Pela primeira vez neste albergue. O pessoal fala russo, ucraniano, inglês. Apesar do preço bastante baixo, o albergue está em excelentes condições. Tudo perfeitamente limpo, salas separadas para um número diferente de pessoas, cabines de duche, casas de banho, uma ampla cozinha com utensílios, electrodomésticos, zona de lazer. Existe um wi-fi.

Por primera vez en este albergue. El personal habla ruso, ucraniano, inglés. A pesar del precio bastante bajo, el albergue se encuentra en excelentes condiciones. Todo está perfectamente limpio, cuartos separados para diferente número de personas, cabinas de ducha, baños, una amplia cocina con menaje, electrodomésticos, área de recreación. Hay wifi.

Não estamos muito satisfeitos com este hostel, ou melhor, com o seu dono. A sensação de que claramente não éramos bem-vindos. Em vez de assentos reservados em um quarto com seis camas, passamos a ocupar um quarto com oito camas, e o preço não diminuiu, mas aumentou.

Ligamos para o número de telefone listado no Google, concordamos em fazer o check-in de 4 pessoas até a 1h da manhã e estava tudo bem! Subimos de carro, eles nos falaram o código da porta por telefone e explicaram como chegar até a entrada! Como resultado, não nos abriam há muito tempo, um estrangeiro de calcinha nos atendeu e começou a perguntar desagradavelmente o que a gente precisava e dizer que o hostel está lotado e não há check-in tardio e quem somos nós ! Explicamos que tínhamos chamado eles e tínhamos reservado tudo e estávamos esperando por nós! Eles começaram a ligar de novo para o mesmo número e ninguém mais atendeu e não havia mais ninguém da equipe, exceto este inadequado e ele sempre gritou para sairmos e ele foi para a cama e tentou nos expulsar! Ele não iria de alguma forma decidir e aumentar os registros de reserva, etc.! Como resultado, agora estamos tentando encontrar algo novo no meio da noite! Eu não recomendo este albergue a ninguém! Llamamos al número de teléfono que figura en Google, acordamos registrar a 4 personas antes de la 1 am y todo estuvo bien. Llegamos en coche, nos dijeron el código de la puerta por teléfono y nos explicaron cómo llegar a la entrada. Como resultado, no nos abrieron durante mucho tiempo, un extranjero en bragas se reunió con nosotros y comenzó a preguntarnos qué necesitamos y a decirnos que el albergue está lleno y no hay check-in en un momento posterior y quiénes somos. ! ¡Les explicamos que los habíamos llamado y habíamos reservado todo y que nos estaban esperando! Comenzaron a llamar de nuevo al mismo número y nadie más tomó el teléfono y no había nadie más del personal excepto este inadecuado y él siempre nos gritaba que nos fuéramos y se fue a la cama y ¡trató de echarnos! ¡No iba a decidir de alguna manera y aumentar los registros de reserva, etc.! The people that run it are very nice . But this hostel doesn't have central air or even a fan . So basically you have to take a cold shower a few times a day to cool down . Find a hostel with central air .

I had a very bad experience. Arrived after 2 am - nobody was there. Tried to call several times, knocked the door for a long time. Another hostel guest let me in. Because there was no sign or anything I had no other option than look for a bed myself, without waking up anybody. However, I reserved over hostelworld.com, so I thought that would not be a problem. Turned out it was a lady’s room the next morning - just after I woke up, I turned to the reception. Long Story Short, the owner talked to me in an unusual, very unfriendly way and kicked me out directly. Actually overcharged the night, did not even take into account that I already paid money over hostelworld.com. Very unpleasant experience. The owner seems to be a very strictly minded person, not able to view the world through someone else‘s eyes for just a second. Maybe it would be a good idea to make sure the people can check in or communicate the check in hours in advance. Or at least don’t lack the basics of Human respect and dignity. Have been to many places in the world but that was kind of special. However. The place seems ok, so if everything is going well and you don’t have any problems with the owner, I think you can spend some days there, to be fair.

Este es el mejor albergue de Kiev. Tiene un ambiente tranquilo y relajante para todo tipo de visitantes. Las camas son muy cómodas y las habitaciones y los baños se limpian bien. Hay una sala de estar que me encanta y también hay una cocina bien equipada disponible. Los administradores hablan inglés muy bien.

Este é o melhor albergue de kiev. Possui um ambiente calmo e relaxante para todos os tipos de visitantes. As camas são muito confortáveis e os quartos n banheiro bem limpos. Existe uma sala de estar que adoro e também está disponível uma cozinha bem equipada. Os administradores falam inglês muito bem.

This is the best hostel in kiev. Its has calm and relaxing atmosphere for all kind of visitors. Beds are very comfy and rooms n toilet cleaned well. There is a living room which i love and also a well equipped kitchen is available. The administrators speak English really well.

The hostel is nice and cozy. It's really cheap, so don't expect luxury amenities here, but everything is working and the staff is cheerful and helpful. The location is good, it's possible to get to the city center by foot. But it's really tricky to find the hostel initially since the building has several entrances, and it's hard to find the proper one, especially in the dark.

I stayed here 5 days and it was the first time I stayed in a hostel. The check-in process was easy and straight forward with payment on check-in - they accept both cash and card. The room I booked was a private double room and was as described. I did notice little insects on walls in the room from time to time and I did get bitten on my back as I had two big red bruises. The kitchen and lounge room were good chill out places. The lounge and kitchen were kept clean. The staff in the hostel were wonderful and spoke fluent English. As for other guests I met a lot of Americans there, a Czech, few Turkish and a fellow Brit. It is a international place with guests from multiple countries. The shower and toilet were kept clean - I mostly used it early morning so can't say how it was in peak times. It's located in the middle of 2 busy streets with a lot of cafes and places to eat including a supermarket. All in all it is a good place to stay for a few days maybe even longer if you already stay at hostels on your travels.

Nice and warm hostel. It's small, has a nice living room, the beds ar good, it's clean, no crowds or traffic nearby, so it's quiet. Great artwork eveywhere. What would improve the hostel is a small outside terrace, next to the entrance. And at the back there is a nice harden, but it seems to be closed for hostel guests.

Staff is nice. The door in the dorm squeaks and there are guests living there for long periods. Was very hard to rest. They also take children groups which makes the vibe less hostel orientated. Hard to find.
