Visited between August 9-11,2020 on the girls trips in the mids of the covid 19 pandemic.It was a great experience.I admired how there were persons standing along the hallway watching you to ensure you are wearing your mask and adhering to the covid 19 guidelines.They still tried to make our time there fun even despite of the 11pm curfew that was in effect. My friends and I had a ball. The food was good, the night life was even better.The facility is clean and spacious.The staff was very friendly.I will definitely be returning

The room and environment excellent. Two negatives about the room: Mini bar had nothing in it ( I had to walk for water daily). Only items in the bathroomwere tissue ashower gel. Bo mini hand lotion or bar face soap. The variety of food, juices and pastry lacking. The dining area was cluttered I had to ensure I kept my distance.

Great food ,Great staff. Excellent room decor lighting and view. Long walking distances , some parts of the resort is closed to the pandemic which is understandable so a mask is required everywhere you go to protect yourself.Hand sanitizing machines are in every part of the resort but still you are advised to bring your own. Overall a good resort nice vacation spot and you should definitely check it out.

Customer service was great!, the rooms & overall hotel was clean and the food was good, just needs more varieties to choose from. Sanitation areas were plentiful as well, would have given 5 stars but almost all restaurants & bars where closed throughout the time i was there, must have been because of the covid but more could have been done. Would definitely recommend!

Wasn't a good experience for our group (9 of us). The staff needs customer service training (front desk people were the worst here, followed by the securities at the main gate), they don't know how to talk to people, so full of attitude unnecessarily. The hotel itself is nice, very nice ambiance and views. The food is a 4 out of 10 very limited and not great in taste ( some was eatable others weren't), the entertainment staff were the best they were very pleasant welcoming entertaining and helpful 10 out of 10. I'm so Disappointed in Riu Ocho Rios always wanted to go there. Plus where you're in your room and call front desk no one picks up you have to walk to the front desk for help. Definitely would not recommend here until the staff gets training, they are at a negative zero. Not the best birthday but was manageable with great friends.

Had the best time here and it definitely warranted a return trip. Staff was exceptional from the security at the gate to the sanitization/ bell hops to the front desk. Rooms were clean and beautiful. And the property was overall lovely and well kept. As a foodie, I thoroughly enjoyed the food, only disappointment was the quality and availability of snacks but covid considered.
Looking forward to the upcoming trip.

Amazing resort! Stayed during the pandemic, right after reopening and the staff couldn't have been warmer or more welcoming. The resort has done an incredible job of adapting to new health and safety protocols with regular sanitization everywhere and mandatory masks. Rooms are spacious and updated and the food and service are quality. Highly recommend staying here. Also walking distance to Scotchies!

Muy buen hotel y personal. Los restaurantes permiten el ingreso con niños lo que no siempre genera un ambiente de calma para disfrutar las comidas (es conveniente no esperar y comer en el buffet donde la acústica no aturde)

Un hotel impresionante, preciosas vistas desde sus habitaciones y una playa que da gusto pasear por ella. Se come de maravilla y aunque pone que no se puede fumar, hay ceniceros repartidos por el hotel y en la playa tienes zona de no fumadores y de fumadores

It was a nice stay overall, but the first experience of the food we had was from the Italian restaurant at the hotel. The pasta sauce was neon red... That made have made the food at St. Ann's seem that much better. The beach was great, the catamaran was super fun, one pool got kind of cloudy, but the infinity pool was always clear and the rum was always flowing.

Actualmente está en reforma completa, su apertura es el 21 de este mismo mes, cuenta con 1000 habitaciones, discoteca, cinco piscinas, restaurantes varios, playa privada y un pequeño parque acuático.
