Local limpoporém muito simples. Ideal par ficar poucos dias ou apenas pernoitar. O bairro fica em periferia. Mais nãoéinseguro.

Habitación cómoda,con bonita vista, el baño espacioso y privado. La atención excelente, el lugar impecable y una de las principales razones para realizar la reserva ahí, fue que cuenta con estacionamiento privado, gratuito y con buena seguridad. Realmente volveré a hospedarme en mi próxima visita ahí, me encantó.

La verdad es que fue una muy mala experiencia haberme quedado en este hotel, al llegar me hicieron esperar mas de una hora para hacer el ingreso, primero la recepcionista estaba en colación, fui a dar una vuelta, volví después de una hora y me hicieron esperar media hora mas porque estaban haciendo "cambio de turno" en la recepción, la ducha se filtraba el agua y se hizo un charco de agua en todo el baño, sentí malos olores, la tarjeta para ingresar a la habitación y usar el ascensor se echó a perder, el desayuno, un fraude, además me enteré que este hotel esta siendo un hotel de residencia temporal para quienes viajan desde el extranjero (por causas de la pandemia) lo que me pareció GRAVÍSIMO, ya que en ningún momento fui advertido sobre esta situación, la verdad en general una pésima experiencia, tanto así que me daré el tiempo de copiar y pegar este comentario en las calificaciones de google para que la gente pueda hacerse una real apreciación de como se siente alojar en este hotel. ¿Lo bueno? la ubicación, que permite llegar rápida y fácilmente desde el aeropuerto a la capital.

Um hotel muito bom estruturalmente. Localização ótima para quem vai se utilizar dos terminais de ônibus de Santiago... Porém, paguei uma cara diária de USD $ 55,00 para uma única noite e tamanha foi minha surpresa ao descobrir pela manhã que ela não dava direito a café da manhã.

Great location, next to airport shuttle station and bus terminal. Don't like whatever they use as air fresher in the public area. It's too overwhelming we have to rush to and from room. Luckily it's not in the room.

It's an Ibis...enough said! Next door to main bus station and gigantic super mega grocery store from the opposite direction. Also, walking distance to main train station, 5 minutes. On that same direction, you'll pass a multi story mall, also has a grocery store (the other bigger grocery store seems cheaper.) With all that said, the area is not nice but main tourist attractions are reachable via metro, located also next door, below the bus station.

It's an Ibis, so that is enough indication as to what you can expect. The staff was very friendly and, while I was not able to check-in early, I was able to use the Wi-Fi and the facilities to change my clothes in the meantime. There is a nice restaurant in the hotel and it is conveniently located next to a bus station and near a few shopping malls. It is not a nice sector for tourists trying to know Santiago by foot, but you can easily find public transportation or taxis to take you to more touristic neighborhoods. You can get a nice enough view of the mountains on clear days.
