Hotel der Extraklasse. Alles vom Feinsten. Toller Sandstrand. Sehr aufmerksames Personal. Sehr saubere und gepflegte Anlage. Allerdings sind die Preise für Massagen und Anwendungen extrem hoch. Drei Massagen für 500 Euro. Nicht gerade ein Schnäppchen.Aber alles Andere ist phantastisch. Bei Allinklusive wirklich erste Wahl und vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen. Besser geht nicht. Imposante Architektur.

It was the worst customer experience we had at any Kempinski and being a black member.
The nightmare started already with the booking via telephone. This hotel is, as of now, the only Kempinski which outsourced their telephone booking department to a 3rd party. The lady (Irina) on the line barely spoke any English and didn't had any idea about the hotel and membership status - it seems she was not properly trained, but so was her manager. She did sent an incomplete offer, after speaking to the manager he just sent the same offer again - didn't mention the "super luxury all inclusive". Anyhow I decided to wire the money, three days later I received an email from the same lady saying that she used accidentally the wrong recipient of the bank account, I should please resend the money to the correct one.
I spent approx. 4 hours on the phone speaking to this call center, who kept saying they didn't receive the money and can't confirm the booking, and also to some people at the Kempinski - level of English is a disaster also in the hotel. After 2 weeks of no progress we brought in a Turkish speaking friend, they finally found the money and confirmed the booking.
At our arrival we were welcomed from Ekaterina who spoke German, English and Russian and also by the Head of the Sales Department (Aysen).
After such a disaster we expected actually some kind of "we are sorry for what happened present", nothing happened. Only when we told Ekaterina about the booking nightmare the hotel came up with a nice present - still you expect this automatically without telling them what to do.
The level of English was a big challenge through our stay. The hotel is more focused on one other country which is well known for adventures behavior at the buffet and table manners which is very disturbing for Europeans.
The beach staff was actually even reserving sun beds for people even though it clearly states on a huge sign at the beach that it is not necessary and shouldn't be done. The guy even wanted to sent us away from the sun beds which he reserved for somebody else - absolute no go.
I can't emphasize enough how bad the level of English was, the simplest orders were not understood - not Kempinski like!
At our check-out I told the Head of the Sales department (Aysen) that we need a taxi which accepts credit cards, but her level of English was also very bad so she just ordered a taxi and afterwards, most likely the only person at the front desk who is able to speak more than 2 fluent sentence in English, explained us that they usually only accept cash - this should be known by a manager.
At the front desk only one lady, unfortunately I forgot her name, was able to speak English. From the 3 Ladies in Red on Ekaterina spoke English, the other two only hello and good bye - a disaster!
The only good thing about the hotel is that the food is good with a lot of variety. The a la card restaurants have also delicious food which is worth to pay some extra money. The cleaning ladies are doing an excellent job with the cleaning of the rooms. These two factors are the only reason why it is 2 and not 1 star.

We spent a week at the Kempinski Dome Hotel. The whole staff and all service is FANTASTIC! I would like to say a special greeting to ADNAN Chef who helped me a lot with my vegan diet and BULUT greeted us like family members in the lounge bar every day. I can only recommend the hotel to everyone. This hospitality is amaizing.

All in all decent hotel but the food is awful. Most Europeans will enjoy the unlimited quality alcohol but if you’re a non drinker, the food leaves much to be desired. The cleaning of the room was absolutely bare minimum, leaving dirty glasses and clothes on the floor. Only did the beds and emptied the bins, nothing else. AC doesn’t work properly, we could never get our room fully chilled. Unusual for a 5* hotel. After my terrible experience at ciragan Kempinski, I doubt I’d ever stay at a Kempinski property again. Not premium 5* at all.

Chegamos a este hotel pela 3ª vez, após uma pausa de alguns anos! Pensámos que nada nos poderia surpreender em termos de gentileza e serviço, mas este hotel mostrou-nos que há sempre espaço para mais e melhor. Tudo foi maravilhoso e perfeito, Limpeza nos quartos, no hotel e fora dela, perfeito! Os serviços e gentilezas são mais do que perfeitos. Cada funcionário tinha um sorriso no rosto, pronto para atendê-lo. Essas pessoas são incríveis, nos fizeram sentir maravilhosos e agradecemos do fundo do coração por tudo. A comida no hotel e na praia era incrível. Por 7 dias almoçamos apenas na praia e não estávamos cansados disso. Honestamente, a cozinha deste hotel é uma das melhores cozinhas de todos os hotéis em que já estive. E já estive 14 vezes na Turquia. Não temos palavras suficientes para agradecê-los pelo feriado maravilhoso que nos foi oferecido! Com certeza estaremos de volta, já estamos fazendo planos. No momento estou hospedado no hotel e está tudo muito bom, o pessoal está muito preocupado e a qualidade da comida e bebida é alta. De boa qualidade e suficiente. Agradeço também à gerência do hotel, há alguns pontos bem pensados, são pequenos retoques que surgiram com a experiência. Já me hospedei em muitas instalações 5 estrelas antes, segundo eles, este lugar é dois cliques melhor, e isso mostra a diferença e compreensão do negócio na minha opinião. Todos os colaboradores estão satisfeitos e sorridentes, espero que recebam a sua recompensa. A localização do hotel é ótima, você pode facilmente chegar a qualquer lugar. Todas as medidas pandêmicas estão funcionando, não vi um único funcionário sem máscara. Não há folga quanto a isso. A partir de agora gostaria de ir aos hotéis deste negócio, que acrescentam valor à marca Kempinski. Ficamos por 1 semana como um casal em lua de mel. Não queríamos que nosso feriado acabasse, muito obrigado por tudo. - A arquitetura do hotel é excelente; Os quartos são muito grandes e têm varandas. O mini-bar era reabastecido todos os dias e o nosso quarto era limpo todos os dias. - A comida é excelente; O almoço deve ser realizado no Palm Lounge e a noite à la carte "Fish" deve ser comparecida. O sabor dos pratos, saladas e sobremesas era muito bom, ganhamos peso :) A variedade do buffet de 3 pratos foi suficiente, o serviço foi excelente. - O mar é limpo, a praia se mistura com pedra e areia, as espreguiçadeiras na praia são do tamanho de uma cama de solteiro e tenho certeza que as melhores espreguiçadeiras da Turquia são do Kempinski. A piscina é extremamente agradável e limpa, ideal para tirar fotos. Definitivamente, você deve parar no bar da piscina, é muito agradável beber coquetéis nos banquinhos :) - O hotel é extremamente calmo e tranquilo, estamos muito satisfeitos, pretendemos voltar todos os anos no nosso aniversário de casamento. - Há uma pista de caminhada muito bonita no campo de golfe do hotel, uma boa caminhada pode ser feita se você tiver tempo. Nós reservamos Sirene Belek para nossas férias de 1 semana. Como o hotel será inaugurado em julho, eles nos encaminharam para o Kempinski. Então, infelizmente, não tínhamos outra escolha. Em primeiro lugar, gostaria de salientar que o nosso quarto era muito limpo. Lavabo, banheiro, lençóis eram muito higiênicos. Não havia um único membro da equipe sem máscara. O pessoal é extremamente educado e trabalhador. Eles não pararam por um minuto como uma abelha. O hotel é muito vantajoso em termos de capacidade pessoal. Passamos férias com poucas pessoas sem nos preocupar com cobiça. O sol do mar já estava ótimo. Mas não havia animação, música ao vivo, shows, entretenimento e minha esposa e eu ficamos muito entediados. Tivemos que sentar no café Dome enquanto o som da música e do entretenimento soava alto nos hotéis próximos ao hotel. Outros convidados também ficarão entediados, então todos assistiram a filmes com seus laptops e telefones😢 Embora a comida fosse deliciosa, a escolha era limitada. Poderia ter sido um buffet mais rico. Talvez não fosse grande coisa, mas o xampu e o gel de banho tinham um cheiro desagradável. No total, sentimos que não valeu a pena o dinheiro que pagamos 😓 (Um dos nossos critérios de férias é entretenimento, por isso não estamos muito satisfeitos. Se alguém pensa que é um feriado extremamente tranquilo, pode preferir, mas nós não planeje ir novamente.)

Nos alojamos durante una semana como una pareja de luna de miel. No queríamos que terminaran nuestras vacaciones, muchas gracias por todo. - La arquitectura del hotel es excelente; Las habitaciones son muy grandes y tienen balcones. El minibar se reponía todos los días y limpiaban nuestra habitación todos los días. - La comida es excelente; El almuerzo se debe comer en Palm Lounge y se debe asistir a una noche de "pescado" a la carta. Llegamos a este hotel por tercera vez, ¡después de un descanso de unos años! Pensamos que nada podría sorprendernos en términos de amabilidad y servicio, pero este hotel nos demostró que siempre hay lugar para más y mejor. Todo fue maravilloso y perfecto, limpieza en las habitaciones, en el hotel y en el exterior, ¡perfecto! Los servicios y amabilidad son más que perfectos. Cada empleado tenía una sonrisa en su rostro, listo para servirle. Estas personas son increíbles, nos hicieron sentir maravillosos y les agradecemos desde el fondo de nuestro corazón por todo. La comida en el hotel y en la playa fue increíble. Durante 7 días almorzamos solo en la playa y no nos cansamos. Honestamente, la cocina de este hotel es una de las mejores cocinas de todos los hoteles en los que he estado. Reservamos Sirene Belek para nuestras vacaciones de una semana. Dado que el hotel abrirá en julio, nos dirigieron a Kempinski. Así que, lamentablemente, no teníamos otra opción. Pasamos nuestras vacaciones con poca gente sin preocuparnos por el covid. El sol del mar ya estaba genial. Pero no había animación, música en vivo, espectáculos, entretenimiento y mi esposa y yo estábamos muy aburridos. Tuvimos que sentarnos en la cafetería Dome mientras el sonido de la música y el entretenimiento sonaba a todo volumen en los hoteles contiguos al hotel. Otros invitados también se aburrirán de que todos hayan visto una película con su computadora portátil y su teléfono. Aunque la comida era deliciosa, la elección era limitada. Podría haber sido un buffet más rico. Quizás no sea gran cosa, pero el champú y los geles de ducha tenían un olor desagradable. En total, sentimos que no valía la pena el dinero que pagamos 😓 (Uno de nuestros criterios de vacaciones es el entretenimiento, por lo que no estamos muy satisfechos. We arrived at this hotel for the 3rd time, after a break of a few years! We thought that nothing could surprise us in terms of kindness and service, but this hotel showed us, that there is always room for more and better. Everything was wonderful and perfect, Cleanliness in the rooms, in the hotel and outside, perfect! The services and kindness are more than perfect. Every employee had a smile on his face, ready to serve you. These people are incredible, they made us feel wonderful and we thank them from the bottom of our hearts for everything. The food in the hotel and on the beach was incredible. For 7 days we ate lunch only at the beach and we were not tired of it. Honestly, the kitchen in this hotel is one of the best kitchens of all the hotels I have been to. And I've been to Turkey 14 times.We don't have enough words to thank them enough for the wonderful holiday offered to us all!We will definitely be back, we are already making plans.
We miss you and we already miss Kempinski.

On the other hand, the location of the hotel and its cleanliness are two additional positive factors that incline the preference for this Hotel.

The service was excellent. The staff was kind, helpful and professional, especially Selvi ‐ a girl from the Palm Lounge. The food was delicious, we enjoyed fresh salads at the snack restaurant. The room we stayed in was comfortable and kept perfectly cleaned.
