O hotel é principalmente .... "muito familiar" .... o proprietário é amoroso e as meninas muito útil. Eles fazem o seu melhor para se divertir !!!!! Muito recomendável

Excelente atención de sus administradoras, hotel muy acogedor. Muy buena ubicación en el centro de la ciudad a una cuadra de supermercados, farmacia, restaurantes, pub y agencias de turismo, a 3 del lago Villarrica. Desayuno abundante, variado y sobre todo muy rico. Habitaciones todas con baño privado, televisión con cable, todo muy limpio y ordenado. En mi próximo viaje a pucon sin duda mi estadía será en Hotel Los Maitenes

Excelente localização Boa atenção Bom café da manhã Os quartos limpos e confortáveis. Como éramos os únicos no hotel, eles desligaram a caldeira e, quando foi ligado, levou muito tempo para aquecer a água. Nós também voltaríamos.

Excelente atenção de seus administradores, hotel muito aconchegante. Muito boa localização no centro da cidade a uma quadra de supermercados, farmácias, restaurantes, bares e agências de turismo, 3 do Lago Villarrica. Café da manhã abundante, variado e acima de tudo muito rico. Quartos todos com banheiro privativo, TV a cabo, tudo muito limpo e arrumado. Na minha próxima viagem a Pucon, sem dúvida, minha estadia será no Hotel Los Maitenes

Excelente ubicación. Buena atención. Buen desayuno. Los dormitorios limpios y cómodos. Como eramos los únicos en el hotel apagaron la caldera y al prenderla tardaba mucho en calentarse el agua. Igualmente volveríamos.

El hotel es sobre todo...." muy familiar"....la dueña es amorosa y las chicas muy serviciales. Hacen todo lo posible para que lo pases bien!!!!! Muy recomendable

Excellent attention from its administrators, very cozy hotel. Very good location in the city center one block from supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, pub and tourism agencies, 3 from Lake Villarrica. Breakfast abundant, varied and above all very rich. Rooms all with private bathroom, cable TV, all very clean and tidy. On my next trip to Pucon, without a doubt, my stay will be at Hotel Los Maitenes

Excellent location. Good attention. Good breakfast. The bedrooms clean and comfortable. As we were the only ones in the hotel they turned off the boiler and when it was turned on it took a long time to warm the water. We would also return.
