Bom hotel. Confortável, bem localizado. Quarto standard amplo e limpo. Possui sistema de calefação que funciona *muito* bem. Café da manhã OK. Padrão bem semelhante ao seu irmão, o DA Aeropuerto em Santiago, mas com preço menor. O jantar no restaurante (foto) foi razoável pelo preço pago.

Ótimo hotel. Localizado bem próximo do centro, um hotel confortável para hospedagens curtas. Quartos bem equipados, com boa iluminação e com isolamento acústico (Muito importante, principalmente para os quartos de frente para o canal). Possui piscina térmica coberta excelente. Café da manha com boa opções. Possui restaurante com ótimos pratos de carnes, massas e frutos do mar. Funcionários prestativose simpáticos. Bem próximo de mercado, locadora de veículos e de fácil acesso a rodovia.

El restaurante es muy bueno tiene variedades y los precios corresponden al calidad. En cuando a las habitaciones, son amplias y bien equipadas, buena calefaccióny muy buen servicio. Excelente experiencia. Muy recomendable

He tenido la dicha de alojarme en muchos hoteles y si tuviera que resumir en una sola palabra este hotel diría"Reguleque". Los cierres de las puertas están gastados no cerraban bien algunas, en una se las piezas el baño comenzó a filtrarse y salir agua por debajo del Wc, tuvieron que llamar a un gasfiter a eso de las 23:00 hrs. En la cama que me tocó dormir, tenía un par de pelos largos de mujer entre las sabanas, fuimos a decir a la recepción y quedaron de decirle a las mucamas que hicieran mejor el aseo. El menú para comer del restaurante es realmente pobre en comparación con otros hoteles. Preferimos pedir unas pizzas. En términos generales le falta mantención, es como si no tuvieran ganas de ser hotel, por lo menos con esa sensación me voy.

La habitación super cómoda, como toda la cadena, sin embargo todo lo referente al restaurant un desastre desayuno un día sin mantequilla ni huevos, una noche solo sándwich ya q no tenían personal de cocina, después solo una opción para comer, si no te gustaba arreglatelas solo, además del personal no co testaban muy bien ala gente, como experiencia más o menos no mas

Localização muito boa, é possível se deslocar a pé até os principais pontos turísticos da cidade, cafés e restaurantes. Fica a 10min de carro da Zona Franca. Atendimento muito bom, ambiente limpo e organizado, e cama ótima. Poucas vagas na garagem. Café da manhã pouco diversificado.

The hotel is just fine. I'm a seafarer who happens to be booked here. It's perfect for someone who just need to have a place to stay in. The design is like a combination of antique and a taste of modern style at least in my opinion. No rice in breakfast which maybe a deal to some Asians like me (LoL). Receptionists are friendly. Anyway, I don't have anything to complain about.

Situated in the city center, close by the Costanera, there is swimmingpool and gym. Large rooms and great view. Room service ok but once the lady woke us up at 8.40a.m. so I recommend to put 'no molestar' sign if you want to sleep longer.

Larger rooms that are quite comfortable and clean. We had two beds and they were doubles instead of twins which was nice. A bit extra space. In room safe for valuables.The bathroom is large and clean. Good water pressure for a shower. Nice toiletries.Great breakfast in the morning. Lots of seating. Good options of pastries, bread/rolls, fruit,yogurt and coffee.Very friendly staff. The front desk is very helpful and friendly.There is a pool and maybe fitness area but I didn't check them out. It is an excellent location and right at the main Street by the water so good for walks along the water or heading to the city center to see any sites or head out to eat.Great for the price point! I would stay here again!
