Nice 3 star hotel. The room was clean and breakfast was sufficient. So, it is good for business trips.

Big rooms, VERY BAD CLEANING. THE TOILET SEAT was dirty under. Fortunately the polite lady at the reception offered to change my room immediately.

Disappointed. We bought some gifts from Bucharest and the next morning, after the room cleaning we couldn't found the bag that has the gifts. We spoke with reception guy and he didn't wanted to help us. He told us that everything that is out of your suitcase is garbage, so its maybe thrown away, we don't know what are you talking about and no one have seen this bag.
Unhelpful and very disappointed. We dont want to name them thiefs but suretenly unhelpful and very ironic attitude!

It is terrible. Children beside are so loud and no one is trying to do anything. Went to reception they compeletely ignored us. Asked for anorher room, no room avIable aparently. Children left on their own. It is disgraceful.

Hi. The price/location ratio is very good. Clean rooms, cleaned daily. However, I have a few complaints, only one large and one small towel, no foot towel. There are 2 glasses in the room without the possibility to make a tea, there was only one trash can in the toilet without one in the room. There are no disposable house slippers and no shower gel, only 2 shampoos and soap, all these are minor problems, but it bothered me that there was no hot water in the shower, only warm. At the end of the day, the cut and leftover cucumbers and tomatoes were reserved, dry and inedible, otherwise the food was tasty. There was no dessert, nothing sweet or fruit. Empty fridge/minibar, if you want something to drink you have go to the hotel's restaurant or supermarket. Bus and metro station at 160 m from the hotel. Hypermarket at 500 m. Still I say, the price/quality ratio is ok.
