The room was not cleaned properly. One could still see dust on the floor especially in the room corners. The furniture is also old and tired. The carpets and bed covers need replacing. The room had an unpleasant smell.
Definitely not a 3-star hotel despite its advertising. It looks much worse than other Ibis 3-star hotels throughout Europe.
The only redeeming quality is its very good location.
Otherwise, it’s an old hotel that desperately needs some serious renovating.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
I have not tried the food.

Later edit: the hotel has become a no no. Try to avoid it if possible at any cost. The staff has sadly not improved at all. The cleanliness of the room is even worse than before, the hotel looks and feels very old and outdated. I think they keep the investments at a minimum. The bathroom light can be turned on only if one turns on the light in the room first. And not to mention the fact that it was outrageously hot in the room despite me turning off every heater available. Some people don’t need to feel like in Thailand during winter!
And the most disgusting thing: at the reception I was told the room costs 210lei but on the receipt it was 207lei. The receptionist could try at least to tread the correct price. This is not the first time it has happened.
Previous edit:Average. If you book in advance the prices are ok. The cleanliness of the rooms should be improved. Especially in the bathroom and the shower! Staff is meh: the receptionist (he) is OK but she is really impolite and gave me the impression that she was I a bad mood or something. In the morning it can get very loud. The only strong point of the hotel is its location.

Not something special. It is an expected 3-star hotel. An old hotel which needs lots of maintenance to find it's glory. The magnetic cards should programming every day because they lost data. Rooms are clean but more expensive than you expected to see. I was expected more of these breakfast. The WiFi connection was good and I haven't faced any problem. I chose this hotel because my appointment was very close to it.

This is an affordable, basic, no frills hotel. It looked tidy and clean enough, staff were friendly. The toilet seat in my bath room was a bit loose, but besides that (detail), I had no complaints. The bed was comfortable and because of the warm weather I was glad the room had air conditioning.
The hotel is conveniently located, at about 5 minutes walking distance from the North train station, the airport shuttle bus stop (line 780) and a subway station (with an entrance right in front of the building).
There is a bar with an outside terrace, which I liked. The breakfast buffet was okay. Although I wouldn't call it 'rich', it offered sufficient choice for me.

The hotel/room are clean. Good layout of the room with essential furniture, the decoration is classic but doesn't seems old.
Employees was helpful and needed. They all speak english.
I liked the table in the room on top of the big desk.
Very close from metro station and train station and local fruit/vegetable market.
Bad point, wifi signal was low in the room and was disconnecting often.
Overall: "Good stay"
