Today has been a disastrous experience for my mom who was attending a class reunion at this hotel. Very misleading information from guests services, had mom's reservation unfortunately cancelled.
Very poor and unreliable customer service. Management was very inhumane, unfriendly and unprofessional. Money definitely comes before customer service and satisfaction at this hotel!
Management cares zero about customer satisfaction. Most terrible experience at a hotel. Management and customer service staff needs to be educated on quality customer service.

Serenity Now! If you want authentic Jamaica experience not commercialism, this is the place for you! Cozy & relaxing. Old world charm and hospitality from the staff. Several food options and the private beach was great. That jerk chicken blessed my soul. When Jamaicans come back to visit!, they stay here. Shutout to Sabrina &Kurt & the jerk chicken chef!

This is the Best atmosphere for honeymoons or anniversaries. We spent a week here for our honeymoon and it's amazing. Bring extra spending money for the LOCAL street vendors, they're the most wonderful welcoming people.

Much better than we expected. The resort appeared clean. Spacious room, great hospitality from the staff. They had a variety of Jamaican dishes, and served something new daily. The hotel sits right in beside a beautiful white sand beach. Well kept grounds. They also have a number of activities throughout the day.

Room was clean and bed comfortable. Food was great. Service from the butler was excellent. Service in the dinner area was superb. The lady at the snack counter who worked from 10pm -1:00a.m is kind-hearted. She took care of all us. It was obvious she like children.
The security at the entrance was not welcoming. She was the first person we met and was a turn off. The front desk staff on duty at the time we arrived needs a refreshing course in customer service. They need to show empathy.
