Meets your expectations of a four points. The rooms are clean, the bathroom functional. I found the front desk staff to be exceptional. Very helpful and informed. Considering the cost, I will make this my hotel of choice in Los Angeles.

The time waiting for the elevator is terrible! Anyway the rooms are big, comfortable bed, nice lobby, good breakfast, bar and people are very friendly

The front desk, the bar, and the room, is good. Trying to find a place is hard because there's no science. The parking is horrible. If you come to the first floor to go to the reception it's closed with no sign telling you it's on the third floor. The restaurant totally sucks stay away from the restaurant on the first floor it is horrible bad service and the food came out totally different than what we ordered. I don't mean to be bad in the mouth but it was just a horrible experience.

Facility is in good shape. Meeting rooms are well designed and equipped. However food service offered for the meeting group was below average in regards to service. Meals were not really tasty either, but that can be linked with the price paid by the meeting organization. I didn’t try the restaurants neither the inside Casino

One of the better hotels of the area but can have some nagging issues. My room was on a high floor but that did not prevent the noise from the discotheque/bar at street level to make it nearly impossible to sleep until 2am (Saturday evening but also again on the Tuesday night...). Be sure to ask for. Quiet room in that respect. Nice views and clean room. Breakfast was ok. Check in/out can take a while if busy. Can be a pretty long wait at times for the elevators. Gym is good but has some funny opening hours (especially week ends).
