Excelente hotel, funcionários extremamente atenciosos e prestes a lhe ajudar. Quartos impecáveis e com bom espaço interno, para apoio a ferro e tábua de passar roupa, secador de cabelo, chinelos e outros acessórios que ajudam quem está em viagem de negócios.

É um hotel quase perfeito: novo, muito bem localizado, excelente e atenciosa equipe, ótimo café da manhã, ótimo restaurante. Só peca em dois quesitos que podem ser aprimorados: as camas, anunciadas como "queen", não o são dentro do padrão brasileiro, e a piscina no último andar do hotel bem poderia ser aquecida. De resto, nota 10! Recomendo. Parabéns!

Fui a un taller en los salones del subterráneo y ¡recomendado! Buen espacio, técnicos muy preocupados del audio y estructuralidades, equipo humano y muy preocupado de la comodidad de todos los asistentes, y rica comida fresca.

This hotel was amazing. The room was huge and beautifully decorated. The staff was awesome especially Karina at the front desk she was so kind and helpful! I will definitely be recommending this hotel to others.

The room was very nice and big. looked very modern and all. BUT they couldn't even bother to clean the windows of the hotel... I mean come-on... This view is really not nice. The bed had four pillows of different hardness. was a very nice blanket and the pillows were a bit too hard for my taste or very soft. The mattress was too hard for my taste but OK. The food though.... I really am critical for the quality. Fish that was dry as.... i dont know even what to compare with. The imagination of the kitchen was really not there. One of the days was really nice even if "cheap". the other really bad. the breakfast was really not something for a four star hotel either. felt like something you just give to a child for school or something. OH... I never had any kind of service more than food to the door so i cant really give any review on that. But. With all that i have experienced i really wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. Is even that bad that im critical to even stay at a hyatt marked hotel again. Sad but true. Feels like the brand is all about the outside, but the inside really is not that good.

Really liked this hotel. Great location on Apoquindo street. Very friendly and helpful English speaking staff. Breakfast is good. Rooms are good and the rooftop terrace is quite beautiful. Much more quiet than the W. The overall style is modern. The bar is OK.

Our stay began with a warm welcome and a glass of Chilean sparkling wine. Then Neyra checked us in and thoroughly covered what we should know. A welcome note from the GM was in our gorgeous room. The rooms reflect Hyatt's experience and feature high quality linens, reading lights, and nice bathroom amenities. Karina at the desk was extra helpful to us when the airline canceled our flight home. The food and service was great. All in all, the Hyatt Centric can't be beat.

New contemporary, chic hotel from Hyatt in the Las Condes business district.The main spaces are nicely decorated and there's a nice gym with fantastic views on the top floor.There's also a nice, albeit small, rooftop pool with views of the Andes.The rooms are stylish and the beds comfortable.The locations is very convenient with easy access to the El Golf metro station and many restaurants and bars are within walking distance.

Absolutely incredible. One of the best hotels I've ever been. The service and the restaurant are outstanding. Modern and clean hotel with well equipped rooms. I insist, the restaurant is a must try. Located close to a tube station that take you in 15 min to the city centre.
