I highly recommend this resort in Montego Bay. To be clear - I stayed in the Grand Rose Hall - the adult only one. After a week here - I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff are all incredibly helpful. Communication was great and they managed to be attentive without being obtrusive. We dined at several of the restaurants ( I recommend the Italian , hibachi and surf and turf). The buffets were all really solid. The food was consistently good every single time.
Being all inclusive all of the alcohol was free with our package - but please note - the top shelf stuff mostly resides in the bar in the main lobby.
If shows and entertainment are your thing - the entertainment staff did a great job. The pool side activities were entertaining as well.
If you’re looking for an adult getaway resort - this is definitely worth checking out. It’s also reasonably sized such that there were no long lines / hunts for things or seating.

This hotel was amazing, the rooms were great, all facilities were clean(bathrooms especially), and had a great 5 days at the Selection Suites Hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in all ways and made our time pleasurable. The choices at the buffet could be a bit better seeing how it was the same things every day however the food was pretty good though it can be improved upon. Would come here again if I came back to Jamaica.

I stayed here for 7 days with my boyfriend. The entertainment was very nice and upbeat. The food is very good and the hospitality in the hotel itself (front desk, room cleaning staff, pool/beach staff) was outstanding. While the dining the experience was up and down. Most of the servers were vey kind but most of the people working the breakfast and lunch buffet were rude at times. While I understand there are protocols to follow during unprecedented times like these, being a kind individual is essential when people are paying a good chunk of change to be here. At times there would be no one around to help serve food so if you unconsciously grab tongs to get something yourself, you will be (rudely) scolded and it can be embarrassing. While again I understand the circumstances, it’s more about how you say it, than what you say. Often staff would ask as we walked around the resort if we needed anything back in our room and while I appreciate them asking you should make sure once you ask you actually follow through with it. For example, almost everyday we had asked to be restocked with ginger-ale/coke probably 2 out of those 7 days did they actually follow through with stocking the room/fridge without having to be asked/reminded multiple times. However they always knew what room you were staying in without even asking which was very nice. Overall it was a very clean resort & a nice experience and I would probably revisit.

First time in Jamaica at Iberostar and WOW! Everyone and everything was amazing. Great entertainment, the food was so delicious, the staff were so wonderful and so, so, so helpful. Such a great experience. Very clean hotel, the rooms, lobby, pool, and beach. We checked in Friday and that night was an all white party, we missed it because we were a little jet lagged but I heard it from our room and sounded like so much fun, was dancing and singing in my room. Chocolate was such a funny entertainer, loved her. Saturday was reggae night, so much fun wanted to keep dancing all night, Zugu and Chin were teaching Mr. V and Michael Jamaica moves, such awesome guys. Sunday night was gender show down and that was so fun and such a great time. Sadly, we left Monday and couldn't attend karaoke night, but I bet they had an amazing time! Really didn't want to leave. The star camp (for the little ones) was fun, my son loved it and they also had great activities for them such as, finger painting. Housekeeping and front desk were so great. Anything we needed, the ladies and gentlemen would help with no hesitation. Would definitely be returning soon for a family trip or an all girls trip. Would highly recommend this hotel!

This has truly been the best vacation I’ve had. Every person who works here is genuinely kind and so helpful. I felt so safe and taken care of. The entertainment team had been my favorite part, and the new trainee Pierre is PHENOMENAL! He remembers each of my family members by name, recalls small details, always asks if we are okay or if there’s anything to do, and is so respectful toward all guests. They did some great work hiring! Can’t wait to come back!

Our first time to Iberostar and our first time to Montego Bay was such a wonderful experience! It’s a beautiful place with a great atmosphere. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming! Shout out to Lettuce & Chocolate, they are the most entertaining and sweetest souls you will ever meet!!! Richard was our favorite bartender and Warren picks the best coconuts! Highly recommend for people of all ages, families, and couples; it accommodates to all!

As a second time visitor to Jamaica I was excited to try the Iberostar grand rose hall. Staying on the resort for a week for the purpose of my sisters wedding, our party would be about 60 people. Jerry and Gary behind the bar were absolutely fantastic. Lisa was easily the best entertainer on the resort. Where things go very bad is the entertainer named Smiley. Going on a vacation I do not want to be haggled for money. Smiley would deliberately come up to me and other members of and ask to be taken care of aka asking for money. As I quote Smiley, “ I will not be here tomorrow so if you are gonna take care of me now would be the time to do so.” Absolutely out of line! Another member of our party said they gave Smiley 20$ out of gratitude and he responded with why didn’t you give me 50$. Smiley decided it was also a smart idea to tell one of our guest to leave him the flip flops on someone’s feet because he wanted them before we left. I am taking the time out of my day to write this because I will never ever return to the Grand Rose hall or recommend it to anyone unless I can confirm Smiley is out of a job there. The fact that these events had an overshadowed on talks how how great the wedding was is truly unbelievable. I gave 2 stars just because of all the other hard workers at the resort but it would’ve been 5 without Smiley. Horrible person to work on a resort.

While I had a great time at Rose Hall Suites. My room with another person was not cleaned everyday. It also was not turned down every night. Out of the 7 days we were there only 2 times was it turned down and once cleaned. Other than that the butlers were great and accommodating. The food was eh but it was enough to choose something different. Overall it was a good second time being in Jamaica.

Just returned from our 3rd trip there. It gets better and better each time. The staff is incredible friendly. The amenities are top notch. Excursions are a lot of fun. Food is amazing. Beach is very clean. The bartenders and spa staff are the best. Lots of new friends every time we visit. Newest friend is now safa from concierge!

We just got home from our trip to Rose Hall Suites a couple of days ago. The resort itself is incredible, but even more than that, the staff is what made our stay so perfect! Everyone is so friendly and they really go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need! The entertainment crew is amazing! Susie, Kevin Hart 2.0, and Pineapple really took the time to make our 2 girls feel special. There were even a few tears shed saying goodbye to Susie. She is so special and such a kind soul! Our kids insist we go back to Montego Bay instead of Negril, just for Susie! I hope Iberostar appreciates her as she deserves! I really can't say enough about our visit. I wouldn't change a thing, except to maybe stay longer! Good job, Iberostar!

I am writing on behalf of myself and family. I recently stayed at the Iberostar Beach back in August with my family. This was my second stay at this hotel. I would like to give a very big "thank you" to Mr. Presley and the front desk staff for their accommodation without any hesitation. Our room set up and the view was perfect. I had sent an email a couple months prior, to inquire on adjoining rooms. I thought it wouldn't be possible, however, your customer service was excellent!!
I would like to also acknowledge Ms. K. Stone for her professionalism and hospitality. She was excellent and it shows that she loves what she does and she does it well. Everyone there was wonderful from the entertainment crew, dining crew, housekeeping, maintenance, bartenders, and chefs....the list goes on.
From the greeting smiles as soon as we arrived to the welcome back ribbon on the doors, it made it worth the return to the Iberostar. The small things make a huge difference. I hope that Mr. Presley, Ms.K.Stone, and the rest of the team members are acknowledged for their hard work and dedication as part of the Iberostar team. God bless you all.
