My family spent numerous vacations at this Hotel, since my child was two years old, and last summer 2022, she was 13. We are always in family pool rooms, all these years. It is obvious to me that the management of the Hotel changed after Covid time. The service is far from what it used to be. The area around pools adjacent to our rooms was neglected, with no enough towels and all glass bottles and cups left around for days. It is unacceptable and dangerous. I called reception and warned about, it was in vain. Just few years ago, it was such impeccable service, clean, bar guys coming around with coffee and drinks. Another big issue from last summer are foreign workers who are young, untrained and don’t speak one word of any language. These youngsters are obviously a cheap labor compared to great Turkish staff, but this is embarrassing for hotel reputation. They don’t understand the word “toilet”, or any other simple one, and they serve in hotel’s restaurants (!?) The evening shows are “glamorous “ but actually boring and outdated. The hotel invests so much time in arranging the area for evening shows, versus daily low engagements. This used to be the most wonderful Hotel, and things should be overturned again. We love Gural and we are sad that things deteriorated.
