Olha o hotel é um luxo mas os funcionario deixam a desejar mal Educados não teve um dia de achar uma mesa limpa para jantar ou tomar café da manhã e o nosso quarto duplo estava com chão sujo na nossa chegada dia 14 de outubro! Tinha muita crianca com virose la pela falta de higiene do hotel os vasos sanitario sujos tinha ate fezes na tampa do vaso! Reclamei p o cara k levou a bagage ele bateu a porta com odio e ninguém veio limpar eu k tive k limpar!

This was my first time to Antalya and it was an amazing experience. From the first time I entered the hotel to the rooms, the restaurant, the outdoor and indoor pools, every part of the hotel was 5 star. Very clean and amazing staff who were always there to help and give food or drinks. I will definitely ho here again and would recommend it 150% to any family.

Hotel muito bom para toda a família. Quartos muito agradáveis, área espaçosa. Ótima praia e próximo ao aeroporto. Gostei especialmente da animação, tem tudo para um bom descanso, os animadores são alegres e simpáticos. As crianças brincaram o dia todo no clube infantil, os animadores fizeram um ótimo trabalho, à noite havia uma discoteca infantil e programas de shows muito legais. A animação é super. Também comida muito saborosa no restaurante e muitos lugares para comer. Recomendo este hotel a todos

First time staying at this hotel, everything was absolutely splendid !Beautiful space, cozy. We spent our time here with great pleasure.We enjoyed delicious cocktails, tried a wide verity of food from the menu. The entertainment staff at the hotel left us speechless, absolutely amazing! Fitness trainers did a great job keeping us fit, considering how much food we ate… we really appreciated them. Every day was interesting and filled with activities.We were pleasantly surprised with the girls from the Mini Club. They did a good job, from the early morning to the evening they had a lot of different programs for kids, and in the evenings dance parties for kids. Which gave us, parents a much needed vocation. Overall the girls did a great job inspite the heat, they danced all day and were very pleasant and smiley :)They also have shuttles from the hotel to the clubs with the entertainment staff, which Is very convenient. 💃🏼❤️The restaurant staff were quick and officiant and always offering us a wide verity of delicious goodies. 🤤Thank you to the hotel and its staff for a great vocation. We loved how organized everything was and its very impressive how it all ran as a well oiled machine. I cant even imagine how much work it is to keep everything running so smoothly. Tenho ficado em vários hotéis Delphin e sempre fiquei impressionado. Tudo foi ótimo no Imperial no começo também, até que eu vi com meus próprios olhos como os funcionários colocavam gatos em uma grande caixa de madeira e queriam levá-los embora. Fui então ao gerente para descobrir para onde eles estavam sendo levados. Ele havia dito que eles seriam levados ao médico para serem castrados. No entanto, os gatos eram muito jovens e por isso fiquei bastante desconfiado. Alguns convidados reclamaram dos gatos e, estranhamente, os gatos foram coletados todos os dias por 2 dias depois. Até agora eles não apareceram, embora eu tenha garantido que eles seriam levados de volta ao hotel! Acho impossível que um hotel tão chique e caro trate os seres vivos assim. Estou extremamente decepcionado e não visitarei o Imperial Hotel novamente!

Em geral, o hotel é excelente. Dolphin Imperial é um hotel que você definitivamente quer voltar.Eu estava com minha mãe e minha filha de 7 anos.Houve alguns momentos que eu não gostei, vou começar com isso.1. A limpeza era terrível no quarto, uma mulher de língua russa morta, ouvi dizer que as mulheres turcas limpavam melhor. 2. Pratos sujos muitas vezes foram encontrados no restaurante. Quando fomos a um dos restaurantes A la Card, numa sobremesa muito tenra e saborosa à primeira vista, deparei-me com um osso de melancia, era terrível.Fora o acima, tudo o resto foi ótimo.Gostaria de destacar especialmente o Kinder Club com seus excelentes animadores. Minha filha ficou encantada com o programa infantil variado e divertido no clube infantil, que mudava todos os dias e terminava todos os dias com maquiagem aqua. Todas as garotas animadoras foram muito agradáveis, atenciosas e amigáveis, você poderia facilmente confiar sua garota a elas. Era absolutamente seguro enviar uma criança para um dolphinarium ou andar de pônei ... Minha Sofia se apaixonou sinceramente por cada uma das belas garotas que trabalham no Kinder Club, Lisa, Masha, Dayana, Aidana, Tanya ... animação , que manteve a ordem e um clima maravilhoso no clube infantil e selecionou perfeitamente o programa. A animação no hotel foi excelente e, como disse, especialmente para as crianças!Gostaria também de mencionar o trabalho de Yerbol do Guest Relations, que sempre esteve pronto para ajudar e resolver qualquer problema...O hotel é 100% adequado para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. As piscinas têm elevadores para a água, há salva-vidas em todos os lugares para ajudar.

Hotel chicdos, muito lindo! Mar fabuloso e uma praia grande, trabalhadores de praia bem feitos. Bar muito legal Aqva, há música ao vivo à noite. Gostei muito da animação - as crianças estão sempre ocupadas com alguma coisa, brincam de piratas e assam pizza, bem passada. Festas legais são realizadas na piscina. O restaurante tem um dia de peixe, muito marisco. Nós vamos voltar.

Me he alojado en varios hoteles Delphin y siempre me ha impresionado. Todo fue genial en el Imperial al principio también, hasta que vi con mis propios ojos cómo el personal ponía gatos en una gran caja de madera y quería llevárselos. Luego fui al gerente para averiguar a dónde los estaban llevando. Había dicho que los llevarían al médico para que los castraran. Sin embargo, los gatos eran demasiado jóvenes y comencé a sospechar bastante. Algunos invitados se han quejado de los gatos y, curiosamente, se han recogido gatos todos los días durante 2 días después. Hasta ahora no han aparecido, ¡aunque me garantizaron que los llevarían de vuelta al hotel! Me parece imposible que un hotel tan chic y caro trate así a los seres vivos. ¡Estoy extremadamente decepcionado y no volveré a visitar el Hotel Imperial!

We were given rooms on different floors to our children even though we booked way in advance to have the rooms next to each other.
Not really suited for young kids.
Alot of staff don't speak English.
Got food poisoning.
The hospital recommended me a hospital. DO NOT go there. They will rip you off.

4th visit! I guess this sums it up. Great service. They truly have thought of everything. There is food, ice cream and drinks in ever corner. Toilets are kept clean at all times. Staff are friendly and very polite. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. They truly do go out of their way to make it a memorable stay. Kids wise there is 2 pools for little ones, one for kids who love slides but not so deep 0.85m and there is 2 other big adult pools with a section where kids can also enjoy on a shallow end at 1.4m. pools kept clean, evening entertainment is varied. There is also a little rides section for the kids in the evening as well as access to spa facilities such as sauna and steam room and hammamt. There are additional services which you can pay for at a reasonable price. All in all we always enjoyed our stay here. Keep it up team Delphine you are all awesome.

Excellent House Keeping workers, always had a smile. Food was amazing with endless choices. Good pools for children and adults. Mustafa at the ice cream bar went out of his way to ensure my boys got the ice cream they wanted. Overall an excellent stay and would recommend to all.

WATCH OUT WHEN BOOKING A "FULLY FLEXIBLE RATE" AS IT IS ANYTHING BUT FLEXIBLE I booked a "fully flexible rate" back in January 2022 for a holiday in late July 2022 with my Wife & some friends. Unfortunately work commitments meant that I needed to reduce my stay from 10 days down to 5-6 days (arriving 4-5 days later). As I'd allowed for this flexibility when I booked, I didn't think I'd have an issue as this is something I've had to do on plenty of occasions and the flexible booking allows for this.Well maybe the translation of the Turkish word for flexible doesn't exactly translate because making changes to the booking has the same affect on the price as cancelling the reservation and making a brand new reservation now, without any early booking discounts at all. This is not something I have ever encountered and am wondering if this has always been the hotel policy or is this just another example of post-covid greedy exploitation to try and make up for money lost in 20/21 😡. Anyway, to cut a long story short my original rate was around £280 a night. The hotel now want in excess of £450 a night if I arrive later than planned. These are really nefarious practices, have left a really sour taste in my mouth and certainly made me question whether I'm willing to spend a single penny at this hotel. This is not something any reputable brand would ever practice.I now have a choice of either paying over 60% extra per night for my room or just cancelling this long awaited holiday with friends altogether. For that money I could certainly go somewhere nicer than this hotel.Edit: I've just read some of the 1* reviews and there are lots of them mentioning unexpected overcharging and money-grabbing. I'm definitely leaning towards cancelling the reservation altogether. Edit 2: I'm glad to see the hotel has responded to my post, confirming my claims that the awful hotel policies that I have detailed are in fact valid. After reading some of these reviews I'll actually be relieved if I don't end up visiting. I mean, what sort of a hotel charges people different rates depending on what passport they hold? Not sure if it's for racist reasons or just simple mindless discrimination?

The shop downstairs where they sell inflatables and chocolate bars etc is extortionate. Be careful.. Called reception for an iron and ironing board and they wanted to be paid extra to bring one to the room. I thought that kind of thing was pretty standard in a hotel these days. On the whole it was a nice place and the night time entertainment is superb! They have great shows every night of the week. Would I come back? Probably not but I would recommend a visit at least once.. Your kids will thank you 🙌🏽 Ótimo hotel e ótimas instalações para as crianças. Lugar muito movimentado e muita coisa acontecendo. Comida era muito boa, embora tivesse uma refeição ruim que me colocou com D&V por um dia e meio. A loja no térreo onde eles vendem insufláveis e barras de chocolate etc é exorbitante. Tenha cuidado.. Chamado a recepção para um ferro e tábua de passar e eles queriam ser pagos extra para trazer um para o quarto. Eu achava que esse tipo de coisa era bastante comum em um hotel hoje em dia. No geral, foi um lugar agradável e o entretenimento noturno é excelente! Eles têm grandes shows todas as noites da semana. Eu voltaria? Provavelmente não, mas eu recomendaria uma visita pelo menos uma vez.. Seus filhos vão agradecer 🙌🏽

La comida era muy buena, aunque tuve una mala comida que me dejó con D&V durante un día y medio. La tienda de abajo donde venden inflables y barras de chocolate, etc. es exorbitante. Ten cuidado... Llamé a recepción para pedir una plancha y una tabla de planchar y querían que se les pagara extra para llevar una a la habitación. Pensé que ese tipo de cosas eran bastante estándar en un hotel en estos días. En general, fue un lugar agradable y el entretenimiento nocturno es excelente. Tienen grandes espectáculos todas las noches de la semana. ¿Volvería? Probablemente no, pero recomendaría una visita al menos una vez... Tus hijos te lo agradecerán 🙌🏽

Fantástico.Un todo incluido 5 estrellaspara mi con L de lujo. Tres adultos y dos niños de 2 y 7 años.Más económico si vuelas desde cualquier Aeropuerto de Alemania y compras por internet el hotel. Agradables,simpáticos,grandes profesionales. También tienen,peluquería,centro de estética,uñas de gel y porcelana. Microbladingetc....etc...y Spa. Nosotros alquilamos uncoche y fuimos también a visitar Antalya. Relación calidad/ precio muy buena. Tiendas y restaurantes cerca. Muy recomendable. Volveremos seguro. Viajamos por todo el mundo con nuestras hijas y nietos y éste hotel nos encantó a todos 😍😍🤩🤩👏🏻👏🏻🎊🎊🍾🥂🎊🎊

Nosotros nos vamos muchos de vacaciones o por trabajo pero como en este hotel hermoso nunca no fuimos, es un hotel muy completo muy bien organizando, los servicios son más de que podíamos imaginar, el personal muy atento ( demasiado) , todo muy bien organizado hasta el último detalles, un poquito caro perro los servicios llega al nivel del dinero que está pagado. Para nuestra familia estuve un vacaciones de lujo et mejor que lo pasamos en nuestras vidas hasta ahora. Yo lo recomiendo a todos. Muchas gracias Delphin Imperial
