Such a wonderful experience!!! Food was great, amazing views, staff was extremely helpful. Rooms felt spacious!!! Julian the butler took very good care of us all. She went above and beyond. Oh and I went on a bamboo raft, our captain Rhapsody did everything to make me feel very special. I had no idea I could have so much fun floating done a river. He would pull over hop off the raft and go to get fresh coconut and food. I felt very protected and pampered. I would recommend the resort.

Great All Inclusive resort in Jamaica. Service was good, clean rooms and helpful staff. Bar service was great as well (ask for the specials at each bar and you will get a unique drink!). They also have a good selection of tours from the resort so you can see a bit of Jamaica as well during your holiday. Great location by the beaches, which are always kept clean and inviting. The massive pool is clean and well maintained, with a swim-up bar as well! Plenty of food options (vegetarian options available) for the whole family at every service, including plenty of local delicacies and fresh fruit.
A note: This resort is (at least) 1hr away from the closest private hospital. The on-site medical facility is basic, and they may not have some basic medical necessities, so make sure you pack your personal medical needs. Resort medical staff are helpful, but it's an expensive ride to the hospital if needed.
Note to Resort management: Please update your medical staff and lifeguards with the necessary training to ensure that they are able to provide immediate support to guests. We had a situation while staying with you, and your staff did not know the correct procedures to follow, and it was only due to other hotel guests that we were able to get the immediate medical help needed until we reached the hospital.

Ezra drove us to the parking lot, he was so gracious; he will be unforgettable, though with one exception (seemed unhappy to accept Jamaican $ from my husband at the bar for an Heineken) all staff were pleasant & helpful. Improve the check-in experience; seemed to need a smoother process (staff went back and forth before we got our room key). Overall, staff were professional, pleasant & helpful.

Ryan from the privilege bar was amazing. Also Dwayne from the bar at the beach. They never failed to put a smile on all our faces. They had the highest respect and most memorable customer service. The guys at the pool bar were not very respectful. Those pool guys serve who they want and were very prejudiced. These guys do not exemplify how good this resort is. Ryan and Dwayne set a high standard that the others should have no problem following. With regards to food, breakfast and lunch can be done better in relation to the quality of the food. They were sub par but I do understand the chefs are preparing for a large group of people. However, Don Pablo and other dinner options were good for a full meal. I would recommend staying here and go vibe with Dwayne at the beach or Ryan in the privilege lounge.

Bahia Principe Grand Jamaica is such a beautiful resort. Despite the 8PM Curfew, I am giving them 5 stars for not only the location and beauty but because of the amazing service and communication. The workers are phenomenal, they work diligently to make your stay beyond worth it!! The pool parties were so much fun, the drinks were perfect and the vibe was so enjoyable. I loved our tour guide Daicia (Daisy-a) (don’t really know how to spell her name.) She was the best!! She is patient and informative; she made sure our stay was full of fantastic activities like everyday... she always kept us involved and made sure things were set for us when it was time to go home! I could say so much more about her service but just understand it was amazing. The only thing I would add to the resort are clearer signs to get around to the rooms and just making things more accessible... every time I needed something, it was either hard to find or a long way to retrieve it. Overall, I LOVED the resort and my stay.

A beautiful 2000 room property accommodating families, adults only in the Luxury and couples in the Grand! The service and food were good. I loved the rooms, very sturdy and private. Ocean views, majestic!!
If you're physically disabled take your own wheelchair or be prepared to rent one. Most staff were very professional with outstanding customer service. A few need to be retrained to understand that it is great customer service that keeps businesses open!!!

The staff was really great and polite always looking for a way to assist and make our stay incredible. Constantly calling to follow-up and insure our concerns if any were taken care of. The scuba aquatics crew was also very helpful and made the time very enjoyable. I completely recommend and confidently encourage your coming. Food was very appetizing and never walked away not satisfied. We will be returning in April .

The entertainment was everything!!! Kevin and Jaihvon from the entertainment team kept us going all day and night. Prepare for the beach party which was awesome!!! Also, if you want a great drink check out Antonio by the pool during the day activities. He will give you great customer service and take care of you. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the rooms need upgrading and the food could be better. I’ve stayed at many hotels and the rooms at this hotel was not the best. Even though we had a great view of the ocean, the room needed a whole lot of renovating...especially the bathroom. I was actually afraid to step in it without shoes on. Aside from that, the experience was great!!

The initial room that I had was dirty and I reported this, I was then moved to a cleaned room, this is the reason for the 4 star and not 5. Post that issue, the hotel was overall well kept and mostly sanitized. Housekeeping is great, concierge is also good. The food for the most part is good and worth the calories 👍🏽The pool is excellent and so is the water park. Events are held on the location and social distancing was maintained for the most part.

Very beautiful hotel on the outside- all inclusive. BUT... the rooms are super humid and it needs more lighting, the room looked a little outdated, but after a while you get used to it lol. the halls are dark, but again, it's because of the bad lighting. The food was good! Keep in mind!! They give you only two passes for the really nice restaurant, you CANNOT book it anymore after that, they choose the time and date for you, but i recommend spacing it out, we didn't know we couldn't schedule more so we just went with it, but it would of been nice to space them out since the food was great! Staff is super friendly and helpful! The beach was nice! Just a lot of rocks to cross in order to get to the water. Not a lot of tourists bc of Covid And they took all the precautions!! Buffet is good! Mini bar is complimentary Room service is after 11pm only House keeping was also great! Also, the luxury side of the hotel is closed due to Covid.

The property is beautiful, but the rooms are bare and look ancient.The food was pretty good, they had a range of options. Which I appreciated, because my friend and I were both vegetarians and picky eaters.The staff was the best part of they stay. They were all so helpful and pleasant. (All except one of the front desk personnel).I had an issue with the checkout system, which is the main reason for the poor rating.

La atención del personal de recepción no es muy buena, siendo un hotel internacional, solo una persona hablaba castellano, la vimos el día q llegamos y después nunca más. El personal de playa ymozos, son atentos. No hay gran variedad de comida en el buffet. No vi mucha animación durante el día. A la noche pasa desapercibida. La playa es pequeña pero el agua con aguas calmas se super disfruta. Todos los servicios están reducidos debido a la pandemia, igualmente mejoraría la atención al huesped.

Well done to the fabulous staff of the Bahia Principe in Jamaica who made my 14 day quarantine en-route from Ireland to Florida a most pleasant experience. Although the visitor numbers were low, the staff maintained the high standards you would expect from a 5 star resort. It was exceptionally clean, perfectly maintained and I felt safe from any threats to my well-being medical or otherwise. The all inclusive experience did not disappoint as the food and drinks were extensive and of great quality.
Reception, restaurants, cleaning, lifeguards, security, GYM and bars were all staffed by locals who were a joy to interact with and extremely helpful during my stay. I'll hopefully get to return with my family in the near future ! One love x

We had a great stay at Bahia Principe Grand Jamaica! The room was spacious and clean. The food at the buffet and A la Carte restaurants was great. We especially enjoyed our evening at the restaurant near the beach. Plenty of quiet spots on the resort to relax and enjoy the moment. The staff was very friendly. An excellent vacation overall!

regressei hoje 12/09/2019 de um semana de férias neste hotele nem sei bem por onde começar... O hotel tem as infraestruturas necessárias para ser um hotel 5* mas O serviço é muito fraco.. Desde a falta de limpeza das áreas comuns, à falta de formação dos funcionários e de salientar o mau atendimento.. Arrogância e má cara constantes quando educadamente lhe pedimos algo . A forma politicamente correcta como respondem aos comentários é formatada e instantânea mas sem implementação prática de melhorias.. Nitidamente a política de cativar o turista não é filosofia neste hotel É de lamentar a má imagem que fica pois o destino em si tem todas as condições para proporcionar umas óptimas férias

1 semana de Setembro 2019, piscina com água suja, copos mal lavados ou com lavagens à porco.Pouco ou nenhum divertimento, hotel monótono. Excursões do pior que fiz,mal organizadas feitas a pressa, saídas tardias do hotel para as excursões com comer do pior que vi na vida. Não aconselho, os Bahia Príncipe estão do pior. Estive nos Bahias príncipes de Samana, Riviera Maya, Punta Cana e Jamaica. O melhor foi sem dúvida o de Samana, mas para mim acabaram com este horrível na Jamaica.

Espaço excelente. País fantástico. Este hotel recebe, essencialmente, norte-americanos, que deixam gorjetas por tudo e por nada. Com boas exceções, os funcionários são agressivos, mal-educados e rudes e fazem com que um hotel que é de 5 estrelas deixe de o ser. Procurem outra cadeia.

Estive há 4 anos atrás e recomendaria com 5 estrelas. Voltei este ano para usufruir com as crianças mas o conceito está diferente, tanto no buffet como na simpatia do staff... a limpeza também terá de ser um ponto a melhorar.

Un lugar mágico, pase aquí una semana, el hotel es enorme cuenta con diversos restaurantes diferentes en los cuales puedes reservar 3 cuando haces la reserva. En los buffet cada día hay comida de una nacionalidad diferente. Tiene una zona del hoter reservada solo para mayores de edad y al final de la playa una zona reservada para nudismo. Cuenta con una piscina con parque infantil y muchas actividades para hacer con niños.
